This place hands down is the best rehab center to go to for help with addiction. They will help with anything you are struggling with. Me and my girl was homeless on drugs with nothing . Now we are on a path to greatness and out of the streets. TCC MADE MY LIFE GREAT AGAIN!!!

The staff is so nice and very polite and they go out of the way to help you try to get whatever you need if you need a social worker if you need a mental health counselor, any doctors appointments they strive to help you get back on your feet. The counselors are amazing. They’re a genuinely care and they genuinely want to help overall I love Brightview. I’ve been going here for a few years. This is one of the top drug and alcohol centers. I think in Scioto County Ohio.

Drank for 20 years before coming here. Im six months sober now not even one beer. The setup and environment at belle grove are exactly what i needed.
Classes, employees even the other rehab people were awesome. If you are having issues this is your place! Just go, they take care of the rest.

This place has been amazing my counselor Robin Keeton is truly amazing and cares for her clients they have case managers both of them Leslie and the other woman I’m not sure her name have been there for my family when everyone couldn’t or wouldn’t help us they have helped us with all resources food clothing animal help any and everything and the Peer Support specialist David Prembble is just as great he has came and got us for appointments when our car went down and helped with our car and is there any time of the day to be a listening ear and to provide any and all help available to him 10/10 recommend love these people and this place they are truly AMAZING!!!

I have been helped in a very difficult situation when crisis services were utilized. I really appreciate the way Justa and Tara handled the hard conversations with my family member and for the understanding my husband and I felt directed toward us at that time. Moving forward, I am definitely going to establish ongoing counseling and medication management services with Comprehend. No system is perfect, but so far so good.

My first therapist i didn't like she always talk about her but my new one is amazing
I was referred to this place by a friend and I am so glad I went, Roberta was amazing and took her time listening to me and all of my questions and concerns and genuinely got to understand my situation and helped me get a proper diagnosis and proper care!

Staff is professional and friendly, very helpful for my needs.
Dr Katz is the best! I’ve never felt I could actually be myself and open up to a doctor like I have her. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors in the past, but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Shawnee family health. They are all very friendly and I just love my doctor so much she’s the best. She truly cares about her patience all these other negative comments on here. I don’t see that there I’ve seen it many other places, but not here so don’t listen to the negative negative comments if you wanna know, go in person and make your own opinion and I about guarantee it’ll be a good one. I feel the people leaving bad reviews are just doing so because they didn’t get the medication they wanted or something. I’ve never had any kind of issues with them whatsoever and I drive a very far distance just to see Dr. Katz because I love her so much and I know I’m not gonna find another psychiatrist that I feel that comfortable with so thank you Dr. Katz for being a wonderful doctor a caring doctor and so real and down to earth and thank you for caring about me. It means more to me than I can put into words

I’ve been going to this clinic for over a decade for severe mental illness and as my primary care provider. As a long term patient there, I know most of the staff by name. I have a lot of love and respect for the staff especially my doctor Deborah Katz, they treat you like family. They care about your health and wellbeing. The negative comments on here are just Karen’s and Kevin’s complaining because they have nothing else to do with their lives. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone I know. I refuse to see another clinic.

This place has saved my life. Not just my life but the lives of my daughters as well. Without the staff and my clean sisters here, they wouldn’t have a mother anymore.

I have learned alot about myself and addiction while being here. Most of the staff can relate to us so that makes it more comfortable to open up and be myself. I have no complaints and would recommend anyone who is struggling with drug addiction and mental health issues call and come check us out. What's a few months to the rest of your life! The UTC is such an amazing facility that I have ever been too. The staff there is amazing, not to mention how they go out of their way to help those who in need. I can honestly say that the UTC has actually saved my life and I am extremely grateful for everyone that has taking the time to help me build the skills needed to help me have whatever a normal life is. I would recommend anyone looking to get treatment in addiction this would be the place I would recommend to anyone.....

So many people in our community have found help at Ultimate Treatment Center. So many lives saved from the ravages that the opioid crisis has had in our area!
It's because of Brightview Georgetown that I'm sober and thriving the way I am today! They go above and beyond just a staff member,they are family. They go out of their way to make sure I'm secure in being there,having active sobriety, they've been there at court for me advocating that I'm doing everything I can to be a better person and mother. If I was having a bad day they're supportive,they answer my calls and genuinely want what's best for me! The staff there don't judge and want to help in any possible way they can. If you're struggling to get where you want to be when it comes to sobriety, they're in my opinion the number 1 place to go if you really want a change for the better ❤️💪🏼

I've never been to a better medical facility. The staff actual care and do everything they can do to help you in whatever situation you have. I've been going here a few years now and have never seen anyone mistreated. The only thing I have seen is people trying to take advantage and the staff, obviously, having to tell someone no, their request isn't possible. There are strict rules and laws and no one should expect the staff to break them.

