From the therapists, to counselors, to the front line and shift lead. The staff is great here. The owners are awesome, very personable, and seem to be involved which is nice. They have any amenity you can possibly think of. From the horses, to the sauna, the full size basketball court. The food is amazing. The views are breathtaking. I really enjoyed the groups and the one on one with my counselor/therapist. I can not convey through mere words what they've created. A fruitless and in vain attempt would be to say that the staff aren't there for a paycheck, they are here to change lives and the do daily. That they alongside the clients help to cultivate a space of healing where one truly feels capable of being present, accountable, and vulnerable. That this is the place and these are my people. I am genuinely grateful for the level of care, support, and communication we received from day one. The clinical director and my daughter’s therapist, Cassi, was truly exceptional. Cassi built trust with my daughter in a way I had not seen before, and knowing that my daughter felt safe going to her with anything meant everything to me. The clinical leadership made sure I understood every step of the process, and they took my concerns seriously from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine investment in my daughter’s well-being stood out immediately. The nursing staff was just as incredible. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure her safety, monitor her needs, and communicate with me about even the smallest changes or questions. There was never a moment when I felt out of the loop. Whether it was a medical update or a quick check-in, their communication was consistent, thoughtful, and reassuring. I could always reach someone when I needed to, and I never once felt like my daughter wasn’t in excellent hands. One of the biggest strengths of New Haven’s program is how thorough, individualized, and comprehensive their assessment process is. They provided the most detailed psychological evaluation my daughter has ever received, and for the first time, I truly felt like her experiences, symptoms, and struggles were understood with depth and accuracy. They paid attention to nuances that are so often overlooked by other providers, and those insights have already transformed how I support her at home. Despite some negative reviews in the past, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The program is thoughtfully designed, tailored to each child’s needs, and grounded in compassion and clinical expertise. I felt supported at every turn; not just my daughter, but me as a parent navigating an overwhelming situation. My daughter made meaningful progress during her three months there, and the foundation they helped her build is something she continues to benefit from today. I am sincerely grateful for the entire team at New Haven, and I would not hesitate to recommend this program to any family whose child needs this level of care. They truly changed our lives for the better. Samantha Lucas 6 months ago The team of therapists, relational coaches, medical staff, and teachers was all needed to create a safety bubble around our teen while she experienced a real and present storm in her life requiring therapy (individual, group, & family therapy). After 12 months of school and therapy, she was able to actually complete high school early and has launched successfully into her college experience. Thankfully, New Haven offers aftercare options to make the transition bearable- it is a lot to transition from a safety bubble to college life. We appreciate the deep care from all the staff, including the cook and night staff, who all make themselves available to the kiddos when a listening ear is needed. The reason for 4 stars was because we would’ve like to see more daily physical activity included in the program for a healthy lifestyle. However, there were parent weekends to national parks and many outdoor opportunities. In summary, New Haven aims at making families whole and we were blessed to be one of those families. If you are considering New Haven, you’re in a tough place and have been through a lot. We were there and made mistakes before finding New Haven. The team was excellent - especially her counselor (shout out to the amazing Amy). The depth of the program and the quality of the people had a profoundly positive impact on our daughter and our family. I’m extremely thankful that we found this place. We still stay in touch with multiple families that we met through the program. My daughter supported my writing this review which says everything. These are good people doing good work. The Dr's and all the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They genuinely want to help people who are struggling. It's a different kind of program in its very own special way and I greatly recommend it to anyone struggling. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. The staff is extremely kind and caring and just wants to help however in order for them to do so you have to be 110% open and willing to put in the work yourself. If your looking into treatment this may help you so you know what your going into and what you can bring. Blankets and pillows from home. You can vape and smoke (don't flush vapes down the toilet or you'll lose your privileges for everyone it almost happened). You can have food and candy (no energy drinks). Family nights every other week on Tuesdays. Black out period is 5 days (no phone calls). Very scheduled, you'll be going from 8am to 8pm every day but it passes time quickly. Just a few things that made my time easier, so if your looking into becoming a better you, this is the place to start. My daughter was mentally unstable when arriving to Embark. I called several different facilities and Embark was the best option. Intake Specialist, Financial Rep, Therapists, Drs, Nurses the entire team was supportive as especially being 19 hrs away from home. Family sessions were conducted as needed, the open communication and emails were great to keep me updated with progress. This is the first place that was supportive of my decision not to rush to put my daughter on Meds as soon as possible. My daughter remained at Embark for 4 months and I can say she has matured, developed more self esteem, improved respect and has showed tremendous improvement in her mental health. She currently only taking meds that’ she actually needs but eventually can be winged off. Therapist Ray and Beth has checked on my daughter and means so much to us. My daughter talks about how she’ misses the mountains and all the kind people she met while there. My daughter experienced good