This clinic truly changed my life. The program gave me tools that I still use every day — understanding boundaries, core beliefs, cognitive distortions, self-esteem, DBT skills, and healthier coping skills. During one of the darkest times in my life, this place helped me shift my perspective and start healing. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff and the people I met in the program. I’ve honestly never been surrounded by so many supportive and genuine individuals at one time. A special thank you to my therapist, Stanchele, for the guidance and care that helped me grow. Facilities like this should exist everywhere, especially for military members and communities that don’t always have access to quality mental health care. I’m thankful this hidden gem crossed my path.

This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. Would highly recommend to all those looking:)

Amazing People... They changed my life. I've been to dozens of therapists/psychs/counselors/etc...but Tracie is the best in the nation. I wouldn't trade my experience for anything. Doc M is outstanding. She really takes the time to understand your needs and is solution focused. If you need help, please reach out. There is hope. You are loved, you are worth it, and others care for you, whether you believe it or not. You are not alone. It doesn't have to be here... but I am eternally grateful for the care I received at ECBH. Unfortunately I've had to use many different mental health providers over the course of 58 years and bridgeway center is hands down the best one I've ever experienced!. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend bridgeway to anyone needing mental health support. They treat you like a person instead of a mental illness if that makes sense to anyone!! Do yourself a favor and go see them cause you won't feel one bit of stigma. Thanks bridgeway!!

From the front desk staff to the pharmacy and the providers in the back, everyone at the Bridgeway Center has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. When you’re dealing with mental health challenges, having a supportive and compassionate team makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. My NP, April Burgess, has truly been a Godsend throughout my treatment. She listens, cares, and works with you to find what actually helps. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received here. Came here for the first as I’m changing my VA service to here. No major complaints, but one thing they need to correct. The kind volunteer handed me a piece of paper showing me who I needed to call to get my service. Unfortunately, the phone number on the paper was no longer in service. Suggest they revive the letter. And the kicker: that person doesn’t actually handle what I was there for. Nothing major, but I feel it needs to be addressed.

Also she doesn’t judge you which is very hard to find these days! Not to mention her office decor is very cozy and serene so you are definitely relaxed. I am so glad that I got to come get healthy at JPEC. The staff- all the way from housekeeping to the executive director are phenomenal. They actually care about the clients and their recovery process. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone. The therapy/counseling sessions were very therapeutic. I just want to share my personal experience while recently attending a Family Weekend Workshop. I want to sing the praises of the providers who facilitated this workshop. From the initial gatherings, information sharing and tour on Friday, everything felt seemless. The staff were so warm and welcoming, I felt instantly at ease . Gulf Breeze Recovery is a beautiful facility and it is obvious that great care is taken to maintain it. Shay is a natural leader, speaker and was always equipped with more than enough information for any and all questions . Her sense of humor was so appreciated and I’m thinking it is probably legendary.😁 Heather has the confidant presence and answers at the ready to instill a sense of “ all is well here, as well as making sure everyone was informed and comfortable along the way. Everyone seemed fine changing hats and doing whatever was necessary to make sure everything rolled out well. Of course I am a big fan of Dr. E and it makes it hard to be objective but I felt also that he made everyone feel so comfortable and broke down the information given in a way that we could understand easily. I personally found the entire weekend very helpful and interesting. Of course, having a loved one of ours in your care made it particularly special. Thank you to Shay’s husband who made sure Shay had everything that was needed and was able to laugh at himself on occasion when Shay threw him under the bus . ( In a kind way of course :) The fact that you all care enough to do this on a weekend says everything we need to know about the care extended to our loved ones while recovering in your care and I am grateful. My loved one just completed a 60 day program at Gulf Breeze Recovery, in Gulf Breeze Florida, and the experience was beyond our expectations. The setting and accommodations are beautiful. The food is healthy and prepared by professional chefs. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable about all kinds of substance abuse. The intake specialist is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to assist. The family is treated with dignity and invited to be involved with their loved one while there. Our loved one expressed gratitude for what the entire staff did to help him in his recovery. He has expressed much gratitude for having the experience and privilege to have been at Gulf Breeze Recovery. Many thanks to all there. Thank you to everyone.

I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the program because my son was unable to complete it due to a health crisis. However, I can speak to the kindness, patience, flexibility, and overwhelming desire of the entire staff to help my son through a very difficult situation. At every hurdle they were willing to work with us to find a resolution. Shelly, Monica, Nicole and MANY others went above and beyond in supporting us. If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. The VA front desk are very helpful in directions. The Staff here are very friendly and helpful, very kind and caring. Some of The Doctors are also friendly, helpful, kind, caring; but think they have lots of patients or VA veterans under them, so they’re very busy. The Annual blood test showed I had Prostate Cancer, the urology doctor offered me two options to get rid of the cancer, I did 8 weeks of Radiation therapy and it worked. Been Cancer free for about a year now. But ED issues, sucks. I am disappointed with the Dentist, got dentures versus full mouth implants, so probably go to Turkey to get them. Getting a Primary Care visit is about 5 months away really sucks. I am mad that denial of Tinnitus, Gerd, PTSD, back in 2002 and 2008 or 2009, since I have this issues still today, everyday. I have to get NEXUS letters now from Doctors, sucks. My health has gotten real bad, the Chronic pain and anxiety and depression too. Kenneth Glatt.

