The staff is all amazing

I was in Acqua October 2024 and the staff was amazing. They listened to what the clients had to say. The one thing Acqua offered that not a lot of the other places did is dual diagnosis. Not only do they treat addiction but the helped me get on meds that worked for me. I loved that I didnt get the 12 steps shoved down my throat. I liked my counselors and the staff helped me get everything lined out to go home in another state. I'm been sober for 9 months now.

My loved one came in Nov 23 and left in Feb 24. If you’re loved one struggles with addiction and is looking for hope this is place to go!!! I did a family week around Christmas. I will tell you that it was an enlightening experience for me. The lectures were amazing, family systems is by far my favorite. I opened my mind to concepts and thoughts I had been unwilling to look at for decades. Thank you!

What an incredible journey recovery has been! I came to this place—and wow, I’ve never experienced anything so beautiful in my life. The people who work here are truly extraordinary—so kind, compassionate, and full of love. Honestly, they feel like angels walking among us. I’ve never felt so deeply cared for and loved by people who didn’t even know me.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on. Thank you Pinnacle!!

The Chateau has been instrumental in my growth and continued recovery. The staff and therapists humanized my experience from day one, providing a safe and supportive space where I could begin to rediscover my whole self. Through multiple modalities, I was able to process and begin healing from both deep-rooted and secondary traumas—some of which I had carried for far too long in silence. What sets Chateau apart is their unwavering support even after treatment ends. Their commitment to alumni care reminds us we’re never walking this road alone. I’ve continued to grow, and while I still face struggles, the ongoing alumni meetings, reunion, and check-ins have helped me feel held and connected. I truly owe my life to Chateau! I have been to Chateau twice after severely struggling and ended up spending almost three months total there. I was very anxious not being a first responder or veteran and much younger than many of those there. The second I walked through the front door, I felt safe. Clients and staff didn’t not care that I was neither of those things. Through the help of Chateau, I found the motivation and will to stay alive and sober. I started to discover my authentic self and be happy with who I was. Ardu literally saved my life. Ardu is just not a business with employees. It is a home with family. They truly care about your wellbeing and will do everything in their power to help you. They show you ow to live life again in healthy ways. If you want to get clean this is the place to go. I am almost 2 years clean and I know there is no way I would have made it with out them.

This program by far is the best Rehab facility in the country. My life was changed after being there for 56 days. The professional staff, attention to detail, intense therapy, and process groups all helped in my transformation on my road in recovery. They also included my family in the process, because this is a family dis-ease… I highly recommend Cirque…if you seriously want to stop drinking or drugging, are willing to be openminded, honest, and willing…this is the place for you. My LO never had the opportunity to receive treatment here, but I can't say enough good things about Natalia who works at intake. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. Unfortunately, our country still has a long way to go in the criminalization of those suffering with a serious mental illness. Thanks New Roads for all that you tried to do and especially Natalia.

Provider: Rock Creek Neurosurgery Procedure: Vertebrae Fusion Feedback: Inprocessing/staff interaction/ Surgery/Outprocessing - Excellent Post Op care: initial prescriptions called in and ready by the time I left the clinic. Follow up with PA a few days later yielded a new Rx which helped with my needs in a timely manner. Needs Improvement: When I was on the last day of my pain meds (one week post-op) I sent a message first thing in the morning via the patient portal requesting a refill and a stronger prescription. I received a text message acknowledging receipt of the request. The prescription was not refilled. I had to endure the night without pain management. I followed up the next day via text message asking for help. The initial response was less than helpful. Basically, “you aren’t the only patient we have” and “you can go to the ER” and “we have procedures to follow in house before we can fulfill your request.” Thankfully, the refill/updated prescription was authorized within an hour of opening and I was able to get back on track. I wondered to myself if they were really that callous and truly didn’t care that I spent the night pacing the house in pain and unable to sleep. It would have appeared that way based solely on the text messages I received. The GOOD NEWS: There is a happy ending to the story. The PA called me soon after the Rx was validated. He took responsibility for dropping the ball and missing the window to fill my Rx in time. He apologized profusely for the pain I was going through. THIS is the kind of thing I look for in customer service - a willingness to accept responsibility and acknowledge when mistakes are made, rather than hide behind “process” or “procedure” as an excuse. I am grateful for the PA stepping up and taking responsibility. I am thankful for their attention in resolving my concerns. People make mistakes, we all do. What matters to me is they actually cared enough to own what happened and call me to apologize. For that, I commend them. Hopefully their internal process improvement methodology will capitalize on this event and not let it go to waste.

