I want to take a moment to highly recommend Chateau for any first responder or veteran who may be struggling and in need of inpatient support. My experience there was truly life-changing. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. The staff went above and beyond to create an environment that was compassionate, professional, and focused on healing.
Every member of the team — from the counselors to the support staff — treated me with respect and understanding. They took the time to listen, to guide me through difficult moments, and to help me find practical tools to manage my challenges. The treatment programs were well-structured and personalized, addressing not just the symptoms but the underlying issues as well.
The facility itself was comfortable and welcoming, and the sense of community among residents made a tremendous difference in my recovery. I left feeling stronger, more self-aware, and better equipped to continue my progress.

The Chateau has been instrumental in my growth and continued recovery. The staff and therapists humanized my experience from day one, providing a safe and supportive space where I could begin to rediscover my whole self. Through multiple modalities, I was able to process and begin healing from both deep-rooted and secondary traumas—some of which I had carried for far too long in silence.
What sets Chateau apart is their unwavering support even after treatment ends. Their commitment to alumni care reminds us we’re never walking this road alone. I’ve continued to grow, and while I still face struggles, the ongoing alumni meetings, reunion, and check-ins have helped me feel held and connected. There’s a true family and community feel that stays with you.

I truly owe my life to Chateau! I have been to Chateau twice after severely struggling and ended up spending almost three months total there. I was very anxious not being a first responder or veteran and much younger than many of those there. The second I walked through the front door, I felt safe. Clients and staff didn’t not care that I was neither of those things.
Through the help of Chateau, I found the motivation and will to stay alive and sober. I started to discover my authentic self and be happy with who I was. Chateau helped me in so many ways and will never be able to express the amount of gratitude I have for the facility, staff and clients.
They are accommodating to all needs and are truly there to help you become better.

I've been going here almost a month and so far so good not any problem other then I have a service dog and she has all paperwork only thing that's hard sometimes is where everyone just brings there dog to the clinic that's not a service animal going in building sometimes makes things difficult cause other animals aren't trained and that makes things hard for me and my service dog... If they could just fix that problem the place would be great in my book.

Not my first rodeo. I have been through a few rehabilitation programs with several local treatment centers in Salt Lake City. Recovery Ways at Brunswick was equipped with staff that has experience and multiple tools to assist in the recovery process. The step down progression and support is second to none. I have memories and friends from my short time that I will carry for a lifetime. I am sober today in part because of the staff and resources I was gifted on my day of surrender. Highly recommended and even though the commitment seems daunting, the experience will enhance your life skills and provide ample suggestions to assist in a fight for life outside addiction.

I came to Deer Hollow carrying years of unresolved trauma and symptoms that had taken over my life. I had tried therapy before, but nothing reached the root of what I was dealing with until I walked through their doors. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe, grounded, and understood in a way I hadn’t experienced anywhere else.
Residential treatment was intense, structured, and emotionally heavy at times — but it was also exactly what I needed. The trauma-focused work, especially IFS, helped me understand why I reacted the way I did, where my patterns came from, and how to work with the parts of myself that had been stuck for so long. The therapists were incredibly skilled, patient, and compassionate. They didn’t just teach me tools; they helped me truly heal.

When you are serious about recovery come to Deer Hollow. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it. I am a Paramedic that came up in the time of “stuff those emotions down”, I’m here to tell you that does not work. They come back with a vengeance and hopefully you don’t take your own life before you get help. Give Deer Hollow a chance, The staff is top notch and they have been through similar stuff and achieved Victory. I began Deer Hollow’s outpatient program after completing residential treatment, and it became one of the most meaningful phases of my healing. Outpatient gave me the structure and support I still needed, while also allowing me to start rebuilding my life outside of treatment.
The therapists at Deer Hollow are incredible. They understand trauma on a level I’ve never experienced before, and they know how to create a safe space where you can go deep without feeling overwhelmed or judged. The work we did — especially IFS and the group sessions — helped me continue unraveling the patterns and protective parts that had controlled so much of my life.
What made outpatient so powerful for me was the combination of accountability, connection, and continued therapeutic intensity. I was able to practice real-world coping skills during the week and then bring what came up back into group and individual therapy. It felt like a bridge between treatment and everyday life, and it gave me confidence I didn’t have before.
The community is also something special. Being surrounded by people who understand trauma, who get the ups and downs, and who are all working toward healing made me feel less alone. I built relationships there that still support me today.
Deer Hollow’s outpatient program helped me solidify the progress I made in residential and gave me the tools to live with clarity, stability, and hope. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and compassion I received during this part of my journey.

