8.57 / 10 | Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is a health care provider based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. They are part of the Advocate Health network which is the third largest nonprofit health system in the United States. British gaurd there is so nice and polite. My son's doctor changes every year, this is going to happen as they are using students and they will move on, I understand this, all the doctors we've had have been great, although as soon as I get used to one and love them they are gone which is disappointing but it happens. However first appointment with his new doctor and he cancels at the last minute two days before. I was called at the end of the day to cancel and couldn't answer because I was at work. I had a 245 appointment so my son didn't miss classes. He has online classes which because they are flexible, they are less understanding about missing for appointments. Since he's finished earlier now than brick and mortar school his last class ends at 2 and the appointment was perfect. I made the appointment 2 months ago. I understand emergencies happen, but they are always on the phone if my son goes too long without appointments, yet they can cancel at the last minute. Again emergencies happen, but I have to take a whole other day off work now, and find another job for the day last minute so I don't lose money. When I asked the receptionist very nicely if it would be possible next time to cancel a bit more ahead.. especially being that I made the appointment months ago, my son's school this year is less understanding as it's more flexible, (they get a zero for participation if they don't show up to class) even explaining, "I completely understand emergencies happen.." we haven't even seen this doctor yet..she got quippy and said "providers have emergencies too! " In a nasty tone of voice. That's totally unnecessary, and guess what, a doctor making 30 or more an hour won't be bothered losing a day of work, a person at 15 an hour losing work is another story. Keep your rude comments to yourself and just do your job!!! These receptionists need to understand our kids attending your office already have tons of therapy appointments which we have to miss work for. I have a zillion things on my plate. I also have a job which is flexible in order to take off for all these appointments and stay home some days with my child to catch up homework, therefore, I get paid alot less than even you, the rude secretary!!! Take this into consideration or you will alienate the whole office of patients that pay you girlfriend!! Guess what I don't appreciate losing more money, I appreciate the least your nasty attitude. You work in customer service, with overworked ADHD and autism moms, have some empathy please or get a new job.

Lauren is incredible, she’s gone above and beyond helping me on many occasions. She’s good at knowing how to treat someone based on were they are when they arrive. For instance I’ve come in before feeling terrible, she’s able to recognize that and help accordingly. I could go on for hours on how awesome she is. Thank you WSCTC for having people like Lauren on staff to assist patients.

First off, I'm a bad person. I've been here three or four times, completed treatment twice.
Chris, the owner I believe, is the most helpful person in the world. He took thirty minutes to run through my DMV record and assure me an estimate of total cost for license restoration without upfront billing. To give you an idea, a lawyer tried to charge me 200 dollars
And if it's any indication of good will, I'm not even obligated to take classes. Help bro out, he is a champion.

Just had my C-section here last week. It was an extremely challenging ordeal, but the doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist team, and staff were incredible to work with. The food was a lot better than I anticipated as well.
Lost a star because of a previous labor and delivery ER visits that was less than ideal. I got billed $800 for a 5 second ultrasound with an extremely inattentive doctor. Not even exaggerating about the length of time. The doctor who performed the ultrasound also charted my information incorrectly and I had to get it fixed. This man walked in, put the ultrasound on my abdomen, waited 5 seconds, said, "Yep, he's moving ok. You should be fine," and then left and charted that my concern was decreased fetal movement which is NOT even what I had come in for. 🫠
Other than that experience, I've been consistently impressed by the staff, and I'm thankful for their service. ❤️

Came here for renal failure and these folks have managed to make it as comfortable, painless and manageable as possible. I honestly cannot say enough good things about New Season and the amazing people who work there. This facility has played such an important role in my recovery journey and has helped me not only get sober, but stay sober.
From the very beginning, I was treated with compassion, respect, and understanding. The staff truly care about the people they serve, and they never made me feel judged for my past or the struggles I was facing. They helped me see that recovery was possible and gave me the support, guidance, and tools I needed to begin building a better life.
I am so grateful for the role New Season has played in my recovery. I have now been sober since November 29, 2022, and I honestly don’t know where I would be today without the help and support I received there. New Season gave me hope when I needed it most, and I will always be grateful for that.
If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about getting help, please know that recovery is possible. Taking that first step can be scary, but New Season helped me take mine—and it changed my life. I will forever be thankful to the staff and everyone who has supported me along the way. 💙

Amazing experience im 17 but I've been there 4 times since 16 and I enjoyed it everytime the socialization with people having similar issues was amazing you didn't have to be afraid to socialize because we all were there for similar things I love having my own ac and bathroom and room and the gym was super fun. I lowkey felt like I met my soulmate (IN A FRIEND WAY) and she was amazing!! People only hate it because they cant do what they want but to be honest when you get there you forget about your phone and all the games and everything. I do think they should invest in better snacks for snack time like better chips!

I can honestly say I've had nothing but amazing experiences with this place. I had no issues with communication during my child's time here. Everyone was so nice and respectful. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing help. Thank you to all staff for helping us through such a difficult time.
