Thank you CFD for helping my child with her eating disorder. Thank you Ester, Sarah, Alexis, and the entire staff. It has not been an easy process, but thank you for your patience and kindness that got her to where she's at today. It is definitely bittersweet now that she's discharged. I know she will miss you guys! I hope you all the very best! Thank you all for what you do!

CFD saved my life I have battled an Ed for 2 years now and since coming here and just leaving my life has been turned upside down for the better. I have learned so much here than I have in any other treatment. CFD helped me fix my body image issues and helped my exercise addiction and I was able to find other activities to enjoy besides those. All the staff here are absolutely amazing and so kind. I love you Sebastian, Lydia, nurse ester, and Sarah. I had a therapist switch in the middle of treatment but my new therapist was still able to provide an amazing experience at CFD and helped me so much. CFD is great and the treatment is very personalized with your own personal meal plan and after a while you can prep your own meals and go on walks. My favorite thing was going out and going on exposures to help me. All my peers were amazing and always so helpful. The staff is so kind and respectful. You can also go on walks once you reach medical stability. Highly recommend CFD.

This is one of the best special education schools in the area! The teachers are compassionate and patient. The administration listens to students and parents, working collaboratively to help students grow and learn. A huge shout out to Ms. Carter, one of the best special education teachers I've ever met! Five enthusiastic stars!

The Kellar School is a place where lives are changed and hope restored. There is a pervasive atmosphere of caring and degree of professionalism that makes it a preeminent special education facility. The curriculum is sufficiently individualized that one feels as if the entire facility exists solely for the benefit of one's own child (and EVERY parent is left with that same feeling). The faculty, counselors and administrators are proactive in communicating developments and, even more impotantly, responsive to parents' concerns (emails are typically answered within a few hours, and never more than a day later).Proof of the efficacy of Kellar's methodology is readily apparent. A student's improvement here is noticeable comparatively quickly. While there are oscillations, the trend is always upwards. The result is that the Kellar School ensures that its students realize their maximum potential. Often, that is a higher degree of functionality than anyone had reason to imagine upon enrollment.I have examined the other reviews here, and the negative ones are apparently talking about different components of Inova's treatment apparatus. The Kellar School itself is an amazing facility and any family that can get their student admitted here should count itself fortunate. For any student who falls within the parameters of its treatment options, I highly recommend that the family use every means at its disposal to advocate for placement.

I can not thank the staff at Discovery Mood and Anxiety enough for all they have done for our child. This program was instrumental in helping our child who was struggling. Everyone from the intake staff, therapists, director, etc. were wonderful to work with. I would recommend this program to anyone whose child needs the IOP/PHP level of support. I definitely have to share our experience, for us the fact that our son is receiving this type of therapy has been incredible, the progress he has made has been quite a bit, they have noticed it at school and family members...we have been here for a year and a half Approximately, we have a child who today is improving a lot in his speech, in the way of socializing we have had two extraordinary therapists, very professional as well as the supervisor, always attentive to our child's needs at all times, the office always helps us. They have treated us very kindly, they support us with transportation when we need to go to the clinic (because the service is at home), for the therapies to work we need consistency and for us to all work as a team

I have been a patient at VHC since last year when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was shocked to see the rating of the hospital just now as I have only ever had a positive experience with the numerous doctors I now have. This hospital honestly and truly has the most caring professional staff, including nurses doctors and everyone else involved. I’ve been coming to this hospital for the last three years and the doctors and nurses are amazing. They are so sweet and you know you are in good hands. Once you are admitted I posted a bad rating in the emergency department. The emergency department is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered in my 40 years of life. You can read what happened during the check-in process in the ER. It’s just horrible and it does feel like a Third World country emergency department but again once you are admitted, or you have a schedule, these people are seriously the best I’ve ever had.

This was my first time in treatment. Honestly, it completely changed my life. The bonds that I ve made in this place, the sober network I ve built, getting my psych meds right, the entire staff and facilitators- have all been such an extraordinary experience for me. I never understood the difference between just being sober/clean versus actually working a program/recovery. RU has helped me to understand that recovery goes beyond clean time- and it s about changing who you are for the better and continuing to progress as a person overall. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has even the slightest desire to change their life for the better. Gold star all around! AND THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE!

I would have to say this is the first time i have used this VA center but as a transfer i was able to get my first appointment with my PCM on Yellow team in 4 weeks. My experience with other centers is it took months. I went into the ED tonight and it was empty. The procedure for check in really wasn't posted but but with that being said even though i was there for something most would consider minor and a waste of ED resources the nurse and Dr Douglas treated me with the utmost respect and actually listened to what i was saying. My experience in any ED is once they treat your complaint they street you. But Dr Douglas made the time with me quality she took time to ask if I needed any other problems addressed. I will see how my interactions with the rest of the hospital goes but I am highly impressed with the ED please continue the service.

Thank you CFD for helping my child with her eating disorder. Thank you Ester, Sarah, Alexis, and the entire staff. It has not been an easy process, but thank you for your patience and kindness that got her to where she's at today. It is definitely bittersweet now that she's discharged.
