The san antonio cms location is fantastic. Everyone there is not only professional but personable. I've completed the maintenance a few months ago, but I just wanted to finally share how great the councilors, staff and of course the Dr and nurse are. Thanks for the program!

These people have helped me get life in order again. They really are a special place to grow! I am adding to the post to also express my gratitude for them helping me get my life back together as a whole. Teaching me self reliance and how to be independent. So they are literally helping me rebuild block by block. Everything I thought I would never be able do or have in life and it’s slowly coming back. And every one is so awesome jere kind, understanding. Absolutely best clinic in San Antonio!

If your ever feeling down an out because of your shame or conditions of your past use of substance that your having a problems with not being able to find any solution or any ways or means to get yourself to this specific location or any others that participate in simular services don't worry about a thing, just always remember "there's a way out of every situation", just get here and they will help with every ways or means in finding a resolution with making a way happen that you thought there would never be a way. Especially when you have a staff they currently have right now, from the brain, all the way to mind, their staff, like the Manager Ms. Mary, and her assistant Ms.Tracy who knows practically the majority of each person that comes in either weekly biweekly or monthly, to one of more than several counselors such like Mr. Jim, that learns to know your situation and helps with finding you ways or means of getting you back from abnormal to simply a normal time being yourself once again, believe me these folks are not the there to judge you but to simply help you finding the solution thats going to work in your best interest for all concerned parties involved, including the Doctor B. Dillon, and the nurse's like Ms. Shannel, an others who know what's going on with each patient's past or present addiction, in helping and guiding you through the process and getting yourself back to where you once where even before you started using. So, I've been going their now for past 16-18 months and have got nothing but good things to say about their services, and their caring not to mention the trust in each and every one of the staff that I mentioned in this review, the time an place, let alone opportunity is here waiting on you to just come clean and ask for help with little to no in some cases cost what soever if you consult with them first. Just remember this, if your feeling negative about it cause of still wanting to stay in the game, or keep taking them oppiodes an other non essentials that have got you hooked, and have become a antidote to your body daily a must have so you feel like your going through withdrawals just pick up your phone and reach out to them, and you never know Ms. Tracy may be the one who answerers your call, just let her know your situation and she'll schedule you a time to come in pronto for a opportunity for you to get onboard that same day perhaps. Just stay positive and all is well, and CMS, an staff keep up the great work! God bless.

I highly recommend SARC for their services. Lisa at the front desk is very inviting with her kindness, coffee and smile. Jessica has a contagious smile who is always on the phone and computer advocating for the clients and of course, Valerie, who is very informative, involves all personally and very approachable.

Came for iop but ended up going to residential at Culebra.Got the help i truly needed,protocol was on point as well as the staff there.food was on point to..back at IOP now which matches the same review as above..All these people are awesome..best decision i ever made!!!

I have been released on September 24 my sobriety date is August 21st 2026 I have learned a lot of things from SARC that gives me the ability to be accountable and be a better person for myself the IOP treatment center is awesome from the minute I walk in the door Ms Liza greeted me and I felt welcomed to the amazing staff who continue with teaching me on my journey I couldn't be more grateful!!!

I just want to thank all of the Villa Serena staff. They truly do care about our sobriety and go above and beyond to ensure of that. I finished my program today, got my certificate, came home and already miss everyone. I will continue to pray for our sobriety and i will take it one day at a time. If you are ready to surrender your addiction come to Villa Serena and you will come out with a support group of people who care. -Vic

If you're looking for a place to get clean and you're a vet, you can't ask for a better place to do so. Stellar medical attention, a staff who really cares for your welfare, and excellent living conditions. You're connected to resources in the community who will help with jobs, housing etc. It's a peaceful, safe place. Just follow the rules and you won't have any problems from the staff.

This place has the usual issues, remember when you're coming here, this is the government nothing actually works correctly or the way it should half the time. Try not to focus on that let it go worry about your purpose here. I'd say a small amount of staff you might have conflict with but 99% go out of there way to help you. Covid coming back is making it very challenging to stay focused on what you need to and not on the stuff you can't control. Remember have an open mind take what is good for you and leave the rest but remember they've been doing this some of them a long time make sure you listen with an open mind and especially the people who have been addicts they have good advice.

I have been at this clinic for many years it is one of the very best. They are patient kind and all about your recovery! Dr Healy has become a really good director of this methadone clinic. He has shown compassion and strength

The staff here is just great, very patient and caring. They have made a huge difference in my life. Of course all Glory goes to Jesus Christ my King first and foremost!!! But if you need help and you are in the area, please do it... you'll thank yourself later i promise.

I have been in this support group since 2 years ago, I think half SAN Antonia’s should be in a program like this. We all need this form of support whether you dealing with addictions or not, it helps so much in general. I am so thankful for this program, I encourage everyone to be part of this program you’ll be so proud to learn how to have a better leaving.

