Best staff ever! Relaxing place to detox. Edit: Dr. Cordero-Torres is the medical director and he also oversees the Broward Health psych ward. He makes MAJOR cash. When I had primo insurance he made sure to take advantage of it.

I am writing to share my positive experience regarding the recent admission process for my daughter. Despite initial skepticism based on online reviews, my interactions with the management and admissions team were professional and efficient, ensuring a seamless transition. The facility is located in an affluent area of Martin County, quiet, peaceful and decorated with greenery and open spaces. The management and staff are very professional. They made us feel at ease knowing that our daughter will be treated with the best care possible. We remain fully committed to the recovery process and hold these efforts in our thoughts and prayers.

Every residential program comes with its own set of challenges, especially when children are involved, and this one is no exception. You can’t let the actions of a few staff members who struggle with good decision‑making define the entire team. This work is incredibly demanding, and there are many staff members who show up every day committed to making a real difference in these kids’ lives and setting them up for success. Their dedication deserves to be recognized. Even so, I want to acknowledge the consistency and communication I experienced throughout my son’s stay. His therapist (Thanks Mr. A!) made weekly calls, sharing the positives, the challenges, and the milestones—big or small. That level of transparency mattered to me. I can’t say my son made a complete turnaround, but I also recognize that growth requires personal effort and accountability. This environment isn’t meant to be all play and games; it’s a place where real work has to happen. If I’m being fully honest, I did feel there could have been stronger consequences and accountability for certain decisions. At the same time, I understand how difficult it is to navigate these situations in a residential setting. It’s a tough environment to manage, and there are no perfect solutions. Overall, despite the complexities, I appreciate the dedication and communication from the staff. Progress isn’t always linear, but the support was there. The residential facility had two incredible nurses, Mrs. M and Mrs. M, who truly carried a mama’s heart. I always felt they cared for the residents as if they were their own children. Even when the updates about my child weren’t what I wanted to hear, they had a way of turning a difficult situation into something constructive and hopeful. Their compassion and steady presence made a real difference. Although I genuinely felt my son would have benefited from staying longer, I also recognize that the staff advocated for him and that some decisions were simply beyond their control. Even with those limitations, I could see they were trying to do what they believed was best within the structure they had to work with.

Highly recommend - this was my first time going to a rehab and it was extremely daunting, but the staff are absolutely fantastic. Everyone makes you feel extremely welcome and are there for you 24/7. My experience has been life changing and the help provided was above and beyond what I could’ve ever expected. It will be sad leaving as it’s amazing meeting people that genuinely care and want to make a difference but I’m now excited for my next steps based on what the Haven have done for me!

The people at CWC are phenomenal... outside of substance abuse treatment I've gained so much knowledge about myself and how things developed.. and how they can be corrected .. not just. the plain say no to drugs cookie cutter say no to drugs. program .. they changed the way I think. presented a depth to ponder in my personal growth I 'm forever thankful for my experience with CWC 10 stars in my book 💪🏼