days with peers and bad days but every experienced was needed for her growth. I appreciate everyone that was apart of our experience. As far as price holy crap it is pricey lol but there’s payment plan options (if you qualify). Before my daughter was released, a ceremony was held. Now that she’s home, she’s still apart of Embark online Therapy which was also another option. I love it bc her progress and growth continues. My daughter misses the chef that’s at the house, the trail walks and 24/7 care. Thanks so much. LAMarie “LA Marie” T 2 weeks ago i stayed here from 6/16/22 to 9/6/22. i really liked my stay here. i have so many positive memories from embark, like stealing an ice cream bucket and eating it in a closet with broken hangers with my roommates, bug hunting with my favorite staff members (laura and carsen), and so many more. one thing i did not like here was how every time i would level up, a rule would change and i wouldn’t be able to do that certain thing. for example, the “transition room” for the clients on transition, was automatically no longer the transition room when i leveled up, and another example, also while i was on transition, parents could take out their kids for a few days AND overnights while visiting, but as soon as i hit transition, guess what? they took that away. other than that, my therapist cameron was amazing and helped me in so many ways. the staff that worked there when i was there have moved on with their lives and i have too, but i still think about my embark days. nick 3 months ago Embark is a wonderful residential treatment facility for teenage girls. My daughter was spiraling out of control for two years and after trying everything we could, I researched places all over the country and decided on Embark. The entire staff was amazing. The communication we received weekly about the progress was so detailed. The building is comfortable and homey, giving the girls the perfect environment to work on their mental health goals. The therapists were phenomenal. It was three months of intensive individual, group and family therapy. They also provided the structure and routines to help develop character, resilience and responsibility. I can’t say enough good things about Embark. I’ve been to multiple treatment centers, and this one is different. From the moment I walked in, I felt it. The environment is warm and homey, and the staff genuinely care. I’ve never once felt like “just another patient.” Everything is individualized, and they meet you where you’re at. Inpatient is where my life was saved. The nurses and techs are incredibly attentive, especially when you come in with serious medical complications. One nurse in particular took the time to really talk to me when I was struggling to even begin recovery, and that moment made a huge difference. Inpatient can be hard after a while. But it’s not forever, and it gets so much better as you move through the program. Residential gave me more freedom, connection, and space to grow. There are groups where more people engage, time outside, yoga, and even a dance class (RIMBA) that helped me rethink my relationship with movement. The staff here truly care. From therapists to leadership, people take the time to know you, support you, and challenge you in the ways you need. Even small things, like how comfortable and welcoming the space feels, make a difference. Nicole, the CEO, is truly someone special. As someone who has recovered herself, she gives so much hope to patients. She leads groups that everyone wants to go to, and she somehow makes time to get to know people individually. I’ve never been anywhere where leadership is that present and that personal. She really cares. I also have to mention Glenn, who does maintenance but honestly I feel like he’s there to make people smile. He’s one of those little things that makes CFC feel different. There’s a sense of community in the building that’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it. CFC also creates moments of joy in recovery, like talent shows, unit games, fundraisers, and outings like thrifting. It reminds you that life can still be fun, even in the middle of something really hard. If you’re reading this, I know how scary things probably feel right now. I want to start by saying my daughter really struggled academically and behaviorally and my biggest fear was sending her to a place that would cause more harm then good. I researched and researched to make sure I found a place that I knew my daughter would be safe in. One thing about New Haven is the family support from other parents. New Haven was recommended to me from another parent who’s child was currently in the program and I am so happy I chose this placement. The first month was the hardest for both of us, her behaviors increased and so did my anxiety, however her therapist and the staff kept me well informed and walked me through all interventions! By month two we saw so much growth and stability from my daughter. The family therapies really helped us learn what she was feeling and how we can get closer as a family. Nursing was exceptional, they are very quick to respond to my questions and I had LOTS of questions regarding medication. They really listen to what my daughter was saying and did everything they can to help her with her symptoms of her diagnosis. The school portion was also amazing, my daughter struggled with school avoid and they worked with her and got her on a path where not only is she going to school and is doing the work and passing! She is very excited to go back to her school and show all her teachers what she has accomplished. The other thing that made me feel very comfortable with this transition to programming was the was the way milieu was ran. When you have 16 girls with 16 different reasonings of why they are admitted can easily create cauois but the staff really created an environment where the girls can grow safely and effectively. But also not to forget the girls really were their for eachother like a sisterhood. The only reason why I chose not to give 5 stars to New Haven was because it is not finaclially maintainable if insurance runs out and have no other source of funding it is very expensive. Although her therapist really advocated for her our Insurance dropped us and we had to leave before the program was completed. If I had to recommend a RTC for your daughter I highly recommend New Haven. I have learned so much about myself. I've been to several other methadone clinics and I've never made so much progress as here. The doctors here are amazing too and they really understand. If you are at all considering trying to get your life together and trying