I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

I typically medicate at the Franklin Ky sister clinic but this place is as wonderful as the Franklin location. These ppl are amazing and extremely nonjudgemental. Call it replacing one drug with another or whatever but the methadone maintenance program saved my life, my marriage... I'm a functioning and productive member of society and being in the program is the only way I was able to achieve that . thank God for places like these!

This is a great place to go if you need to go to take classes for a DUI and Substance abuse. It does cost a little bit of money but it is well worth it. The counselor was very nice to deal with. Sometimes we would leave early, but I really did enjoy going there it was a friendly atmosphere. You do get to learn a lot of things. She helped me a lot to get my driver's license back and I'll never forget that. I'll always recommend this place to anyone.

Off the needle for 4 years on 6/28!!! Methadone maintanence saved my life! It was my 7th time going to a rehab facility. Soboxone never worked for me and I was terrified of the detox process. Methadone doesn't stop you from having withdrawal symptoms when you first start MAT. But it makes the transition so much easier and keeps you maintained it also controls the cravings.
It's not a super fancy top notch place but it's a good program and Western KY Medical executes it well. This place saved my life and I am eternally grateful!! ♡♡♡

Some will say this is "legal drug pushers" but that couldn't be farther from the truth. This place saved me. You get a weekly counseling session as well as other support. Insurance is taken here and you don't have to worry about looking for illegal stuff or missing work and family because of your addiction. This place works
