I'd have to say that the Staff that greet you out front are very courteous and helpful and the Medical Staff that are who and what you go there for, are the best Counselor's. The N. P Cindy is a true clinician, who I think is at the top of her Field is very professional seeking what's best for the individual wanting help. I highly recommend Piedmont Community Services to anyone who may at this juncture in their life who needs help to break the hold that illicit drugs has on you. Please believe me that you will be so glad that you decided to if not go there at least call they're counselors these people are very skilled and knowledgeable about the very things that are troubling you.

Spero Health is hands down the best addiction treatment center. I’ve been to over 5 different places to be able to get subs, and I’m blown away at the quality of service Spero provides!! I drove 1.5 hours to get here and it’s worth it. The office is quiet, clean, smells good, and plays good music. The staff are so incredibly attentive and kind. They make me feel like I’m an active participant in my treatment, like I’m the one making the decision on what I want to do. Every dollar I spent and every mile I drove to get here was worth it!

I was voluntary and quickly DTO’d due to not being able to articulate I was uncomfortable with the room I was in.
Due to COVID no visitors were allowed, however, hopefully if not ideal patients can at least FaceTime/messenger family
The one time the third floor went outside I don’t recalling grass, I believe it was all pebbles. When I transitioned to the second floor, there was a window in the room and we were able to go to the gym for group. I would hope that on the weekends, the third floor gets to visit the gym, I did not during my stay in 2023. The staff on the third floor, for the exact people, I need in my life to get help at that time. Essentially angels to me.

My psychiatrist is awesome. He listens well, and we make plans together for my meds. The only negative I've seen in my year at Blue Ridge is the policy for no call no-shows. I accidentally did a no call no-show once, as I forgot about an appointment. They stopped sending refills of my medication immediately. I had to be unmedicated until I was able to sit and wait for hours to be reinstated, and then scheduled in again. The staff is amazing. The policy sucks.

This positive review is long overdue. The skill building run by along with its partnership with the therapists and the good working relationships amongst them and the autistic services provided for children I appreciated at the time and their was a sense of warmth 😊 and gratitude but not until I left the area did I fully realize how special the treatment was and how great it is that you use state and federal funding for the betterment of society. How grateful I am that I was fortunate enough to be wrapped up with so many gifted people in the right line of work for the right reasons while my children were young. How little at the time did I realize how much my happiness was due to the support provided by places like yours. I have been a patient in the hospitals Cancer Clinic since 2012. That ought to say a lot about the staff and what they do. Professional doctors and nurses. Admin staff is superb. When you enter they greet you will a smile and care. I must point out how good the nurses are. They make me feel like I am a family member and care for me appropriately. Those who live in in this area are fortunate to have access to such an excellent facility. I have been an overnight patient in the main hospital too and my experience there was equally superb.

Its been very effective for me,I've been there it'll be 4 years in March 11 2019,I get 27 Take-Home Bottles,And I haven't had a dirty urin drug screen yet,I love going to Pulaski Medical Clinic,Pulaski County VA,Im going to be there for the rest of my life, Its really turned my life around,I just wish they could start selling Vitadone Vitamins,I take them for the methadones side effects, They really do help,I say if something's working for you don't mess it up,I was a 27 year IV HeroinOpiet Drug adict user,Finally at the age of 37 I got help,I'm still in the clinic It's the best choice I've ever made for myself,I defiantly tell other adicts about this place,If You Work The Program Right,You'll Have success,
