Good program overall. Have to be mentally strong to endure it though. Its alot of work but spiritually and physically i grew closer to the lord then i ever have been. Glad to say i finished the program the right way 15 months later. Amen.

I came to StraightWay in 1988. I had ruined my life and nearly died because of addiction. After a lengthy hospital stay, my pastor referred me to StraightWay. Even though I had lost all hope of ever being anything but a junkie, I got what I desperately needed most: a second chance - and people who were willing to invest their time, and even their very lives to show me what it means to follow Jesus Christ and to live my life for Him. To date, I am going on 30 years of being not only drug free, but being a happy and productive member of the community where I live. My husband and I have three beautiful children and have been married for 22 years this year. My relationship to my adult children and my family has been restored, something I had once thought impossible. I'm so grateful that StraightWay was here when I was in need. I cannot imagine where I would be today if not for this place.

Came to the center 38 years ago with a life of no purpose and living a drug and immoral life The staff there taught me a new way of living following the Word of God. I praise God for all the staff who dedicate their lives to help people such as myself.

This place was truly a life saver!! They stopped what they were doing twice within 3 weeks to come rescue me from myself over an hour and a half away. The staff is amazing and really care about your state of well-being. They don't care if you like them, they care if you live and that's the most comforting thing about this place. Oh and the snacks they offer left a stamp on my heart forever... Seriously though. This place was amazing and a saving grace!!

My dad has struggled with drug addiction for 25+ years. He recently had a massive heart attack due to drug use and his situation was becoming dire. We knew if he didn't get help he wasn't going to make it much longer. He finally agreed to get treatment and my sister found this place. He went from not wanting to go to rehab to not wanting to leave this place. He absolutely loved it and loves everyone there. He considers them family. He completed his treatment and the staff is still there to offer him support and help him succeed. Andy has been amazing at helping him find out patient programs. They truly care here. They deserve more than 5 stars.

The staff there has helped me change my life around Andy your the best thanks for checking up on me just about every day.

Chantal and Valerie were always helpful and responsive to my son’s needs. He needed a stress-free environment to get back on track and learn to enjoy life again. The Psychiatrist appears to be too busy or something.

My son was never been excited to attend speech therapies until he had Sydelle in TIRR. He's usually grumpy to attend speech but he got excited when i mention Sydelle and his retention at home is very positive. Unfortunately we're pausing therapies (their policy not to have continuous therapies) but when we're back, we hope to still have Sydelle as my son's therapist. Thank you

Great place excellent therapists and doctors. Just wish they letyou sleep all the way thru the night without waking you for you to take medication vitals etc otherwise top tier facility and services. Nurses are professional and compassionate.

My daughter love them and they take good care my daughter Te’Niyah and she have learned so much with laura and her speech therapist and the lady’s at the front. I thank y’all the one on Highway 6 sugarland

My favorite morning place. Everyone there is awesome. Understanding and caring about how you really are doing. The nurse, Passion, is such a blessing to me, not to mention my counselor, Ian. Absolutely love that man. His level of patience is unbeatable by far. He never judges, only listens and is honestly genuinely interested in helping me to reach my highest potential.

Nexus saved us! Our son was so well cared for during his stay at Nexus Houston, and the staff was incredible. 120/10 recommend.

It’s a very good place

Our family will be forever grateful to Nexus Children’s Hospital. Our son got the best care and our family was able to rest during his stay. Anytime I needed an update on him, we were able to speak with someone right away. Our concerns were addressed quickly and family was able to visit. We wanted our son to have his medications adjusted in a safe environment and his behaviors monitored. All his needs were met. Nexus Children’s Hospital saved our family. Will’s team will hold a special place in our hearts.

My niece was recently receiving services here, and all I have to say is Wow! Whoever is in charge of therapy for teens has left a solid impact on my niece s life. For the past month I have seen improvement and have heard nothing but positive comments from her in regards to the therapy she received at this location. A bonus is the receptionist at the front! She was so welcoming!

Caring staff and a great place to heal and recover!

I was impressed by the outreach of this church for providing outdoor space for young children to play soccer. We saw our grandson play today at this church and it was so much fun! Thanks, Memorial Drive United Methodist Church!