to get off heroin, make an appointment and follow through with it these people will change your life. What I noticed very first because my husband and I walked down here out of desperation at 5 in the morning when we came is that everyone was pulling up in nice cars on their way to work and they all looked really happy and it was a time when me and my husband were really really bad addicted to heroin and meth and I realize these are the kind of people I want to surround myself with I totally turned my life around and just a matter of a few months! Sending your child to rehab, finally getting a small glimmer of hope, only to find out that the promises made by the rehab were more marketing than truth is heartbreaking. After multiple rehabs my wife and I were wondering, are any rehabilitation programs that will see and treat our daughter as a person versus just as another customer? Then we were referred to Ascend. From intake to the day of her release, the team at Ascend cared for and walked alongside our daughter giving her the care and tools she needed. Individual therapy, group therapy, activities, and life coaching were all done professionally and thoughtfully. We as a family were also invested into with family weekends and therapy. Even when our daughter hit bumps along the way, they provided the accountability, structure and resources she needed. After leaving the program, the after care and alumni outreach are amazing. People were stopping me, asking me how I was. Encouraging me to go to group, meet with my counselor. I got mad and I was resistant and resentful even hateful Emily and Josh would know it. They were patient and determined and kind and they helped me find hope and reason to live. I am going to be maybe in the next year tapered out. This place is incredible. I cant thank you all enough. I love someone you there and I know it weird to say but you are all Inhad for years. I have my kids back in my life and. Y wife. Things are good. Staying Sober Unknown 1 month ago I would have to say out of the other clinics I've tried in Utah this is one of the better ones they actually showed that they care about you you're not just a number to them that's just paying a fee for methadone they actually treat you right your counselor actually contacts you and is understanding. I've had bad experiences with another provider in the past who told me they were there for me told me I could call anytime but when it actually happened there were they were nowhere to be found and just ignored me so if you're looking for a place to actually treat you like a person and care about your sobriety this is the place this other place didn't care about my sobriety and luckily I made it through it and I'm super grateful for Orem comprehensive to getting me in the same day I called when I was having the problems I was having and instead of having me wait another day they got me right in and I really appreciate the staff for doing that. Entering a treatment center is so hard and yet this place became a second home. Cirque is a world class facility. The staff is amazing. From the therapists, to counselors, to the front line and shift lead. The staff is great here. Ardu' Recovery..... Oh my love... I obtained more in 45 days at their residential than I had previously in a combined 12 months elsewhere. I can not convey through mere words what they've created. A fruitless and in vain attempt would be to say that the staff aren't there for a paycheck, they are here to change lives and the do daily. That they alongside the clients help to cultivate a space of healing where one truly feels capable of being present, accountable, and vulnerable. That this is the place and these are my people. That I hope you find the courage within you to walk through those doors and the dedication to change your own life, with the help of some absolutely amazing people along the way. Though those would all be severe understatements, so if you're curious at least come check us out. What's the worst that could happen? Your life could be everything you imagined and more, things you couldn't even fathom brought to fruition, families healed and faith restored? Sending my daughter to a residential treatment center was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make as a parent, and I was incredibly apprehensive at first. However, our experience with New Haven’s Stabilization & Assessment Program far exceeded every expectation I had. I am genuinely grateful for the level of care, support, and communication we received from day one. The clinical director and my daughter’s therapist, Cassi, was truly exceptional. Cassi built trust with my daughter in a way I had not seen before, and knowing that my daughter felt safe going to her with anything meant everything to me. The clinical leadership made sure I understood every step of the process, and they took my concerns seriously from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine investment in my daughter’s well-being stood out immediately. The nursing staff was just as incredible. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure her safety, monitor her needs, and communicate with me about even the smallest changes or questions. There was never a moment when I felt out of the loop. Whether it was a medical update or a quick check-in, their communication was consistent, thoughtful, and reassuring. I could always reach someone when I needed to, and I never once felt like my daughter wasn’t in excellent hands. One of the biggest strengths of New Haven’s program is how thorough, individualized, and comprehensive their assessment process is. They provided the most detailed psychological evaluation my daughter has ever received, and for the first time, I truly felt like her experiences, symptoms, and struggles were understood with depth and accuracy. They paid attention to nuances that are so often overlooked by other providers, and those insights have already transformed how I support her at home. Despite some negative reviews in the past, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The program is thoughtfully designed, tailored to each child’s needs, and grounded in compassion and clinical expertise. I felt supported at every turn; not just my daughter, but me as a parent navigating an overwhelming situation. My daughter made meaningful progress during her three months there, and the foundation they helped her build is something she continues to benefit from today. I am sincerely grateful for the entire team at New Haven, and I would not hesitate to recommend this program to any family whose child needs this level of care. They truly changed our lives for the better.