Hi I'm Michael Fulton ive been too coastal detox many times.Over the coarse of two years its a shame as too how many times it was .probably 20 times But it's not the place ,staff,medical or the therapist. I'm a alcoholic and been so for 45 years or more the family thats owns and runs coastal detox are so caring for addicts, alcoholics,and mental health they make sure and only hire people who have the same love,devotion towards the clients. I'm writing this because .(I'M FINALLY SOBER FOR OVER A YEAR) the first time in 50 plus years without being in JAIL,PRISON OR TREATMENT CENTER and between those 3 place in them many times BECAUSE OF MY ADDICTION but being honest about it. ALL of these places tried too help me (COASTAL DETOX) went above and beyond for ME coastal detox (MRS JUDY) I new treatment centers, detox, hospital, jails, BUT DIDNT know recovery I THANK GOD EVERY DAY THAT COASTAL DETOX LET ME GO BACK THERE ONE MORE TIME because everyone else were done with me. I'M SAYING ALL THIS TOO SAY YES ITS NICE TOO BE IN 5 STAR TREATMENT CENTER, DETOX IT MAKES IT EASIER THE STAFF SO HELPFUL AND KIND. ( BUT PLEASE DON'T BE LIKE ME AND TAKE IT ALL FOR GRANTED) IM THE ONLY KID MY MOM HAS LEFT BECAUSE OF ADDICTION IM SO GRATEFUL FOR COASTAL IVE NOT TOUCHED A DROP OF ALCOHOL SENCE I LEFT THERE NOW IM ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOM WHO LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS SEE SHE NEVER USED ANYTHING BUT LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF ADDICTION. (SO THE NEXT TIME THE THOUGHT COMES YOUR NOT HURTING ONLY YOU BUT EVERY OTHER PERSON WHO MIGHT NEVER HAVE USED BUT LOST ALL HER KIDS AND 5 GRANDKIDS AS WELL. ADDICTION DON'T PLAY. Beachside Rehabilitation is your one-stop shop for heaping helpings of wholistic healing. There’s plenty to do beside sitting poolside at Beachside! There’s a gym filled with equipment intended to simulate strenuous real world activities such as conveying ones goods from a vehicle to a domicile! The pickleball court is an excellent method of learning the preferred game of midwestern American baby-boomers! The staff are top-notch, though the nurses did seem befuddled when I inquired about leeches. They proved to be exceptionally adept at their trade, leeches or no. (Medicine sans leeches! What an age to live in!) I was skeptical of the psychogists at first, due the lack of proper phrenology equipment on site, but my worries were soon assuaged by their professionalism and candor. Besides, I’ve always resented being told I have the brainpan of a cretin. (Update: I have since been informed that phrenology is no longer recognized as a science by the Royal Society of Medicine. I say good riddance to it!) All of the staff and contractors proved to be courteous and generous regarding their time and efforts in order to assist the clients in any endeavor, though one must remember that several technicians harbor an intense phobia of small reptiles, so if you’ve a lizard or serpent related conundrum you must seek assistance elsewhere, or deal with the matter one’s self. Cali and Lillan were particularly helpful, especially in correcting melodic malfunctions. Unfortunately, the “computer” was prone to drifting towards ballads ostensibly intended for use in pursuing or engaging in the act of procreation. (“Computers" are clearly not to be trusted in such a setting!) In summation, I would whole-heartedly , and with no reservations , recommend Beachside Rehab to even my dearest friends and relations. I have been to rehabs previously, however Beachside was the first rehab where the 12 steps were not a mandated expectation. It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab.

I have been here and did not appreciate until I saw what’s out there. I was lucky enough to be sponsored. I just have chronic insomnia and extreme anxiety, of course they would not let me take my prescription meds Long story short I didn’t sleep for 30 days perhaps 15 minutes to an hour a night but compared to everything else out there this was a golden opportunity. I should’ve stayed two more weeks as my friend was going to be in the Bahamas. My situation is alcohol. I thank the Hanley center very much for sponsoring me. I was so lucky. Sometimes you don’t realize it right away. It was only my second time in rehab when one other girl I knew had been in rehab 35 times. I must add this is no slouch of a rehab. There are people from very good homes and have gone even to Ivy League schools, but no one knew what the word insomnia meant which I found quite odd. I’ve been diagnosed my whole life with that. I felt like a guinea pig each night they tried to give me some psych med to put me to sleep. Finally, I gave up and would only take melatonin and maybe Advil it still didn’t put me to sleep…if I could turn the clock around I would go back and stay the extra two weeks my friend was in the Bahamas for two weeks when she was supposed to pick me up, so she wanted me to stay longer. I should have listened to her. I am looking into rehab centers now. The reviews are very scary and there is no one to sponsor me. After leaving it has been a total nightmare. The wrong person picked me up and they tried to scam me for $. perhaps I should give you five stars. I also should not have been drinking coffee cause that is caffeine. Thank you again for the opportunity, Miss Donna Quinn. I recommend this place to anyone seeking help.