Blue Heron is honestly one of if not the best recovery I’ve ever had. Their staff is competent, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Blue Heron to anyone seeking help with addiction or other mental health issues. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and conveniently nestled in the center of San Antonio. I mean it when I say the staff is above and beyond and genuinely do their best to reassure clients their needs would be met, and issues resolved. It’s an incredibly safe place to heal, thrive and grow. I only wish I had another hand so I could give it 3 thumbs up. If you are serious about getting help I couldn’t recommend a better outfit. 😎 The work they do is life changing.

Geneyln was an Old School Nursing Assistant who knew how to help you. She wrapped my IV site so I could shower, changed my linens and made my bed . She made me a cup of hot tea to sip on and checked on me throughout the day. I felt very cared for as I did from all members of my care team from the 4 th floor. My room was 414 Kathleen

Had an emergency that put me in surgery/oncology for a little less than a week. While the majority of the staff was awesome and got me taken care of. One tech stood out above all, I want to give a huge shoutout to Joshua who went above and beyond for all my requests. He was extremely kind and patient and before leaving everyday would stop by my room to see if there was anything else he could do for me. Men like him are who you want to be working on/with you when being cared for. Thank you so much Josh.

I went in for double hernia correction surgery and the staff was so kind and compassionate. It went smoothly and everything was described to me from start to finish before the procedure. Dr. Admire and his team was beyond excellent! Afterwards the recovery team, Bryanna S and Gilbert S, made sure I was comfortable before I left. I was given clear cut and precise instructions and cared for in a way beyond my expectations. Really impressed with this hospital and the team that cared for me!

Im currently a patient here getting help and treatment the first time I was here I was icu and my nurse Nicole was the most caring,kindest person ever so shout out to her and now im back again and my nurse and nurse assistant ailani and Veronica shout out to those ladies as well the most amazing nurses ever they have worked very hard and taken care of me very well I appreciate all you ladies and other staff thats been so helpful from vee ❤️🙏🏽🙂💐

As usual the staff is very professional and treats you like.a.humanbein. The techs BIANCA, NATALIE, TERRA CHRIS IAN AND ENNICE are always on time. Even checking on you when they dont have to. CHRISTIE, MATTHEW, ASHLEY, JUSTIN ,KERA , JUDITH are awesome sauce, as well as RICK, SUSIE, LIEZEL, MELODY,PABLO AND I cant remember the other rn name but he was awesome 👏🏽 as well. DIETARY. (DANIELLE, NANCY, MARCUS AND CHRIS) hadles their business if they dont.they will get it right. My issue is with the Dr. Patient care and pain management.. I fell i mean I fell hard and I was in a lot of pain to the part I can barely walk. Not to mention the surgery I already am.dealing with and they are not managing my pain l am receiving my meds 12 hrs apart that is not management. I asked the dr about it he said he was going to give me.iv management to work faster and gave me lidocaine patches THAT DO NOT WORK AT ALL .SO IM.JUST IN PAIN BASICALLY. How can you be in the hospital dealing with pain and leaving with more.pain? The ER department was very unprofessional and rude to the point i almost gave up and left but my health comes.first. Other than that. I love this hospital and staff especially the Neuro Science Guys keep up the good work 👏🏽 🙌🏽 🎊💕💯

On my very first visit I was blown away with the best, brightest and most professional people ever. Starting with "Bubbles" Christina and her bubbly personality she went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience. Also the professionalism provided by Stacy the C.M. and Abigail the L.V.N. They both took excellent care of me from seeing the Dr. to getting my medicine bagged for privacy. Will enjoy future visits.

My Clinic Center for Health Care Sservice. My Doctor goes over and above for his patients. One time I had an allergy thiis nurse Kathy asked him to help me and he did it right away. That's an awesome Doctor who cares about his patients. The. receptionist is always cheerful and professional.The book keeper is super kind and beautiful. My counselor is the best he will listen to you vent forever and. get you papers for whatever you need. The nurses are great.Sarah is my favorite person she is the dispensary. nurse. I love them all it's the best.

Dr. Miles Witt is a skilled therapist with many years of experience in this field . I highly recomend him to anyone who look for a hypnotherapy session .

In 2017/18 I developed Gastroparesis after contracting a virus. It was life-altering because I ended up weighing 80 pounds & losing my job as I threw up 24/7. Eventually I decided hypnotherapy might help me cope with the trauma aspect of the illness. I found Dr. DeWitt to be a lovely human being. He is exceptionally smart & committed. You feel really comfortable with him (and I'm a survivor so feeling comfortable with a man I do not know is a big deal) he's got a very kind heart & a wonderful bedside manner. Not surprising for a hypnotherapist maybe but he's the real deal in terms of his commitment to his profession. Dr. DeWitt is a very kind man, he's highly intelligent & versed in his field & he helped me a lot with the anxiety element of the illness. I couldn't afford to keep going to see him but I did have several sessions & they were reasonably priced. He is punctual, a good listener, professional & invested in what he does. I did not feel he was just going through the motions, I felt heard, accepted and like he really did want to help me (which he did). I highly recommend Dr. DeWitt if you wish to be hypnotized for anything from anxiety to quitting smoking, he will help you. He's such an asset to this city. Thank you for all you did to help me.
