Springfield Wellness Center is the first step that God led me to discard my old ways and build a new way of life. I have complete Gratitude for this clinic and more importantly Dr. Paula and the whole staff at Springfield Wellness Center. Nurse Angela is exactly what her name means an angel and messenger from God and a great nurse too. All the nurses fit this same description they were comforting, extremely attenuative, and calmed my anxiety as well as make me smile which was not easy for me at that point in my life. I entered the treatment close to death and saturated with Alcohol I left 10 days clean. I did follow with IOP treatment and embraced the AA fellowship program and today by the Grace of God and his will I am 4 months and 10 days clean of any harmful substance. Springfield Wellness Center is a special place, the grounds, facilities, food, NAD treatment, most of all the people that are there. I am blessed to have started my new journey there and highly recommend their program of care. I hope that I will be able to revisit in the future for NAD boosters.

I can not say enough about Springfield wellness center.....
Starting with the help, and guidance prior to coming to the facility, followed by the time at the facility during the treatment.
The staff makes you feel like family, their open arms make this experience be on a level no other places offer.
It welcomes the whole family, with support, and years of wisdom each person has.
It feels like a home away from home. A support system that will always be there for all. I could go on and on. It is a 5 plus star I can guarantee you.

I spent 40 days in Townsend and I’ve got to say I truly enjoyed my stay. All of the staff and techs were extremely helpful to my recovery. There are a lot of great people I’ve met through my experience here. 10/10 would go to this rehab again!

I have been using the Hammond VA Clinic as my primary care facility since September 2016 and I have to say that I have been well served with my medical needs and services there. Prior to this I used the Baton Rouge VA Clinic for at least 25 + years. As a long time VA patient having experienced Veteran's Health care services now for over 30 years I rate the Hammond VA Clinic as a premium professional health care facility.

A few things about Covington Behavioral Health!
I was a recent patient here a few days ago. This was my second time around. They ended up putting me in Unit B, which was absolutely awful. The technicians were yelling at patients, ripping off the magnetic bathroom doors, and were extremely emotionless. I ended up having a panic attack, and told one of the charge nurses, she then told me I had to wait 30 mins till medicine time at 8pm. I ended up sitting there shaking and crying the entire time! Not even one of those people comforted me or asked me if I was okay. It felt more like a chore for them than their job. I ended up calling my mother who complained and I asked to be moved to Unit A (Calm Unit). I have nothing but amazing reviews for Unit A. The nurses are amazing. The techs are amazing. Doctors are amazing. The patients are even better over there because it is a place for people with certain problems who want a more quiet space and can heal peacefully! The only BAD thing about this place is the food. Some of it is okay, but they should really have healthier options for people who are healing. Portion sizes should be bigger too, because some of us are taking medicines that make us hungrier or even getting our appetites back! Consider it. Thank you to everyone who helped me here. I can not appreciate everyone enough.

I got out this hospital about a week ago but I would rate this hospital a 4 because the staff was really nice. They did stuff with us. And the social workers would give us little advice on how to do better at coping with things and how to take care of it. Oh and it was clean. Now the only time the staff would sound rude is when the other people wouldn't corporate with them or not listen. But otherwise they were not a bad hospital. I'm so glad they weren't abusive like the one I was at when I was 9.

I highly recommend Baarts Clinic in Hammond. Megan,Shelby,Preston, and Chad are the best at treating you with respect and with kindness. They all are
consistently outstanding, exceeding health care the way it is suppose to be in all clinics. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and their caring nature. This is the only clinic I've been to that truly treats you like a human being. They dont treat you like you're a criminal

I love this place!! The doctor that's in there is Awesome and knows his stuff. The counselors are are amazing!! They don't just pretend to care they actually care about how you feel and why and they try to help as much as possible!! My intake person Sara was amazing my dosing nurse Victoria is funny and awesome!! The front staff that's checks us in awesome.. everyone there is so down to earth and tries to make everything feel comfortable for you. They don't look at you like most people do when you see and addict. They just see us as human beings cause that's what we are. We at human beings that families to not just some junkie. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get help. The first 30 days is rough cause you have to go there every morning before you really get your day started but all that changes after you make it to your 30 day mark which is awesome. Definitely give this place 5 stars!!!

I came to this place the 19th of December 2024. It was a nice facility! They treated me with respect and compassion. The techs/nurses played bingo with us, we did arts and crafts, they took us outside for fresh air, they were all for the most part very professional and caring! A few people stood out to me. I was on the quiet wing and made friends while I was there. I am so very thankful for the staff at this place!!!

I have been a professional interventionist since 2010. I was introduced to this program in 2012. I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. The best treatment facility I've been to. It was one of the best experiences I've had and really made me truly enjoy being sober and showed me how much more I could enjoy life without substances; it was life changing really. There isn't enough space to say how I feel about Lake Wellness. I woke up on 9/10/23 and decided to reach out to them via online. I filled out a form and was called within minutes offering help. I honestly could not do it by myself. The staff there is exceptional. The counselors there were exceptional. And the doctor very caring. Everytime I went in I felt like I was walking into home and knew I was safe. Thank you so much Lake Wellness, yall saved my life!!!!!

Narcanon Louisiana is a safe haven. This is a place that can help you drastically change your life if that’s what you need. The entire staff has first-hand knowledge of what a drug addict is going through, and that carries a lot of weight toward rehabilitation guidance. The tactics used here are outside of the box, and they are teaching powerful methods of conflict resolution that can be applied in so many life situations. A person always has to be proactive in their own path in life, and this program shows you how to forgive yourself and move forward in a more meaningful way than previously experienced. I am enrolled in school now with my own apartment, car, and healthy relationships with all my friends and family.
Considering I came from about as rock bottom as it could get (broken hearted, socially despised, and facing felony charges), I have completely altered the outcome of my life with the help of these dedicated and knowledgeable staff members.
This is a 10 star place! The immense knowledge I have gained from my student program, as well as nearly a year of staff work, has laid the foundation on which I have been able to start building a life I never thought I could achieve.
From being a hair away from a bid in prison, to a high functioning and appreciative member of society, I share the wealth of knowledge I learned here with everyone who is facing conflict in their own lives.
The program is not easy, and will force you to take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of your life. The unrivaled support and relationships you acquire here will last you a lifetime, but you have to first be honest with yourself.
I don’t mean to put down anyone’s subjective experience, however, the one star views prove to me presence of an intense bias.
Proof? Why are there no 2 or 3 star votes? How is something either 5 stars or 1?
Contemplate that for a second like I have and you will come to the reasonable conclusion that those 1 star-raters have a strong emotional bias towards situations that they feel they were victim to.

I was thinking about this place today for some reason. I spent 29 days here in 2015 or late 2014. Anyway I remember it was a very good program. The scenery is beautiful and many long walks around the facility. I was glad we could smoke as well. I remember going to the local Catholic Church nearby. Oh yes and the food was delicious. Females were there as well, but no peeking lol. Overall a good place if you wanna sober up and stay off the destructive path.
