This clinic truly changed my life. The program gave me tools that I still use every day — understanding boundaries, core beliefs, cognitive distortions, self-esteem, DBT skills, and healthier coping skills. During one of the darkest times in my life, this place helped me shift my perspective and start healing. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff and the people I met in the program. I’ve honestly never been surrounded by so many supportive and genuine individuals at one time. A special thank you to my therapist, Stanchele, for the guidance and care that helped me grow. This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. Would highly recommend to all those looking:)

Amazing People... They changed my life. I've been to dozens of therapists/psychs/counselors/etc...but Tracie is the best in the nation. I wouldn't trade my experience for anything. Doc M is outstanding. She really takes the time to understand your needs and is solution focused. If you need help, please reach out. There is hope. You are loved, you are worth it, and others care for you, whether you believe it or not. You are not alone. It doesn't have to be here... but I am eternally grateful for the care I received at ECBH. I spent many years in EMS and Fire. I thought I had everything under control until I realized I didn't. I finally decided to see help. Twelve Oaks is where I chose to go. My time there was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I gained understanding and the tools that both helped in my immediate needs as well as my ongoing self care. They helped me realize that my perceived faults didnt make me a baddie person, just a person who needed to allow myself some grace. If your thinking of going to Twelve Oaks please do. Unfortunately I've had to use many different mental health providers over the course of 58 years and bridgeway center is hands down the best one I've ever experienced!. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend bridgeway to anyone needing mental health support. When you’re dealing with mental health challenges, having a supportive and compassionate team makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. Considering the patient to Doctor ratio is ten times what it should be, I think this clinic does well. I have one critique. Remove the soil from the water fountains at the main entrance. The appearance is a disgrace. Either use the fountain as intended or destroy it. Fountains that are filled with dirt implies our country can't afford to run a fountain. If this perception is correct, one has to wonder about the quality of care given inside.

I was the last person in the whole building, Dr was incompetent, I received no help at all despite the fact that I had the DR herself crying about my situation (I was in a homeless shelter at the time and had lost my cat). I hate this place. I have a broken hip for almost a year and I get nothing for it? Yeah, no.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with this VA clinic. This is the first time I’ve actually felt heard and cared about and I’ve been ordered actual tests and labs to find out the underlying cause to my condition vs just slapping a generic label on it and managing symptoms. I can’t thank my primary care doctor enough and big shout out to the gastrointestinal team too! I’m sure everyone doesn’t have the same experience but I’ve felt nothing but kindness and care here

I’ve had a really positive experience at New Seasons. The doctor is wonderful — caring, attentive, and easy to talk to. Breeze Anne and Joy both run great groups; you can tell they genuinely care about the patients and our recovery journeys. Breeze Anne especially goes above and beyond to make people feel supported and understood. The wait times can get a little long, but it’s clear the staff are doing their best, especially with how many patients they serve. I also think it’s great that they’ve partnered with 904 Health — Unity, who works with them, is awesome and has been such a great addition to the clinic. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new staff member who handles the drug testing. She isn’t very professional in how she speaks to patients — often talking down to them and creating unnecessary tension. There’s also a confusing sign on her door that says “knock and then wait,” yet she’s yelled at patients for knocking. It might help to replace that with something clearer, like “please wait to be called.” Overall, New Seasons has done a great job hiring friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff — this one person just doesn’t reflect the otherwise amazing team. With that small change, I’d happily give them 5 stars.

Also there New IOP Program is awesome , Mr Steven is a great teacher and you actually learn things about yourself and your addiction that is helpful . I went there in 2020 for a few weeks. it was a really good program, I was not ready for help though. If you are not ready to get help, it rarely ever works. So I came up with every excuse why I should leave. But the staff, counselors, food and everything else I highly recommend.

The staff here is simply amazing! They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every day a joy as they interact with the residents. The therapy team is fantastic, and the nurses are patient and warm-hearted. The rooms are spacious and comfy, while the courtyards are a lovely, peaceful escape filled with beautiful flowers. When compared to other places this one is good. So far very decent with minor faults. For example, after we pass front desk and go to the back we then gotta back again to front desk to do various things that could have been brought up before going to the back. I Have to say thank you to the behavior techs and supervisors who put in the work to keep me and others safe. The problems I've had here include many things breaking, uncleanliness (a staff forced me and another client to clean a day room that had not been cleaned in what looked like months if not a year.), staff using point sheets as a weapon to make kids scared, some of the staff are just downright petty. I can't say I wasn't helped, The clinical director (Scott Smales) Was so so helpful and helped sort a lot of problems. Behavior tech just don't care a lot along with some supervisors. Thank you to the ones who did do the work they were supposed to and thank you to the interns and my therapist for making my stay somewhat less scary.

The Avalon Center staff have been an immense help in navigating my road to better mental health. I was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder last year and these folks have done everything they can to give me the best care possible. I was without insurance for months and they were able to help me apply for patient assistance so that I could get my necessary monthly injection that was prohibitively expensive without insurance. My provider and case manager are both amazing. The staff up front as well. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with the Avalon Center during this difficult time in my life.
