Rick P 1 week ago Been to other Banner hospitals in regards to my high risk pregnancy and this one by far has been the best service I have received. I went to get an answer on why I was having problems which no other hospital has been able to tell me why and they don’t run a lot of tests. And here I’m getting asked so many questions and a lot of tests are being ran because they want to know what is going on. Upon coming in Tony is the kindest soul and you can tell he actually likes his job. He made me feel heard and let me know they would help me figure out what is going on and apologized for what I was going through which felt so reassuring. After taking my vitals and weight he asked if he can give me a hug and wished me the best. Got taken back 20 minutes after which was insane to me after waiting hours at the other hospitals to be seen. I am laying here waiting to be seen but by far this has been the best service everyone talks so calmly and nicely and it feels like they actually listen to what people are going through. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. Sobermans truly saved my life! I had been to 2 places before & unfortunately neither one helped in the long run. I was literally on the verge of destroying my entire life with an opioid addiction & don’t even remember the days before detox or the first few days in detox, it was that bad. So while I was in detox, I was on the verge of hopelessness sitting in regret & overwhelmed by past trauma when someone came to me and said, your only option at this point is Soberman’s. I had never heard of them before, but at this point I’m willing to try anything so, let’s get it going as soon as I leave detox. All I can say is this place is magical! From the first night until the last I felt like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. For the first time in my life everything made sense & I felt safe because of Soberman’s way of doing things. The labyrinth has an energy like I’ve never felt before, it’s like everyone who had been there before left a little part of themselves to help those to come. The staff all have stories of their own & are some of the most beautiful human beings I’ve had the pleasure to be around. The Alumni are great & very supportive! I was fortunate enough while I was there to do 2 Alumni dinners, so I was able to meet a lot of them during the dinner. I’ve also had the pleasure of going to one dinner since I’ve been out which was fun. The Alumni are very supportive & always available, which is something I’ve never had before. A group you can always call on & they also have a weekly zoom call to check in too. Sobermans helped guide me to my recipe for success & I will forever be grateful! I’ve been Sober for 8 months now & have no desire to use, but if I do I now have the skills to deal with it in a healthy way. Thank You to everyone at Sobermans! I had an EXCELLENT experience here at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and would highly recommend them. Linda Anderson 2 weeks ago March 1, 2026 - March 30, 2026 my daughter was in the NICU. She was air lifted from Payson and I just had a c section so my lovely boyfriend drove down. Being at this hospital was an adventure to say, fresh c section had no wheel chairs for the first week. No one told us about the elevator that brings you to the floor where the NICU is at. So I had to walk a VERY long way fresh c section. We had multiple nurses all were amazing but this one filipino nurse with short black hair. She made me feel like I was the worst mother ever. I’m 26 she is my first child and you treated my boyfriend and I like complete trash. You made me feel horrible about not having enough breastmilk for my daughter. I had you two long horrible days. You refused to show us how to do stuff. My daughter was on and off oxygen she was born a month early. When she was able to bottle feed I was told my multiple different doctors what % she needs to eat for 24 hours to be sent home. I felt like the night nurses never even tried, I would feed her she would eat about 75% of her bottle but at night she would only eat 2%? Doesn’t make sense. We had 3 amazing nurses, one was tall with long black hair she was an angel on earth she made me feel like I was a great mom, she explained things to me and when I had questions she answered them and didn’t make me feel like I was stupid. Then we had Amy I absolutely adore her. She was another angel on earth, she did my daughters car seat test and the next day she came in when she had it off so she could be my daughters nurse for her altitude test and because of her taking her time with my daughter making sure she knew how to fed her we were able to go home the next day. The other nurse was an older lady she wouldn’t leave us alone but she had some amazing stories to tell us. Even though we had one horrible nurse, no one at the front desk tell us about the elevator I will still recommend this hospital for the NICU. Within the 30 days I was here my c section got infected and started to open up so I went to labor and delivery, I was told the doctor was in another room delivering a baby so I figured I was going to wait 5+ hours.
