I have been in the hospital several times from a kid-adult. Never enjoyed the experience. Well I have now been in here since Saturday and still have a few days to go. Im not going to talk about all the negative things thats happened. What I am going to say is Ms. Linda who works on the 2nd floor of the old side, is a Godsend. She is the best nurse i have ever had. Thats at any hospital, UK, whitesburge etc. She takes the cake. She talks to you and treats you with so much love and respect. She can be ran wild and still be patient with you. She is down to earth and understanding. I never felt judge or like I was bothering her. I adore her. ARH take notes. If you had more nurse like this, maybe just maybe people would want to actually come here for treatment. Linda you'll probably never read this, but thank you so much for just being yourself and keep up the good work❤️ She is the only reason I put five stars, because she deserves the credit.

My experience was enlightening to say the least. The staff was helpful. Food was great for a hospital. Clean & Resourceful.
The injustice that was done ( reason as to why I received a wonderful 13 days stay ) has nothing to do with the hospital nor its staff. Grateful for the service.

The care given to our Daddy was exemplary! The Doctor's have done an amazing job getting our Daddy's medical problems attended too. Nurses Lisa and Trish in ICU? We can't say enough wonderful things about these two amazing Nurses
Everyone involved in our Daddy's care deserves the utmost recognition for their care for him. I don't know Lisa and Trish's last names but to Administation these fine Nurses and all the Nurses taking care of our Daddy are the best of the best! I’ve been hospitalized here twice due to suicide attempts and the staff is super kind. There isn’t much to do but the place is really what you make of it. The therapists, doctors, and nurses that come in are super knowledgeable and understanding. The main issues with this facility is cleanliness and how the worst of the worst also gets hospitalized there due to accepting people who have a criminal record or etc. . Led way for lots of creepy men who were always trying to be around me. Besides that they helped keep me safe when I did not feel like being alive.

The staff here showed me that they truly care about their patients, I am very pleased to have chosen them to get my treatment. I would recommend this place to any person who is struggling with alcohol or drug addiction and really want or is ready to change their life; these people have the necessary experience to provide help, they provided me with the tools that helped me to succeed. This place is like the miracle in the hill, they have saved my life.

Literally the best rehab center I’ve ever attended. Had intensive group therapy multiple times a day, and it help me with all my issues. They had a full blown gym, and I made actual brothers there. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE.

Best suboxone doctors in Pikeville and hazard. This is the best suboxone clinic I have been to so far. My husband and I are both patients at RW. We have been with them for a very long time. Every staff member (current and former alike) and both owners, Jimmy & Brandon, are some of the finest people you will ever meet in your life! This also includes the lab's employee, who works in-house on certain days as well. This Out-Patient Substance Abuse (including Alcohol and also DUI Services are available) Treatment Center is so much more than its name/category. These folks will/have always and most certainly already have/do, go above and beyond for the patient and their loved ones!!! They currently have two locations- East Point and London, KY, BUT also offer fully Complete or Partial Telehealth Services as well! If you are coming from another OP Facility, most often you can be "Grand-Fathered in" to wherever you were in your former program.

This review is a little late in the making. This treatment facility, it's programs and it's staff were great. This is the type of treatment center you want when you are truly ready to change. I've seen a lot of ppl just quit and leave because of, well , you name it. If a person isn't truly ready for change then any excuse to leave is good enough no matter what treatment center it is. If you or a loved one or someone you know has a problem with addiction and is ready, I mean truly ready for positive change then I believe Westcare will help you do it.

This place changed my life I'm now clean an sober , I have regained my family , a job , and the knowledge , and tools that I needed to suceed being sober. My counselor Mr Ratliff understands the mindset of an addict . We all have a choice to either get clean or not . And the people that run off or give bad reviews in my opinion dont want to change , if nothing changes then nothing changes . I spent my whole life giving in to drugs the easy way it takes work to stay clean .

I was recently at Lydia's house phase 1. I balked at the thought of going to a faith-based rehabilitation facility as many struggling with addiction will. The staff and interns at all of the ARC (Addiction Recovery Care) facilities are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They really do care and it shows. If you are struggling with addiction and have been to other rehabs where God was only mentioned in step 3, then I urge you to give it a chance. God really lives in that house and through the people there. Patience, open-mindedness and acceptance are just two of their MANY loving traits. I was in Elizabeth's room across the hall from Mary's room and beside Hannah's room which is adjacent to Sarah's room. These are not the names of clients, rather the names given to each room in the house so given because they are women of the Bible who had miraculous births. if you are ready to birth a miraculous new life then give Lydia's house a call I promise you you will be glad you did God bless and have a wonderful day.

I had taken my daughter to numerous rehab centers and she always relapsed. After spending 30 days here she moved on to phase 2 at Beth’s blessings. I can’t say enough good things about this place so I’m just gonna say I’m so greatful for everything they have done for my daughter. My daughter is back to her old self and has found the lord and been saved. Addiction is hell and if you want to change your life and you have to want to, then I recommend this place.

In way it sucked (at first) but believe it or not it actually ended up being a great place for me. Were there some bumps on the road yes. Were there times I wanted to run home yes (I actually tried and didn't make it far) but at the same time nothing that you could go through there was any worse that being home in fact I think I maybe wouldn't be here today if not for good Ole dessie. I met some of the best people in my life here. I had some really good experiences. I finished high-school I am 29 and am married with 3 kids and a homeowner. I can honestly say none of those things would be true if not for them. I actually am a 2 timer I went for 6 months when I was 15 and it wasn't long enough. Got home and didn't make it 3 months had to come right back. Well anyway I guess my point is you don't make it there by accident or by bad luck and there are a thousand worse places they could send you I promise you.

So i started going to Spero in Nov 2023 after moving to this state. Out of all the treatment facilities in Coeburn and Norton this is the ONLY office that took my insurance. The Norton Office is amazing. The whole team is very polite and respectful and they listen to you and what's going on. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for an addiction treatment program.

At the age of 17 my son started to struggle with an addiction because some new friends he made after we moved to a new zone of the city. He didn't want to spent time with us and he escaped from the house a lot of times. In no time we could feel he wasn't happy so we made him get into Frontier, at first he only went there because we forced him to but after the first month he understood it was because we wanted to help. After the 90-day treatment he came back renewed. Me and my wife highly recommend this center.

I’ve searched for a good therapist and psychiatrist team for a long time and I’ve absolutely found it here! They seem to really care and are very genuine and patient. They are not there to push medication and get you out the door, they take the time to understand your symptoms and background to find ways that will help the most. I’d recommend them to everyone.

I highly recommend Spero Health of Barbourville to anyone suffering from addiction to opiates if they're serious about getting help. I've learned those who don't want sobriety or think they know better tend to refer to Suboxone as "poison" or anything else to degrade the program that's saved my life and many more lives all around me. It offends me to see some of these reviews accuse us of selling our Suboxone while in the same breath talk about how the flooding of places with Suboxone has dropped the price dramatically so that is a contradiction in itself as there's no money to be made but if you're not ready for Spero Health & choose to exist miserablly I understand why your judgement of us doing well being happy in the program could confuse you. I'm sorry you've not suffered in addiction long enough to realize that you deserve to be happy & healthy both mentally & physically. Spero Health can help you achieve that & much more. Spent 31 days here . Love this place . The good Lord is there definitely ! We had lots of prayer , gospel music, recovery groups . I definitely recommend this place . Only issue I had was the phone safe list. I understand having but sometimes the one that you need and needs you and loves you to the end no matter what , you can't call if your not married . Besides that it's a wonderful place .. oh and u can't vape but I can smoke .. wonderful caring staff 🙏