I had a 2-night stay after having a back surgery. It was a great experience with the nurses, PTs, and staff. From check-in to check-out was smooth and seamless. I appreciated the care and concern that was given to me.

I went to Brunswick exhausted, malnourished, and on the brink of a nervous breakdown. My marriage was ending because of Infedelity and I started drinking heavily. They made me feel safe, gave me a place to improve my health, Therapist that I could talk with and taught me skills to use when I was feeling overwhelmed in life. Eliminating using a drug just to feel better. I highly recommend them if you need to get your brain clear, calm and ready to change your world around you!!!

My nephew came to Recovery Ways and it was the first program that really worked for him, after two years of trying four other programs. He came out of this program a different, new person, his best self. What made RW different? The type of program-- 1) Intensive therapy and classes with real learning, my nephew is super smart so he's hard to impress, he criticizes everything, but he was quoting the lesson & tools he learned here. 2) The staff was always present, available, created a strong sense of support along with the peer support group which was healing for my nephew, he finally felt he belonged somewhere. 3) Pragmatic, realistic program located in the city with daily visits to sites, bookstore, gym, aquarium. Patients learn sobriety in the midst of real life and daily activity in town, rather than being isolated then return to real life, they're accustomed to living sober. 4) Focus on mental health at Copper Hills was exactly what my nephew needed. They gave him exactly the tools that worked for him. 5) RW is unique, it includes both RT residential therapy and PHP partial hospitalization, all in patient, and covered by insurance, so no rent, you get room and food. So it's a 2 month min. program or longer. 6) Staff is amazing, very competent, on top of details, needs, circumstances, concerns. Matt and John were a godsend, every day, they went the extra mile, counselled with me on all needs, gave excellent advice and referrals to help me solve all my nephew's needs and navigate insurance, then transfer to sober living. I can't praise RW enough, I thank God we found this place, I doubt any other place would have done what RW did for my nephew. It gave him a new self and life.

Steps was the first place I've ever gone to treatment and it was well worth it, so far it's saved my relationship with my wife, my family and myself. The staff is extremely kind and caring and just wants to help however in order for them to do so you have to be 110% open and willing to put in the work yourself. If your looking into treatment this may help you so you know what your going into and what you can bring. Blankets and pillows from home. You can vape and smoke (don't flush vapes down the toilet or you'll lose your privileges for everyone it almost happened). You can have food and candy (no energy drinks). Family nights every other week on Tuesdays. Black out period is 5 days (no phone calls). Very scheduled, you'll be going from 8am to 8pm every day but it passes time quickly. Just a few things that made my time easier, so if your looking into becoming a better you, this is the place to start.

Wasatch is worth every cent because of Todd he told me that I was recovered the day I stopped using drugs. He is one of the greatest minds the Recovery community has. I am writing this from a hyperbaric and still sober. I didn't stay the whole time but I got what I needed. As a veteran in the opiate epidemic and a 20+ time rehab connoisseur. I can say Todd one talk with him brought more healing and more recovery than hundreds of meetings, doing the 12 steps and thousand hours of treatment groups. Find your people. Be of service. Give back. Heal your body. Up north there's a hyperbaric and wellness in ogden ran by a beautiful women named Mel who is also phenomenal human. If you go there try the tesla coil. It is a phenomenal for balacing your energy. I truly believe addicts are healers and if we can conquer our addiction we can light . Anyways thanks for coming to my ted talk

Wasatch was my first treatment center. Some of the staff that are not as versed in mental health have a very dangerous and possibly harmful way of “treating” clients. That being said most of the staff really cares and went above and beyond for me. Dekard and Dee stand out the most their positive and encouraging attitudes inspired me and pushed me to keep going. I can credit them for how far I’ve come (90 days). Like any place Wasatch has its short comings but all in all if you’re struggling with addiction it’s a great option 🖤

Despite my difficulties and frustrations deep diving into my past traumas, while utilizing the different modalities offered at DH; I did the strenuous work to process and find my path to peace again. Investing in myself has been the greatest gift. DH’s Therapists, medical staff, chefs, and techs were genuinely committed to helping me through my processing. When you are serious about recovery come to Deer Hollow. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it. I am a Paramedic that came up in the time of “stuff those emotions down”, I’m here to tell you that does not work. They come back with a vengeance and hopefully you don’t take your own life before you get help. Give Deer Hollow a chance, The staff is top notch and they have been through similar stuff and achieved Victory. You will be with peers going through the same stuff, no matter what their background we are more alike than different. I thank the people of Deer Hollow for saving my life.
