Very lucky to have access to VA care, as I work part time and do not have medical or dental insurance. This facility is nice, very clean, plenty of parking. All the staff I have encountered are always nice, professional and friendly. Have been coming here for 8 years and not had any negative experiences.

I am way over due, maybe the staff has changed but I went there for a medical detox. Everyone was kind, I had a hot shower everyday and the Doctors I spoke to had their ears opened and listened. This was in 2012. I have had heard mixed things since then... I hope things are back on track. Overall I would say my experience was positive. I have sent a loved one there with schizophrenia many times and they continue to try and help. This is a vary difficult field. Not everyone is perfect but they are looking out for your best interest , I promise❤️

I've been in other treatment centers for mental health 4 times before and this is by far the best I've been to. I actually felt they cared (well most) for you. People need to realize that from 7 to 8 both am and pm they're busy with shift change and vitals so only ask something of them unless its truly important. I look back at time in Gero unit with some fondness. There are a few people from my 11 day stay in March that I hope to always remember. And Kayla was absolutely awesome. I'll miss her. Just realized I'm on my late wife's (the reason I was hospitalized) profile. I'm not going to retype every thing. So I'll sign with my name. James Renfro

I did an inpatient stay for four days. I had a very good experience. The doctors, therapists, nurses, and staff definitely made me feel like I mattered. They gave me the treatments I needed to get better. My health, both mentally and physically, were monitored daily as I received medication for my diagnosis. If you need help with any severe mental health issue, I highly recommend checking out Seven Hills Hospital

I stayed with Luxe for 40+ days and i can only say good things. The director and therapist(s) are experienced and actually care. The techs are awesome. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and provided me with some of the best healthcare I’ve experienced. A lot of the staff is in recovery also with lots of clean time. West care, at the Women & Children's center changed my life! They reunified me with my son and I now have full custody of my son again! This program saved my life! I LOVE all the staff there! (Miss Heather, Miss Irma, Miss Melinda, Miss Dawn) They TRULY want the best for u! And u become a sisterhood whole in there! EVERYBODY is SO supportive, caring and giving! Edit: THE BEST METHADONE CLINIC IN THE WORLD. ALL OF THE STAFF ARE GREAT! THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY WIFE AND i. Special shout out to the staff for OUR SON. First off the front desk is always fast, Courteous, caring and compassionate even when us patients/dosers are not having the best day. Always smiles and good words. I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here. What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment.

I returned today for a minor surgical operation and once again I was blown away by the outstanding service I received. This is a beautiful, state-of-the-art hospital with so many helpful volunteers and staff. Like my last visit, I was quickly taken care of when I arrived and within five minutes, I headed back to Dr. Dunn’s office. The staff here in the general surgery section are fantastic, super friendly and true professionals. The minor surgical procedure was completed in no time, and I was out of the hospital in under one hour. There is also a food court on the first floor near the east entrance and the only complaint I have is with the parking lot – what a zoo. To Dr. Dunn and the entire staff, I met today, thank you and thank you for your service to us veterans.

I recently had a stay at Desert Parkway 700 unit, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received — especially from the nursing staff member Flye and the technician Kiven. From the very beginning, Flye showed genuine compassion and professionalism. She took the time to listen without judgment, made sure I understood my care plan, and consistently checked in on how I was feeling. Her calm presence and reassuring attitude made a difficult time feel much more manageable. It was clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing thoughtful, respectful support. I also want to recognize something truly unique about Kiven — he’s a social butterfly in the very best sense of the word. His outgoing, approachable nature brought an incredible amount of positive energy to the 700 unit. He has a natural gift for connecting with people, whether through lighthearted conversations, thoughtful check-ins, or even a simple smile while passing by. He makes everyone feel seen. Truly, Kiven deserves a pay raise for how exceptional he is at what he does. He doesn’t just clock in and complete tasks — he takes ownership of his role. He shows up with intention, supports patients without hesitation, and helps create an atmosphere of safety and stability. His upbeat personality, combined with his steady and confident presence, makes people feel both protected and genuinely understood. Team members like Kiven are the foundation of a strong mental health facility. His dedication, resilience, and authentic care for others do not go unnoticed. He absolutely deserves recognition — and a well-earned raise. Mental health treatment can be an overwhelming experience, but having staff members like Flye and Kiven made a meaningful difference in my recovery journey. I recently moved from Arizona and before I came into this house I moved to another sober living (not this one) and that house did not work out for me so I luckily found this one. The reason I say that because unlike other houses, here at New lyfe solutions the house manager works here at the house meaning he's actively involved helping you in your recovery and making you self sufficient. He will guide you to your meetings show you were they are and not only that. Push recovery upon you. If any parents or family members is reading this review wondering if this house is right for their loved ones. I can say that they won't be just on vacation here Carlos pushes recovery onto the men here. Not because he has to but he truly wishes the best for everyone here at the home. If ur anything like me and need real structure to have the best shot too regaining your life back. And start living not surviving. Come give it a shot! Nothing but great things here. Oh yeah Carlos the house manager helps out with grocery runs weekly which goes long way so you don't carry heavy water, soda, fruit, watermelon, etc back on your own. Great location too meeting down the street, fast foods, haircuts,smoke shops grocery stores. Bus stops. Won't regret this house one bit.