The team of therapists, relational coaches, medical staff, and teachers was all needed to create a safety bubble around our teen while she experienced a real and present storm in her life requiring therapy (individual, group, & family therapy). After 12 months of school and therapy, she was able to actually complete high school early and has launched successfully into her college experience. Thankfully, New Haven offers aftercare options to make the transition bearable- it is a lot to transition from a safety bubble to college life. We appreciate the deep care from all the staff, including the cook and night staff, who all make themselves available to the kiddos when a listening ear is needed. The reason for 4 stars was because we would’ve like to see more daily physical activity included in the program for a healthy lifestyle. However, there were parent weekends to national parks and many outdoor opportunities. In summary, New Haven aims at making families whole and we were blessed to be one of those families.

My daughter spent a year at New Haven and it was an excellent experience for us and for her. If you are considering New Haven, you’re in a tough place and have been through a lot. We were there and made mistakes before finding New Haven. The team was excellent - especially her counselor (shout out to the amazing Amy). The depth of the program and the quality of the people had a profoundly positive impact on our daughter and our family. I’m extremely thankful that we found this place. We still stay in touch with multiple families that we met through the program. My daughter supported my writing this review which says everything. These are good people doing good work.

The staff was very welcoming and provided me with great details about their program as they showed me around the buildings, explaining what they could offer to the adolescents they work with. I'm not sure how to explain it. It feels like a jail where they baby you with unlimited cigs and good food. Its not fun to wake up to a large man in the shared bathroom shitting at 4am. Yet, the court yard and people you meet are mostly good. Get a watch before you go so you can be on time for the many groups and an MP3 radio so you have something to do.

New roads is an amazing program. I received so much help & healing Even just in the few months I attended IOP there. More so than I was ever able to obtain at any of my other programs. My therapist was absolutely amazing, and they all worked extremely hard to make sure I had everything I needed. The Dr's and all the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They genuinely want to help people who are struggling. It's a different kind of program in its very own special way and I greatly recommend it to anyone struggling. My LO never had the opportunity to receive treatment here, but I can't say enough good things about Natalia who works at intake. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. Unfortunately, our country still has a long way to go in the criminalization of those suffering with a serious mental illness. Thanks New Roads for all that you tried to do and especially Natalia.

Steps was the first place I've ever gone to treatment and it was well worth it, so far it's saved my relationship with my wife, my family and myself. The staff is extremely kind and caring and just wants to help however in order for them to do so you have to be 110% open and willing to put in the work yourself. If your looking into treatment this may help you so you know what your going into and what you can bring. Blankets and pillows from home. You can vape and smoke (don't flush vapes down the toilet or you'll lose your privileges for everyone it almost happened). You can have food and candy (no energy drinks). Family nights every other week on Tuesdays. Black out period is 5 days (no phone calls). Very scheduled, you'll be going from 8am to 8pm every day but it passes time quickly. Just a few things that made my time easier, so if your looking into becoming a better you, this is the place to start.