I was skeptical before coming to moonlight. I figured going to a rehab facility was going to be miserable. How wrong I was! I was welcomed the min I walked in the door!! It has been an absolutely amazing experience and would not change it for anything the staff is great and helpful! I've been going here for about a month now. It's been years since I've gone to a clinic. In the past I haven't had the greatest experiences at clinics due to many factors. Like having too many patients and/or lack of empathy. Their intake processes were always so ridiculous. They would make u jump through 100 hoops just to start dosing. And sometimes if you didn't meet their unrealistic qualifications they would turn u away and tell u to come back another day. But Tranquility Place has put those places to shame! The intake process is easy and painless and goes by quick! They get u to dose right away. They have dr's there each morning to help get u to a comfortable dose. The staff there is beyond helpful, professional, very sweet and personable. Very passionate about what they do there and it shows. Ive never felt judged and I've been met with a lot of compassion. I check in with my counselor maybe once a week for no more than 10-20 min at a time. Groups are available but not mandatory! Each time I dose im in and out in the blink of an eye. There is never a wait time when I come in to dose. I'm finally stable and my quality of life is already improving. I was against going back on methadone for a long time. But if u are anything like me and have had long term issues with opiates and u are considering a clinic, Tranquility Place is the clinic to go to! Trust me!

You are doing a disservice to everyone who might really need help determining which clinic is right for them. A loved one went here. One of the better places. They give weekend take-homes right away. One downside is you have to line up at 5:30 am to initially be admitted.

Trama therapy was game changing from Tammy!! She helped me soooo much, she help my youngest! My oldest son was making progress but shut down and as he was 18 I couldn’t make him finish- wish he would go back. Honestly everyone could benifit from this type of therapy! It was game changing for me. I learned to have a voice, I noticed all my diagnoses ( mild bi polar, depression, ptsd, anxiety) all decreased by at least 70%. I found adding Jesus to my mindset w healing and Tammy understands everyone’s different. You want to put it into the higher power ( what is that for u?) God, the earth, elements , whatever and its personalized for your faith or spirituality. I manage all my diagnoses. They don’t manage me. I use my choice of things to help like oils, vitamins so on…….
Everyone has so kinda trama and need to learn to heal. This review is late, but still feel ppl need to know this service / therapy is game changing if your ARE READY TO HEAL, BREAK CYCLES/ generation trama!!!

After my husband tried multiple medications, years of talk therapy, CT scans, MRI’s, and saw countless doctors for different issues- we FINALLY got to the root of it all: his brain.
By addressing the core—his neurological function—we’ve found true healing from his depression, anxiety, ADHD, & addictions. Those painful cycles are over, as this has given us the tools to actually work through them. It’s been a long 7 years watching him suffer & feel disconnected, and now I’m finally seeing my husband be HIMSELF again. That means everything to me.
His quality of life has done a complete 180. He’s able to function optimally! He is healthy- and most importantly he’s happy.

It's well worth the money and we'll worth your time because on all honesty. It's not that much time. It may be every day, but it's not that much time. .there were some days that I wanted more or longer sessions. These guys are awesome, if your ready to get clean. If you want to keep getting high, go to the one that rhymes with fart. These guys know their stuff, understand addiction, and will work with you to get you sober. If you want a clinic that doesn't care and will let you do what you want, this isn't the place. I had an experience where they showed me this first hand. The level on one of my tests was out of whack, so they started doing my dose do make sure all was well. Once things were sstraightened or, the stabilized me for the first time ever. Now I'm good without dope. 5 years at fart and nothing, I come here and within a month, I'm stable. This is unlike any other clinic I've been to. No lines around the block, no staff talking down to you. Exactly what I needed.

