2nd time coming here and its much more better now. Ide ignore all the nasty things about Lily. She is the manager of the entire office ans there's a lot that goes into it, especially when your staff is not doing things correctly. I moved to Vegas six years ago and I was goggeling methadone clinics to switch from the one from my hometown one that I was going too and I found this one as the best one with reviews and with this year it’s been six years I been coming here and I never had a bad experience not even one time. So I don’t get all the bad reviews honestly it might be from ppl that re not saying the whole story Alex my counselor is amazing the front grls there are very helpful and lily has always been understanding and good to me. Like everyone she has her bad days of course no ones perfect but she works hard and I always seen her go above and beyond for ppl when I was there so idk.just keep staying clean and doing what u need to do and you won’t have issues simple as that.i do recommend it as a good clean building and helpful staff.

Very knowledgeable they are there to embed it into you make sure that you know what is what etc they acknowledge your opinions have you voice your opinions as well to make you understand and believe in yourself they help you focus. So I was enrolled at the vogue house and was there for week or little more and then was in need to go to emergency room then which my hospital admitting cause me to lose my place In program....although everyone has been awesome an met alot of other people going through the same to continue their sobriety as well amazing strong people.....I felt I was treated unfairly because I was in a hospital bed not amusement park and left the facility in an ambulance I loved seeing and being part of the program but one shouldn't be kicked out do to hospital stay

Highly recommend very good counselors too. Whatever you need is there, it's tough to be homeless but if you keep a positive mindset get yourself together it's great. Tough to get along with every woman there but what matters is your needs are met and God has plans for everyone who works hard to stay sober and try to be kind to others. The PTSD is real there! Don't expect to have everything u want, it's everything you need! Be greatful and enjoy the journey God bless 🙏!

I had a really positive experience at Desert Hope Treatment Center in Las Vegas. The staff were one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed my time there. They were caring, supportive, and genuinely wanted to see me succeed. The food was also surprisingly good, and having decent meals made a big difference during treatment. Most importantly, the program helped me a lot personally and gave me tools and support that I can take with me moving forward. I’m grateful for the people I met, the staff who helped me along the way, and the experience as a whole. I would definitely recommend Desert Hope to someone who is serious about making a change and getting their life back.

I stayed with Luxe for 40+ days and i can only say good things. The director and therapist(s) are experienced and actually care. The techs are awesome. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and provided me with some of the best healthcare I’ve experienced. A lot of the staff is in recovery also with lots of clean time. Oh, and unlike many other treatment centers, the contact person actually is honest about what you can expect! Thank you everyone at Luxe!

We’ve had a very positive experience with this VA clinic. My husband is the veteran, and his primary care provider here is absolutely amazing. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure he receives the care and attention he needs. We’ve always felt that his concerns are taken seriously and that the staff genuinely wants to help. The nurses, doctors, and other staff members we’ve interacted with have been kind, helpful, professional, and respectful. They do a good job taking care of their veterans and making the process as smooth as possible. The waiting room can get pretty busy depending on the day, but there is plenty of seating, and the facility is comfortable while you wait. Overall, this has been a great VA location for my husband, and we really appreciate his primary care provider and the staff for the work they do and the care they provide.

You have class from when you wake up (breakfast) until the very end (9-10pm) my favorite part was “YOGA W BILLY” and along with the awesome staff! I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here. What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment.

Ive been going to BHG for about 5 months now and I've never had a bad experience! The nurses have ALWAYS been nice to me even when I didnt always pass my UA's. They NEVER made me feel judged at all which is something I truly appreciate. The front desk lady is always in a great mood and she does her job fantastically! The only complaint I do have is since they changed their hours, I called and told them I was 2 minutes away and if they can hold the door open for me and she said no in a very rude way. Other then this BHG is AMAZING and I would recommend it to any addict trying to get clean or even if you had a small lapse, go get help! They will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. And of course I wanted to give a shout out to the BEST consular there... Anthony! He is never pushy, easy to talk to and open up with and he doesnt expect perfection or make me feel judged or bad about myself in any way. He is a true goddess and he deserves a raise!! Newer, non-smoking, handicap accessible, secure, short term drug & alcohol detox facility. First came through in 2016, when it first opened, on my way to a 90 day Westcare residential program. Now I have 4.5 years clean and sober. I visit monthly to speak to clients about getting recovery, because this is where my new life first began, and I am grateful. It is what you make it. Staff works very hard, and will help you with many resources for recovery. But you have to ask!