My experience with Embark has been wonderful. My daughter was mentally unstable when arriving to Embark. I called several different facilities and Embark was the best option. Intake Specialist, Financial Rep, Therapists, Drs, Nurses the entire team was supportive as especially being 19 hrs away from home. Family sessions were conducted as needed, the open communication and emails were great to keep me updated with progress. This is the first place that was supportive of my decision not to rush to put my daughter on Meds as soon as possible. My daughter remained at Embark for 4 months and I can say she has matured, developed more self esteem, improved respect and has showed tremendous improvement in her mental health. She currently only taking meds that’ she actually needs but eventually can be winged off. Therapist Ray and Beth has checked on my daughter and means so much to us. My daughter talks about how she’ misses the mountains and all the kind people she met while there. My daughter experienced good days with peers and bad days but every experienced was needed for her growth. I appreciate everyone that was apart of our experience. As far as price holy crap it is pricey lol but there’s payment plan options (if you qualify). Before my daughter was released, a ceremony was held. Now that she’s home, she’s still apart of Embark online Therapy which was also another option. I love it bc her progress and growth continues. My daughter misses the chef that’s at the house, the trail walks and 24/7 care. Thanks so much.

i stayed here from 6/16/22 to 9/6/22. i really liked my stay here. i have so many positive memories from embark, like stealing an ice cream bucket and eating it in a closet with broken hangers with my roommates, bug hunting with my favorite staff members (laura and carsen), and so many more. one thing i did not like here was how every time i would level up, a rule would change and i wouldn’t be able to do that certain thing. for example, the “transition room” for the clients on transition, was automatically no longer the transition room when i leveled up, and another example, also while i was on transition, parents could take out their kids for a few days AND overnights while visiting, but as soon as i hit transition, guess what? they took that away. other than that, my therapist cameron was amazing and helped me in so many ways. the staff that worked there when i was there have moved on with their lives and i have too, but i still think about my embark days.

Embark is a wonderful residential treatment facility for teenage girls. My daughter was spiraling out of control for two years and after trying everything we could, I researched places all over the country and decided on Embark. The entire staff was amazing. The communication we received weekly about the progress was so detailed. The building is comfortable and homey, giving the girls the perfect environment to work on their mental health goals. The therapists were phenomenal. It was three months of intensive individual, group and family therapy. They also provided the structure and routines to help develop character, resilience and responsibility. I can’t say enough good things about Embark. I will be forever grateful for how my family was able to repair our lives with the guidance of Embark.

Where do I even begin. Center for Change has saved my life multiple times, and I truly cannot recommend it enough. If you don’t read this whole review, just know this: if you or someone you love is struggling with an eating disorder, CFC is absolutely worth considering. I’ve been to multiple treatment centers, and this one is different. From the moment I walked in, I felt it. The environment is warm and homey, and the staff genuinely care. I’ve never once felt like “just another patient.” Everything is individualized, and they meet you where you’re at. Inpatient is where my life was saved. The nurses and techs are incredibly attentive, especially when you come in with serious medical complications. One nurse in particular took the time to really talk to me when I was struggling to even begin recovery, and that moment made a huge difference. Inpatient can be hard after a while. But it’s not forever, and it gets so much better as you move through the program. Residential gave me more freedom, connection, and space to grow. There are groups where more people engage, time outside, yoga, and even a dance class (RIMBA) that helped me rethink my relationship with movement. The staff here truly care. From therapists to leadership, people take the time to know you, support you, and challenge you in the ways you need. Even small things, like how comfortable and welcoming the space feels, make a difference. Nicole, the CEO, is truly someone special. As someone who has recovered herself, she gives so much hope to patients. She leads groups that everyone wants to go to, and she somehow makes time to get to know people individually. I’ve never been anywhere where leadership is that present and that personal. She really cares. I also have to mention Glenn, who does maintenance but honestly I feel like he’s there to make people smile. He’s one of those little things that makes CFC feel different. There’s a sense of community in the building that’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it. CFC also creates moments of joy in recovery, like talent shows, unit games, fundraisers, and outings like thrifting. It reminds you that life can still be fun, even in the middle of something really hard. If you’re reading this, I know how scary things probably feel right now. I just hope you’re able to find the kind of help and support that I found at Center for Change. You deserve it.

