Sanctuary was very beneficial to my recovery process. There were a few standout employees (Candace, Kevin, Desiree, Chiara) who had sincere compassion and care for what I was going through. There was a sense of community there and always someone to talk too, you never felt alone.
The therapy helped me discover my issues , better understand them and deal with them head on. I now have better tools to help me move forward with life more positively. Ultimately, I really learned with this experience - you get out of it what you are willing to put into it.

Sanctuary absolutely changed my life. I didn’t think the betterment of my mental health would ever be possible, but with the help of my therapist Luke, I was able to get control of my mental health and on the path to loving myself for who I am. I also want to thank Chiarra for teaching me how to get back in touch with my authentic self!
