Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

I’ve been to English Mountain Recovery twice. It is by far the Best recovery program I’ve been to. I’ve been clean 13 months now I Loved it there cause the staff is incredible. The counselor’s are amazing. I had a great experience when I was there, everybody was like family they treated us great like we belong. English mountain is honestly the best rehab I've ever been to. I'm now currently at new hope but I miss my English mountain facilitators soooo much. As well as my therapist, corey. I'm ngl, I wish I was still there instead of new hope because I actually felt like I was getting so much out of the classes and from my therapist. Thomas and corey absolutely deserve pay raises LOL love those dudes. Anyways, thank you so much to everyone there. I just turned 4 months sober a couple days ago and it's all thanks to English mountain, as well as myself.

This is a great facility and I feel like it saved my life from alcoholism. This is the first time I feel like I can do this. If you do the work, go to the meetings and take your recovery seriously, you can stay sober. If you stay in your room and do not participate in your recovery, that is in no way a reflection of EMR. Best experience ever and I feel set free as I continue to work on myself.

It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. And most of all it's fun learning how to be as normal as you can. Thanks ladies and gent. I love them very much. And they also practice what the preach in other words they've lived it also. KRC changed my life. This was a great place to get clean they really help u with mental helth as well as getting clean this was the best place its been a great experance for me being my frist rehab ive ever been to. There might be alot or maybe some bad reviews but no shit the place was great and it gives u alot of help to take with u. Michael B. The director is a great man truly amazing. Tiara M recietians is truly a blessing to. Tom he was my theripist was truly a wonderful guy to. The staff is great they go out of there way to get u what u need. I recently attended treatment there and had a pretty good experience :) Pretty much THE entire staff was great except for my "assigned" therapist. Karen, your groups were SO helpful & I learned a lot from you. Kevin, you are a god sent. Julie, Felicia, Sean, Ms. Marie & majority of nursing...the list goes on... ❤️ Thank you guys for keeping me motivated & giving me the strength to not give up. I definitely had my highs and lows but made it through. Pretty facility with a great view. Wish there were a few more activities to do but all in all it was good. I wasn't too fond of corporate coming in and making the terminations they did especially when having so many clients present because it definitely caused us to stress more than we needed to. There's a few other things but it's probably best I don't say them here lol. All in all, I am very grateful for Harmony's help in getting me sober. Thanks guys!

Pasadena Villa and Smoky Mountain Lodge were nothing short of life-changing for me. When I arrived, I was struggling more than I could admit, but I left feeling hopeful, grounded, and truly myself again. The healing I experienced there went deeper than I ever expected—emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually.
What meant the most were the people. I met friends who felt like family, people who stood by me on my hardest days and celebrated every small victory with me. And the staff… I’ve never met a group so genuinely caring, patient, and committed. They saw me, believed in me, and helped me rediscover my strength.

Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

They have played a huge part in me getting my life back. I am currently MAT program (Springdale location) and also 5 years ago I completed a program they had for mothers who struggled with addiction (Lafollette location). They have always been very understanding and you can tell they aren’t there to judge from the bottom of their heart they want to make a difference. I’m pretty sure I’ve dealt with every provider, counselor, and staff (not including case workers) at Springdale location and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They put up with a lot as far as patients with many mental illness I’ve seen it firsthand. But they are always kind and professional ❤️ I cannot put into words how grateful I am! I thought maybe a google review was a good start 😆

The Dr here was great. Dr Jennifer Cupp I think it was. I'm not great with names. She made me feel very comfortable. She took time to address every question or concern I had. I think I actually found a Dr that will listen to me. The staff was friendly and great as well.

As a parent, I wanted to share my experience after my son recently completed a 5-month stay and successfully completed the program.
Staff (Therapists/Nurses): Overall, I’m very pleased with the support and care my son received. The staff seemed genuinely invested in his well-being, and I could see the positive impact their work had on him over time.
Areas for Improvement: My main concern as a parent was the inconsistency of our weekly family sessions, which were often rescheduled or delayed- this was due to his therapist being very busy and having heavy caseloads, which leads me to believe the facility might be understaffed or stretched too thin. Regardless of the reason, it sometimes felt like our time wasn’t prioritized or valued.
I also had some concerns about cleanliness and safety within the Village, based on my son’s feedback about the showers not being cleaned regularly and the unpredictable behavior of some of the other residents.
Despite these issues, I believe the program as a whole helped my son make real progress, and I’m grateful for the staff who cared about his growth and recovery.

The Village gave my child a chance to make it into adulthood alive, which was not there before going.
For years my child has struggled with mental health with self harming, self medicating, suicidal ideation and multiple suicide attempts. We did everything we could to help at home with individual therapies, group therapies, IOPs, CTT and so many safety plans. But the roller coaster continued. Calling the crisis line became a regular occurrence. The trips to the ER and being admitted into acute behavioral health care were part of the routine. As a parent watching your child crying out for help, but not able to reach them on any level leaves you feeling helpless, hopeless and failing as a parent.
When the decision was made that residential treatment was my child's last hope, it was a new kind of scare. There are so many horror stories of how bad facilities can be and that it did more harm than good. With the help of my child's CTT case manager, I interviewed many facilities. When I interviewed The Village, I felt at ease. The program had more than just a treatment facility feel. My child was there for 5 months. I got daily calls from my child, we had weekly family therapy sessions, regular visits (TAs), and got regular checkins from the school on how classes were going. When I had questions or concerns, the staff was very prompt in responding to me. There were times when my child would fall asleep before calling me, but I would call the nurse's line get an update and they had my child call me as soon as they were available to do so. Even though there are rules around contact, I always felt that I could reach my child.
My child got involved with volleyball while there and won a tournament receiving a medal and everything. To point my child is actively seeking out a volleyball club to join.
While my child's stay had many ups and downs, I do believe that it was the best decision. The Village provided my child a chance to practice the coping skills in real time as my child's window of tolerance was so small it was almost impossible for us to manage at home. My child still has a lot of work and progress to continue to make now at home. But for the first time in a long time I see my child having a chance of growing up to healthy functional adult.
