I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I did not feel judged or pressured to talk about my trauma at all. My favorite counselor was Jes, she really made me feel so much safer and her group sessions are the best. Thank you to everyone in there for believing in me 💖

I went here in 2017 and it was on of the best thing that has ever happened its a different life and it takes a few days to adjust but when u do u live a whole better life then u are used to you do a lot of group and one on one session but after 28 day u learn how to live the right way here I sit with 7 years under my belt and all because of this place if u really want to get clean and live the right way then this Is for you but u have to want it it's hard but at the end you will thank yourself

Was very satisfied with the professionalism of the office staff .and the physician was very attentive to my concerns and courteous when recommending treatments.would highly recommended Cherokee health systems.

My grandson is fixing to go to the one in Oak Ridge. He’s been using the one in Knoxville. I don’t know about Oakridge, but Knoxville has been amazing.

I've been going here for years, only had 1 issue. I see people saying if you don't have insurance you won't get help, that's NOT true. There's Safety Net if you don't qualify for Tennecare. There is a way to be seen there

My Children attend the Helen Ross McNabb Center for Behavioral/Mental Health Services. We are very pleased with the work from Therapist, Kaitlyn, Care Manager, Kreistyn and also from the friendly professionalism of Front Desk Receptionist, Luisa. Our Family has greatly prospered through various techniques to apply during moments of anger, sadness or other overwhelming emotions. The Staff is always very accommodating to our school schedules and does their very best to see our Children as often as needed. Since the initial intakes for each Child, this office has been consistently caring and honest in the services that they offer. We will continue to attend the Helen Ross McNabb Center as long as we're able!

Been fighting several different issues most of my life and this is a safe place to openly discuss them and get the mental help I needed so desperately without any judgement.

This place has changed my life. All the workers here are very courteous and understanding if your situation. Would highly recommend.

I believe I have the best Spero team! Dr. J is very professional, he listens with compassion but sure doesn't to let you know if he not pleased. Loretta and. Avery are awesome. Tim is the icing on the cake. There was a bit of a turn around when Spero opened, and curriculum was touch and go, but now, it's a well oiled machine an I truly care for each and every one.

I want to sing my praises and express my gratitude to the certain staff members of CrossRoads of Weaverville! Emily, my oh my how much healing can come from truly vibing with your counselor. She is the absolute best fit for me at this stage of my life and journey to eventual and inevitabe sobriety! Our new director Hannah, she is totally amazing at her job...she's made great improvements and much needed positive professional changes! And no longer here at the clinic but the dosing nurse I'll never ever forget my dear sweet Chelsa❤️this woman is the apidamy of a genuine empathetic soul. You ladies will never know how much you mean to me ❤️ I must say that Crossroads of Weaverville saved my life! I was in a spiral downwards in active addiction until I heard a fellow former patient there say those very same words "this place saved my life"! I was incredibly lucky to get a few excellent counselors over the past years I've been a patient there! A couple counselors will always have my praises.... Melissa (which is no longer there) & Candace, these women have NO clue the positive impact they've had on my life! Not only did crossroads help get me clean but also provided the resources needed to do so! Therapeutic counseling is something that has so much stigma surrounding it, let alone the stigma of MAT programs. I truly had the same uneducated beliefs before coming to crossroads....this place exists because it really works! Its pretty easy to be a normal member of society when all the "properties" of addiction are removed from the equation! No more "hunting", staying financially strapped, associating with certain characters, Etc. Etc. What does sobriety mean to me? ..... EVERYTHING! I have been very happy with my experience at this clinic from the doc all the way to reception, everyone has been really caring and attentive thank you cross roads!

Unfortunately I’ve been to several other treatment centers in the past but Our Masters Camp is different. You can genuinely feel the compassion and true care from the staff toward you. They really care, and it’s in a beautiful location. Would recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction/ alcoholism . This place really has changed my life for the good.

I can’t thank enough to our masters camp for changing my life. They helped me achieve sobriety and they helped me in my relationship with my lord and savior Jesus Christ. My life is changed forever. Huge shout out to director Ben Parish for promising me he would help me turn my life around and his amazing staff. CJ Gary, Scotty Smith.

They don't listen if you tell them your medicine is not working I keep getting told to keep taking it after being on it for a year so I stop going

I think they are absolutely wonderful it's a great place to go with awesome people that work there.

I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I've been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it's not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I've had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. There is so much more I could say about this team, but that's between us. Go on and make the step to reclaim your life, and you will then know what I mean.

I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. Great friendly staff, very informative, small class sizes and a great atmosphere to learn and connect with others. Highly recommended. I was terrified my first day and let me tell you, just try it and you will benefit greatly from this place 10/10.

The staff is wonderful and helpful, everyone is always in a good mood. They help with medication to get you out of your addiction and help motivate you to put your own work into your recovery. The groups and counseling are a must along with medication and you can get all of those services here so you don't have to go to multiple places to get help.

The biggest liars u will ever meet they make u come every week so they can bill you 300 bucks a week and lie and tell u that there Gonna help but they won’t I went 2 months and never once seen a dr in person not one time and I went every single week and they would put me in a Room with a computer screen and I would have to talk to 2 different people for a hour each after waiting for hours to do so and the whole ordeal took 4 hours everytime I had a appt it took 4 hrs atleast and I never seen a dr just rooms with computer screens and psychiatrists but then they told she wasn’t actually a psychiatrist so there all lairs u will see a dr all I wanted was a shot to come subutek for good they lied said they orders my shot and my insurance takes 5 to 6 denials before it’s approved and I had to take pills until then all they did was put me back on pills never let me see a dr or actually gave me any shots I was over the lies after 2 months and 2 denials from my insurance agency and I am warning you so u don’t have to go thru it in the end the said I should just go to e.r. And request inpatient they money hungry scam artist who knows who u are really talking to on the screens they just keep addiction going the hole time I was in the waiting room people will trying to sell and buy meds and exchange there numbers !! They don’t help anyone good luck !

First Light did everything i had hoped for and more. My son made so much progress there and really enjoyed the experience. When u asked what he would miss when he left, without hesitation he said “the people”.

This program really helped my family and I. We were in a desperate situation and feeling like our son was not going to make it. First Light saved my son and our family. Their staff is top-notch the therapy and the experience he received was invaluable and beyond helpful. We saw a big change in our son after this program.

This is a great program and a real game changer for my 16 y.o daughter. First Light posesses a very knowledgable and dedicated staff. I highly reccomend it.