I am greatful for New Haven. I was in a Really bad place mentally and I really learned a lot. I’m so greatful for the staff they really cared about me. Although some staff were questionable with their own mood, I felt comfortable enough to tell other staff about the interaction and helped me though that. thank you Mary for everything you done for me and how you helped me navigate my emotions and help me become the best version of myself. Shout out to Dan, Maddie, Isabella and the other MHTs at Spanish fork for everything you did you me while I was there. I hope other girls can get the opportunity to work with you

My daughter was admitted from January- April 2026. I want to start by saying my daughter really struggled academically and behaviorally and my biggest fear was sending her to a place that would cause more harm then good. I researched and researched to make sure I found a place that I knew my daughter would be safe in. One thing about New Haven is the family support from other parents. New Haven was recommended to me from another parent who’s child was currently in the program and I am so happy I chose this placement. The first month was the hardest for both of us, her behaviors increased and so did my anxiety, however her therapist and the staff kept me well informed and walked me through all interventions! By month two we saw so much growth and stability from my daughter. The family therapies really helped us learn what she was feeling and how we can get closer as a family. Nursing was exceptional, they are very quick to respond to my questions and I had LOTS of questions regarding medication. They really listen to what my daughter was saying and did everything they can to help her with her symptoms of her diagnosis. The school portion was also amazing, my daughter struggled with school avoid and they worked with her and got her on a path where not only is she going to school and is doing the work and passing! She is very excited to go back to her school and show all her teachers what she has accomplished. The other thing that made me feel very comfortable with this transition to programming was the was the way milieu was ran. When you have 16 girls with 16 different reasonings of why they are admitted can easily create cauois but the staff really created an environment where the girls can grow safely and effectively. But also not to forget the girls really were their for eachother like a sisterhood. The only reason why I chose not to give 5 stars to New Haven was because it is not finaclially maintainable if insurance runs out and have no other source of funding it is very expensive. Although her therapist really advocated for her our Insurance dropped us and we had to leave before the program was completed. If I had to recommend a RTC for your daughter I highly recommend New Haven.

We had our ups and downs with New Haven, but in the end they were an amazing help in our daughter's journey to recovery. Almost all the staff were incredibly caring and dedicated. Generally we were always heard and our input was a major part of our daughter's treatment plan. Grateful to New Haven and its staff for all they did.

I would personally say Reflections recovery center is one of the best places in the state, of Utah. One of the main reasons is the staff is 100% superb in how they handling most situations inside and out Even before you walk in the doors one staff member,stands out the best,her name is Amanda and she works in getting your butt into the facility.. She communicates with all parties and she keeps no rocks unturned, if there's a way and a will she will get it done. It really awsome to know Reflections staff are very nice and actual real people for once. I have had multiple friends in fall of 2025, being accepted into this program and they all have given five stars with flying colors plus my My friends got all the treatment they needed and of course they all said this the place to go.. I personally wanted to thank all the staff at Reflections and helping my friends get through these difficult times in life . Happy Holidays to everyone

Grateful doesn’t even begin to express how I feel about Life Balance. No matter what my life looked like or what I was struggling with, they were always supportive and willing to walk beside me through it all. The staff truly care about the people in their program and meet you where you are in your journey. Ryan Hymas was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I had a bed lined up when I graduated from residential. That support meant more than I can express and helped me feel safe and prepared for the next step in my recovery. My days in the program weren’t always easy, but graduating from Life Balance was truly a blessing. The experience was powerful, empowering, and life-changing. I’m so grateful for everyone who walked alongside me on this journey and helped me grow into a stronger version of myself. Thank you all for what you do.

I get my medicine & talk to my counselor once a week. I also take random UA's. Far as I can tell most everything is bout same as it was after Project & Wasatch combined what not. Oh if I get complaints, I'll share them on here. You can count on it. You can do it, you're worth it. We all have a choice no matter how deep we get. I know sobriety is slow going, especially when you're accustomed to that immediate gradification. It's worth it though. OMFG is it ever. Just keep on keeping on. Sometimes one minute or even one second at a time. I'm starting to legit build my happily ever after. Long way from thinking I was gonna die & not caring. I got my son back. It's amazing how good things get when you're living right. When I was using & focused or dark stuff that's what I got. So happy to be on the other side of the spectrum now. One thing that has me less than happy lately is that I seem to be stuck carry wise which is BS as I've had nothing but clean UA's for like a year. Utah County doesn't have many options though for low income folks. If you go to a pay place you're definitely treated better. Heck with it though. Who wants to stay on methadone forever any damn way lol.