EDIT: It's been almost a year since my last review & I wanted to update it again. I love this place and & the people. Unfortunately, Jerry, who was the owner, had to sell. I met the new owner & he seemed very nice but omg the new systems they're implementing are just so awful & annoying & frustrating. Before we would come in & Susan, the receptionist, who is so sweet, kind, smart, & efficient, would get us checked in & we could literally be in & out in like 3 minutes for real. Now they make u check in on a tablet & there's a TV where they put your # when you're allowed to go back & see Jeff, (the one who gives u your dose). I hate it for a couple reasons, #1- it slows things down A LOT!!! There is always a wait now & it is no longer in & out. #2- it makes u feel like your at the DMV! Waiting for your # to be called, you're not a person, you're a # & it feels so clinical & impersonal. Now one of the things I do like & really appreciate that they've done is if u miss your counseling apt they give u a week to do a group & if u do u don't have to pay a fine. Which I really appreciate. Last Monday the while morning was going awful & all these things came up & I totally spaced & felt so bad about missing my apt but am so grateful I am able to make it up! I'm also grateful Jerry is still there & I still have him as my counselor, he is a wonderful person who u can tell really cares about everyone & never judges. & I'm also so glad Susan is there & Jeff. Jeff is the nurse who gives u your dose, who is also one of my favorite people there. He is so kind, efficient & I love coming every day & getting to see Susan & Jeff cuz they're such wonderful people & I hope they never leave!!! Diane is another staff member who has been there for years & is such an amazing person. As a matter of fact, all the staff there is amazing & I'm grateful to have such wonderful people to be there & support me in my recovery journey. So even though I really don't like the new system (& talking to others, everyone else hates it too & were kind of hoping they'll do away with it after a while when they see how much it slows things down) I will still continue with, I guess it's called True North now because of the people there.

Steps treatment Center is Absolutely life changing!
Their staff and Therapist are top notch, all the way from residential to IOP and beyond! If you or a loved one struggles from addiction/substance abuse… look no further! Steps will help you every step of the way, in every area of your life! I LOVED my experience and am 100% satisfied with the decision I made to go to steps! Plus the food is bomb!

The staff are amazing they all care and didn't allow me to cross boundaries which is what I needed to start living in my values. Like any program u will get out what u put in. They won't make u be sober and get better we have to make our selves happy and healthy. Amazing program though, highly recommend Steps for people serious about sobriety and loving themselves.

My daughter was suffering with depression in February of this year. We were desperately trying to find her some help. Rod reached out to me and was able to get her to a therapist that she absolutely loves. (She had tried several prior)
Today my daughter posted on her Instagram how, in February, she was drafting her letter to leave the miserable mental state she was in. She was tired of fighting with herself every day trying to stay here.
Here we are in October. She is doing SO good and she has for several months. It's all due to Suncrest Counseling, Rod and her amazing therapist, Laurie. She posted that because of their help and resources, she has happiness in her life and credit's them and people that love her with saving her life.
I credit her for doing the work needed to get to where she is.
She wants everyone to know that there is hope and happiness to be found.

For almost two years, the respiratory team cared for my adult stepson who was unable to move voluntarily or communicate with us except through his involuntary expressions, as a result of s serious TBI. The staff opersted under the assumption he could hear and understand him. I have cherished memories of RT Ginger joking with him and getting.a rare smile in return, of Andrea singing her ranchera songs to him, and of PT Heather looking straight into his eyes as my stepson responded to her prompts—amazing. The CNA staff was incredibly devoted. Each staff member shared some aspect of themselves, and I believe that helped our son feel seen and loved.
Our beloved son and brother has since passed away, but it gave us tremendous comfort to know that when we could not be there, the St, Joe’s staff would be looking after him.