Hanley helped me accomplish what I could not do on my own. That is to learn how to live a happy and fulfilling sober life. I have never been to a rehabilitation facility before but I cannot imagine another facility that could be any better than Hanley has been to me. Both during, and even after I was a patient.

This place has changed my life. I came in literally at rock bottom and they built me back up one day at a time. From every single tech to the cleaning people truly care for your recovery. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. Pastor Craig is the best motivational staff member he’s made a world of a difference in my life. Diane’s groups are AMAZING! I’ve learned so much about why I did what I’ve done and she has always been there for me. If you wanna get deep in the Big Book Larry can direct you with any question and answers you have. The staff, therapist, groups, & adventure therapies are so amazing. I couldn't recommend Intrepid more for your journey in recovery. Everyone genuinely cares for you! My experience at archstone was very comfortable from the staff who welcomed me in with open arms and care shout out to sully. My favorite groups were ran by Danny. A true inspiration for me. And ran an awesome workout program. My therapist Trish is amazing. She Made me dig deep. She was also completely honest , which really helped me dig deep.My case manager makayla, also, did an amazing job.Nothing but love for arch stone i recommended for people who are serious about change. A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️ From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed. The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs. The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too. While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends. The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand. Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step. Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.

Just spent a well needed 3wks at 1 solution detox. The entire staff is great. Directors , Doctors ,techs ,nurses and therapist all do their job with ❤️. I would definitely recommend treatment there to anybody struggling with a drug/alcohol disease. Rick W

The staff and program helped bring me back to myself, they put me on the right track for a successful recovery and I couldn’t be more grateful for them. They met my needs and more. This place is very dirty. The doctor there was unable to help me and I ended up leaving the center in a private ambulance which I had to wait nearly 2 hours to be transported to the hospital. They lied to family and said I was doing well and healthy when I lost 11lbs in a week because of they were unable to cater to my dairy and shellfish allergy. On the bright side, you are able to order drinks to the center and still partake in drinking and smoking with certain staff.

I have a huge on going love and gratitude for beach house and everyone involved. From directors to cleaning staff. Absolute top tear. I should be dead or in prison. With out beach house I'm convinced I would be. Not only did beach house get and teach me how to live sober, they showed how to be a man of integrity. Most of all this process has developed me into the man that God had ment me to be. I miss all of the beach house team, though they frequently check in on me. Several off them. Not just a general anonymous text. I want to name them, but there is so many. Oh and I miss the amazing food. Also top tear. Beach house is a big part of my testimony. I pray and thank God for all of you.

This program isn't something you take for granted. I encourage anyone that if you're tired of being sick and suffering and are part of the LGBTQIA+ community then absolutely come. There are opportunities for success and a chance at freedom. There's nobody constantly yelling at you to be great and the staff loves their clients wholeheartedly. Although some of the negative reviews are a bit disappointing, don't let that discourage you from coming to Inspire because it has a real chance of saving people lives. You do not have to suffer anymore and you don't have to do it alone, but let's be honest.....it's a rehab facility and you take what you put in. If you're here to fornicate and play around then I can't promise you success being here. If you put your all and want what this program has to offer, then take the chance that can really do something with it. Yes people have relapsed and all that other stuff that previous reviews have stated. But this is the battle of addiction and inspire cannot save you from yourself. If it didn't work out for you in the past, I'm sorry. But I encourage to be real and honest and not discourage the ability of this program saving someone's life in desperate need of saving. It has saved countless lives time and time again!!!

The review left by Cole matheson is absolutely false. I would love to say that inspired recovery has brought myself and so many other people sobriety especially for the LGBT community. It's sad that this individual felt like that but if you have an opportunity to come to Inspire Recovery and you're seeking treatment please do come if you're able to. Is a beautiful place a safe place one that develops unity growth and acceptance of our own self and that of our community Love wins.