I have been a patient of your facility for over 5 years. I'll be the first to admit that this place has saved my life. One thing I have noticed though is that there is a great number of overturned when it comes to your counselors. I personally have had over nine counselors since I've been coming to the clinic. A lot of them have been good. A few not so good. But I have to say that the counselor that I currently have is by far the best that I've ever had. Her compassion and sincerity became apparent to me within the first few minutes that I met her. Her advice and counseling has been instrumental in keeping me on an even keel when it comes to my recovery. The counselor that I speak of is Breez Ann Brownell. If anyone in your facility deserves a commendation it would be most certainly her. Thank you and keep up the good work.

This place saved my life! My counselor is BreezeAnn and she has been my anchor. I actually look forward to talking to her in my counseling sessions! I feel really blessed to have her. I went through 3 counselors over a 12 month period. They kept quitting. Then when I lucked out and got BreezeAnn I saw how beneficial it is to have someone who listens with an unbiased ear and offers realistic explanations and advice. If you need help getting off of opiates you should call!

Since the center is under new ownership I can definitely see a big improvement. The facility was clean and it smelled fresh. The CNA’s were professional and very tentative. When I advised the CNA my sister needed assistance, CNA Cheyenne Armstrong said she would locate her CNA. Two minutes later Ms Armstrong came to room said she couldn’t locate the CNA assigned to my sister so she would take care of my sister’s needs. Ms Armstrong was polite and very professional. The second CNA was Cheyenne Carroll she was the night CNA assigned to my sister. She was attentive and made sure my sister was comfortable. I pray the facility continues to make improvements and maintain the cleanness and quality I saw that day. Also kudos to Mr. Tim, for taking the time to meet with me and answer all my questions. Nice improvement team keep up the good work!

The staff here is really friendly! I especially appreciate the activities guy, who always brings a positive energy. The nurses are wonderful, and the therapy team is fantastic. Plus, the food is served hot, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Overall, the customer service here is excellent! customer service

Coming here was lowkey terrifying at first, but wow it flipped my whole mindset. The structure?? So real. I needed that. People actually cared, and the focus on owning your choices hit hard. I do wish there were more folks my age, 'cause being the youngest kinda sucked sometimes. Still, it legit helped me find myself again and made me believe I could survive college without the chaos.

Dr. Moore is an excellent surgeon. He is also a rare doctor in today's world. He is compassionate, has a great bedside manner and a good sense of humor. I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

My name :is Daniel Harris I was just recently in recovery Bay treatment center for the second time this is my second time of being there I have gang the knowledge and the wisdom to keep in mind and remember what I went through struggle with my addiction during the time when I was in treatment at recovery bay I learned it wasn't me ..it was the monster that was driving on the inside of me when I was struggling with my addiction..since I found recovery Bay as well as being discharged from recovery bay ,I have left out of the door with great knowledge and wisdom that was passed down to me from Miss Tammy ,Amanda Townsend, Miss Cindy, Marcus, as well as Miss Kelly, DeLorean and "A kill"I have been baptized while I was there since I gave up the old me and put on the new garment the Lord has been working in my life I have no desires to want to drink or get high I met this guy by the name of Steven while in recovery Bay he was a great guy to some who knew him my condolences goes out to Steve family .Morrow of the story is when Steven passed away from alcohol poisoning it shook me right then and there alarm to cherish my health and my life over my addiction I am grateful for the people at recovery Bay who want all of us to complete the program and do well with our sobriety I must admit going through life on a day-to-day struggle dealing with your addiction it's a bumpy road to go down gentlemen's don't give up to fight ask the Lord to work in your life and give you the strength and the power to fight that nasty disease that is killing us so yes I am grateful again for Marcus ,Miss Cindy ,Miss Kelly ,Miss Tammy ,Miss Amanda,townsend ,and a brother by the name of DeLorean who is a god-fearing man as well as "a kill"so with that being said I would like to wish all the patients that are in recovery Bay the best with their journey dealing with their sobriety and why you in recovery Bay I asked each patient that is in there to get all the tools they need to overcome their addiction evidently you want to change if that wasn't so you wouldn't be there so guys open your heart and your mind an elevate your mind to a bright picture .