This is the best treatment center in Utah in my opinion they have totally saved my life and the therapist there will really fight for you.I've never felt so cared for and loved it's amazing the nurses are amazing the counselors everybody on the staff is so awesome I feel so welcome inn at home and really they make it not all about the medication you receive it's about the treatment. I have learned so much about myself. I've been to several other methadone clinics and I've never made so much progress as here. The doctors here are amazing too and they really understand. If you are at all considering trying to get your life together and trying to get off heroin, make an appointment and follow through with it these people will change your life. What I noticed very first because my husband and I walked down here out of desperation at 5 in the morning when we came is that everyone was pulling up in nice cars on their way to work and they all looked really happy and it was a time when me and my husband were really really bad addicted to heroin and meth and I realize these are the kind of people I want to surround myself with I totally turned my life around and just a matter of a few months! I got back my driver's license I completed treatment I'm doing wonderful on my ap&p they have totally saved my life Project Reality is the best place in Utah for treatment don't wait!!

It's sad to see poor reviews, but everyone is going to have bias opinions which everyone is entitled to theirs. The thing you have to remember, is that this is a rehab! So all the reviews saying that they are terrible, you may want to take with a grain of salt! I had a great experience with Foothill. Ricky really changed that place for the best, and he worked his butt off with not only the staff, but the clients too, to try to figure out a Happ medium! You can't have everything you want when you're coming off drugs and alcohol! It's a facility that has guidelines and rules! Believe me, I tested and pushed both, and at times told some members of the staff things I shouldn't have said!!! Ricky could have kicked me out a couple times, but worked his tail off with me, and the staff to get me through! I completed the 90 day program a little bit early, cause I started doing the work, and going the extra miles it took. I still struggle now and again but I'll always look here first! Thanks to all of you at foothill that was there th times I've came through! You guys are awesome!

This is a great place for being funded by the county. I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction. It's hard at first to accept getting sober but if you truly embrace their message you can succeed here despite what others have said. They have a 5 star staff that can give you several tools to get better. I have a strong personal gratitude for this place.

Watching your child struggle with addiction is an absolute nightmare. Sending your child to rehab, finally getting a small glimmer of hope, only to find out that the promises made by the rehab were more marketing than truth is heartbreaking. After multiple rehabs my wife and I were wondering, are any rehabilitation programs that will see and treat our daughter as a person versus just as another customer? Then we were referred to Ascend. From intake to the day of her release, the team at Ascend cared for and walked alongside our daughter giving her the care and tools she needed. Individual therapy, group therapy, activities, and life coaching were all done professionally and thoughtfully. We as a family were also invested into with family weekends and therapy. Even when our daughter hit bumps along the way, they provided the accountability, structure and resources she needed. After leaving the program, the after care and alumni outreach are amazing. Ascend is the real deal. They walk their talk! If you or your loved one needs help, call them!

Ascend changed me and my families life for the better. There are a lot of recover centers out there but I don’t believe I would be as healthy as I am now if I chose a different place than this. The staff is outstanding and their dual diagnosis focusing heavily on mental health along with addiction is a recipe for success that Ascend has mastered! I highly recommend!

I took a picture of the QR code from my counselors office and I was to afraid sadly to post my real name here because of fear of what other might think. I might change it bit for now it will be just Staying Sober. I started in Orem 5 years ago I think it. I was on probation then. I had 15 years hanging over my head. I had lost my wife and kids because I just kept disappearing. I was suicidal and failed in IOP and Residential. Every time I came in there to the Orem Clinic people were talking to me. People were stopping me, asking me how I was. Encouraging me to go to group, meet with my counselor. I got mad and I was resistant and resentful even hateful Emily and Josh would know it. They were patient and determined and kind and they helped me find hope and reason to live. I am going to be maybe in the next year tapered out. This place is incredible. I cant thank you all enough. I love someone you there and I know it weird to say but you are all Inhad for years. I have my kids back in my life and. Y wife. Things are good.

I would have to say out of the other clinics I've tried in Utah this is one of the better ones they actually showed that they care about you you're not just a number to them that's just paying a fee for methadone they actually treat you right your counselor actually contacts you and is understanding. I've had bad experiences with another provider in the past who told me they were there for me told me I could call anytime but when it actually happened there were they were nowhere to be found and just ignored me so if you're looking for a place to actually treat you like a person and care about your sobriety this is the place this other place didn't care about my sobriety and luckily I made it through it and I'm super grateful for Orem comprehensive to getting me in the same day I called when I was having the problems I was having and instead of having me wait another day they got me right in and I really appreciate the staff for doing that.
