Iam a big pain and I always have some problems going on but Briteview has always and I mean always had my back , all the staff are amazing. Each and everyone has helped me in one way or another from the front window to getting my medication at the last window! Each and every person there actually cares , I wouldn’t switch my place if I was paid to , This place and the people in it has absolutely saved my life , I love this place . They treat me with respect and kindness and at same time respect my privacy! The Doctor I see there has went above and beyond for me and always done anything and everything to accommodate me ! (edited to add 1 year sober tomorrow! cant thank everyone enough for getting me where i am!) Drank for 20 years before coming here. Im six months sober now not even one beer. The setup and environment at belle grove are exactly what i needed. Classes, employees even the other rehab people were awesome. If you are having issues this is your place! Just go, they take care of the rest.

I have been helped in a very difficult situation when crisis services were utilized. I really appreciate the way Justa and Tara handled the hard conversations with my family member and for the understanding my husband and I felt directed toward us at that time. Moving forward, I am definitely going to establish ongoing counseling and medication management services with Comprehend. No system is perfect, but so far so good.

I can't get medication for my son for two weeks and the doctor (the only one) only works one day a week! There's also only one nurse. We had a genesight medication testing and have never been given the results. Appointments have been cancelled multiple times. I do not recommend this place for having a child see a psychiatrist.

Dr Katz is the best! I’ve never felt I could actually be myself and open up to a doctor like I have her. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors in the past, but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Shawnee family health. They are all very friendly and I just love my doctor so much she’s the best. She truly cares about her patience all these other negative comments on here. I don’t see that there I’ve seen it many other places, but not here so don’t listen to the negative negative comments if you wanna know, go in person and make your own opinion and I about guarantee it’ll be a good one. I feel the people leaving bad reviews are just doing so because they didn’t get the medication they wanted or something. I’ve never had any kind of issues with them whatsoever and I drive a very far distance just to see Dr. Katz because I love her so much and I know I’m not gonna find another psychiatrist that I feel that comfortable with so thank you Dr. Katz for being a wonderful doctor a caring doctor and so real and down to earth and thank you for caring about me. It means more to me than I can put into words

I’ve been going to this clinic for over a decade for severe mental illness and as my primary care provider. As a long term patient there, I know most of the staff by name. I have a lot of love and respect for the staff especially my doctor Deborah Katz, they treat you like family. They care about your health and wellbeing. The negative comments on here are just Karen’s and Kevin’s complaining because they have nothing else to do with their lives. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone I know. I refuse to see another clinic.

So I Went through Edgewater Which is now ARIA same staff it is a phenomenal program with phenomenal people. They introduced me to narcotics anonymous which is a program. I never had tried before and just recently got two years clean. They sent me up for the beginning to stay clean. It is the only place I’ve ever seen where when you get to go to meetings you’ll see the staff there and they treat you like family not a number. I also used to work for the same program, which is ARIA and both experiences were phenomenal. I highly recommend this if you want to change your life it changed mine. I went in broken with a backpack of dirty clothes and no options. They gave me resources and taught me a new way to live within that two years of me being clean, I’ve got my own place on car own tags on insurance living like an adult and it’s all thanks to the beginning from what you taught me

This place has saved my life. Not just my life but the lives of my daughters as well. Without the staff and my clean sisters here, they wouldn’t have a mother anymore. The UTC is such an amazing facility that I have ever been too. The staff there is amazing, not to mention how they go out of their way to help those who in need. I can honestly say that the UTC has actually saved my life and I am extremely grateful for everyone that has taking the time to help me build the skills needed to help me have whatever a normal life is. You come to this place for help which is really difficult to reach out for in the first place because you’re at the point where you need medication and you’ll be ran around in a loop for months just prolonging the suffering. Not to mention if you need meds changed due to negative side effects instead of helping with that they’ll make you wait some more until you crash out so they can bill your insurance again for a crisis that could have been avoided by a few clicks on a computer to switch back to a medication that did work for you that’s already on file instead of the medication they pushed on you in the first place that you did not want to take but was pretty much told that was your option or suffer. The counselors are amazing I can’t say anything about them, they’re genuinely caring and they listen to their patients. These psychiatrists however do not prioritize their patients or their mental well being. There also must be something horribly wrong with the scheduling department as well considering you have to wait more than a couple months to be seen each time. That isn’t help. Help is being available. Help is actually being there. Help is being compliant enough after years of schooling to recognize that maybe people actually need them to do their job even more than they need their paychecks. I’m not even sure I want to continue going to this place anymore for psychiatry over how ridiculous this whole process has been. Take a walk in someone else’s shoes before choosing to work in a place for mental health treatment.

Dr Katz is the best! I’ve never felt I could actually be myself and open up to a doctor like I have her. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors in the past, but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Shawnee family health. They are all very friendly and I just love my doctor so much she’s the best. She truly cares about her patience all these other negative comments on here. I don’t see that there I’ve seen it many other places, but not here so don’t listen to the negative negative comments if you wanna know, go in person and make your own opinion and I about guarantee it’ll be a good one. I feel the people leaving bad reviews are just doing so because they didn’t get the medication they wanted or something. I’ve never had any kind of issues with them whatsoever and I drive a very far distance just to see Dr. Katz because I love her so much and I know I’m not gonna find another psychiatrist that I feel that comfortable with so thank you Dr. Katz for being a wonderful doctor a caring doctor and so real and down to earth and thank you for caring about me. It means more to me than I can put into words

I’ve been going to this clinic for over a decade for severe mental illness and as my primary care provider. As a long term patient there, I know most of the staff by name. I have a lot of love and respect for the staff especially my doctor Deborah Katz, they treat you like family. They care about your health and wellbeing. The negative comments on here are just Karen’s and Kevin’s complaining because they have nothing else to do with their lives. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone I know. I refuse to see another clinic.

Great program... Ran by addicts (mostly)for addicts. They offer a great team that offers mental health also. They offer genetic testing to see what meds are best for the individual. After 30 days you can work and there is a lot of freedoms that other rehabs don't have. Safe environment that drug test almost everyday. High success rates from what I've seen. I've been here 7 weeks and look forward to the next 5 weeks.
