Very helpful for both my teen children

Dr. Kaminar is incredible! I’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years and he is consistently helpful. As a woman with mental illness, I’ve had doctors constantly dismiss my symptoms and concerns. This has never been the case with Dr. Kaminar. He is so supportive and validates my concerns. Even with the smallest shifts of my health, he is ready to listen and find a solution that works best for me.

Amazing staff and wonderful place. Tonya was so helpful and was very knowledgeable when I reached out. They exceeded my expectations.

This is my first time visiting this VA clinic, I am transferring from McAllen VA. I didn't have to wait very long at reception and the representatives were polite, helpful and respectful. I required an appointment and I was told it might take a week to schedule. The very next day I was called to schedule so no issues on that. I am currently in the waiting room for a walk in as I can not wait for three weeks to address an ear infection. So far this facility does not reflect all the negative reviews that I read on the website. If this changes I will revisit this review. I will say though. Parking was great, lots of handicap spaces.

It is getting much better. From the front desk to doctors. Wish they could do more different test and different doctors. I hate going to the Houston va hospital for any reason.

Typical va waiting times, but they addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. It's better than the va I used to go to in my previous city i lived in.

I actually listen to what they were trying to teach me and something happened which change my life. I’m a free man today thanks to Bay Area recovery center.

This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Today, Saturday, June 14, 2025, I was delivering some Amazon Flex packages, and I give 10 stars to the security guard at the entrance on Main Street. He was super friendly and courteous. Happy Father's Day to this gentleman and all of you.

I once was a client at the Texas House and if you really want to get your life back on track then this is the place to go! I've been clean and sober for over 15 years thanks to the Texas House. I now know who i am and what my purpose is.

The Texas House saved my life! I literally went from wanting to blow my brains out, to not seeing how life could get any better. It's a tough program with a lot of rules but that's exactly what i needed. I learned how to follow the rules, be a better dad, and clean up my heart and mind. The Texas House helped me understand it was about my attitudes and behaviors. Once I changed them, I changed my life!!! I no longer need to drink and do drugs to feel something else because I love the way I feel now! If your really tired of being sick and tired, this is the place to go.

A good place if you really want to change two things strong work ethic and they teach you how to handle stressful situations by using logic instead of your emotions

Symetria has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff, doctors, and counselors are all top-tier. I especially want to recognize Charla Zendejas — she’s one of the most compassionate and effective counselors I’ve ever worked with. She truly cares about your recovery and partners with you every step of the way to set you up for long-term success. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and focused on real progress. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Huge thanks also to Dr. A — absolutely top-notch care!

I’ve been going here for serval months now and absolutely love it! The staff truly cares and listens I love hearing good morning Collin and have a great day Collin! When I come in and out from the wonderful person working behind the front desk. I’ve been to three clinics in this one. These nurses have absolutely your full attention, They listen to you they communicate with you, They truly care and I love that. Both of the nurses are just amazing so sweet and caring and very well trained in the field of work! The doctor is The Coolest guy I’ve ever met lol. Very laid-back but listens to you is and your needs and is very open not all crazy strict. Great guy and a great doctor! And of course, the counselors I love them. My counselor is amazing. She’s a veteran just like me and we get along just great. She’s perfect. And there’s always this other counselor always tells me to have a great day with a wonderful smile. And I don’t know Just makes me feel really good. I would give this place 10 stars If I could!! If your looking for Suboxone or Methadone maintenance treatment look no further this is your place to go to trust me. I have been in Methadone maintenance clinics since 2018 and this is the best one I’ve ever experienced. I’m sober and never felt better in my life! 😇😊

They need to remanded this place always such a negative experience and when you sick on top of it...they need to fire everyone and start fresh!!! In 2014 he weighed 210=today he weighs 100lbs. HE IS VANISHING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND SUGARLAND VA HAS NO CONCERN. HE NEEDS IMMEDIATE CARE!!!!

A few months ago I went into Anaphylactic shock; we rushed to this hospital and man! From the front desk clerk to the doctor himself- the entire staff were quick, professional and overall just awesome! They calmed me down, helped me right away and were overall just nice. I love that entire staff, they saved my life. To any of the staff that reads this-- if no one told y'all how much they appreciate you then just know that this 1 human soul does. Thank you again

I went in to give blood prior to my appointment and was in and out rather quickly. Went in a week later for my afternoon Doctor appointment and was in and out within an hour. Dr Chandy was very thorough and friendy, as was the staff. I was quite surprised given the 3.5 reviews I read previous to my appointment, however, I don't like to assume anything without experiencing it for myself. The only thing I didn't like was waiting over a month for my appointment, but to be fair, I've also had very long wait times in the private sector, some close to two months.

I promise this is the best clinic around. They are definitely the most flexible in terms of b.s. administrative bureaucracy. When I was going there you could pop for thc on your u.a. and still be counted as clean. Only place I know of that does that. All the situations described in the negative reviews could have easily been prevented with a tiny bit of forethought and planning ahead. If I was new or a guest, I'd at least make a phone call before arriving to find out specifics. All I see is lazy addicts ripping on perfectly good people because they were barred from treatment for non-payment. Same people probably always there on Saturdays at 6am

Recently guest dosed here and they made everything very easy and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will def guest dose here in the future.

This place really helped one of my loved ones.