Staff are angels and all of them truly care about your well being, and want to see you thrive. Sadly theres only one doctor there and they work once a week, and they're quite a bit stingy with certain medications (Like amphetamines for ADHD and Benzos for panic disorder). Highly reccomend this place for therapy and some mental health medications, but I'd look elsewhere for primary care.

For me personally I have had a great experience with SARAH LIPKA as my p.c.p and have felt like she has taken the extra time to not only get to know me personally. Along with truly looking into my medical history as well as trying to find other safer ways to help me
The five stars are for Dr Joseph (Chief of Dental Services) at this facility. He is a compassionate and meticulous dentist who has provided me with excellent dental care. In addition, I highly praise his staff who also deliver superb care. This facility has many others who are exemplary and always provide friendly caring service.
However, if possible I would rate other clinical concerns with a ZERO.
My experience as an inpatient, as well as, my time (over 20 years) as a physician at this facility has shown me an ongoing issue with suboptimal/horrible quality of some inpatient beds. This most certainly has a negative impact on quality of patient care. Over the years I brought this issue up to the HVAMC hierarchy with minimal positive response.
However, the other concerns at least over the past nine months have been :
1. ineptitude of phone service. Operators are pleasant, but wait time for an initial answer to my call is amazingly slow or in some cases NO ANSWER at all.
2. Most importantly of all, the horrendous multitude of problems with referral to a non-VA specialist. This has been very apparent to me since early 2025. I have had the misfortune of requiring numerous urgent referrals to a number of different specialists. All of these referrals met with untimely delays in attempting to get an appointment and generally not always getting a specialist who I have confidence in regarding my well-being.
3. HVAMC needs to hire or contract an ENT physician (at least part time).
4. The overall VA work force (nationally) has been severely diminished and likely will be further depleted which will impact negatively veterans overall quality of care. I have spoken with numerous veterans who are voicing these concerns.
5. Despite what you are hearing, there are ongoing plans to ‘cut’ or eliminate disability payments to qualified veterans by Congressional Budget Committee. This is outrageous
especially since it is being conducted by a vast majority of congressional members who never served a single day in uniform. Once ‘they’ start cutting benefits you can be assured that other benefits will be eliminated as well. It is of paramount importance that state representatives receive veterans feedback on this.

The staff at this VAMC is TOP TIER! Everyone we've met has been so friendly and helpful!
These guys are absolutely tremendous and provide an incredible service. Cannot say enough good about them. I’ve been working through my things with them for going on three years, more for personal maintenance than peer/crisis support. They’re always there. Always consistent.
I could mention names on the 24 hour crisis line, but they know who they are that do wonders for for me.
Only love for Pathways of Ashland, Kentucky.

Great program... Ran by addicts (mostly)for addicts. They offer a great team that offers mental health also. They offer genetic testing to see what meds are best for the individual. After 30 days you can work and there is a lot of freedoms that other rehabs don't have. Safe environment that drug test almost everyday. High success rates from what I've seen. I've been here 7 weeks and look forward to the next 5 weeks.

Wonderful facility, caring staff, they really went above and beyond for me. You have to follow the rules, the ones complaining about ReGroup are not willing to put forth any effort in their own recovery. Thank you, Ramey, for giving me a chance to become the parent/daughter/sister that I was meant to be.

I have been here for about a year now and absolutely love the care I have recieved. Able to get appointments really fast and always understanding if I needed to switch it around. Great clinic and would recommend.
A very good place,its clean I've been going there about a year and have no complaints you are called back to see the Dr pretty quick usually in and out in no time .I love the staff I laugh and carry on with them makes me feel. Better to make them smile.They seem to seriously care about the patients.

I have been a patient of Julie Thompson for about 2 years now at the Huntington WV location.
Julie Thompson is absolutely top of the line when it comes to health care. I have never had a provider that is so genuinely invested in my health and overall well-being. She truly cares and treats patients from the heart. She does a wonderful job explaining diagnoses as well as any medications she may prescribe. She ensures that all of my questions are answered adequately before I leave the office. Her bedside manner and personality are the best in health care. She truly makes every one of her patients feel like family. I am blessed to have her as my primary care physician, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
