Springfield Wellness Center is the first step that God led me to discard my old ways and build a new way of life. I have complete Gratitude for this clinic and more importantly Dr. Paula and the whole staff at Springfield Wellness Center. Nurse Angela is exactly what her name means an angel and messenger from God and a great nurse too. All the nurses fit this same description they were comforting, extremely attenuative, and calmed my anxiety as well as make me smile which was not easy for me at that point in my life. I entered the treatment close to death and saturated with Alcohol I left 10 days clean. I did follow with IOP treatment and embraced the AA fellowship program and today by the Grace of God and his will I am 4 months and 10 days clean of any harmful substance. Springfield Wellness Center is a special place, the grounds, facilities, food, NAD treatment, most of all the people that are there. I am blessed to have started my new journey there and highly recommend their program of care. I hope that I will be able to revisit in the future for NAD boosters.

I can not say enough about Springfield wellness center..... Starting with the help, and guidance prior to coming to the facility, followed by the time at the facility during the treatment. The staff makes you feel like family, their open arms make this experience be on a level no other places offer. It welcomes the whole family, with support, and years of wisdom each person has. It feels like a home away from home. A support system that will always be there for all. I could go on and on. It is a 5 plus star I can guarantee you.

I had been addicted to opiates for almost 15 years and had tried many things to get clean over the years, but was unsuccessful. I highly recommend Baarts Clinic in Hammond. Megan,Shelby,Preston, and Chad are the best at treating you with respect and with kindness. They all are consistently outstanding, exceeding health care the way it is suppose to be in all clinics. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and their caring nature. This is the only clinic I've been to that truly treats you like a human being. They dont treat you like you're a criminal (like all other clinics) They listen, and truly care. I’ve lived in a bunch of different sober living houses in Lafayette and journeys house by far had the most structure and was the most serious about recovery. When I lived in Oxford the house manager tried to sell me weed the day I moved in, the day I moved into journey house me Chris got me a job and got me to IOP and a AA meeting. The houses are kept immaculately clean and to stay there you HAVE to be serious about sobriety. If you seriously wanna change your life journey house is the best sober living community in Lafayette.

I had a good experience during my stay at the hospital. I think I was on unit 4000. The people there helped me a lot and treated me with kindness. Brittany, the Recreation Therapist, was very nice, patient, and friendly. She even helped me get some clothes when I didn't have any and I really appreciated that. She always had a smile on her face and made me feel comfortable. I don't remember the name of the patient advocate, but she was friendly too. She was always smiling and willing to help. Both of them made my stay better, and I am thankful for everything they did for me.

Idk what all these people’s problems are with the 1 star but I’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem. Staff at the front desk are always pretty nice. The only thing I’ve had an issue with was sometimes the appointments run late so I’m waiting in the waiting room a while but I feel like that’s how doctor appointments can be with mental health anything can come up. But ever since coming here it’s been the easiest to get my medications that I need on the daily and they do seem to care unlike what some people have said. The lady that left a review about them “calling” ICE, maybe you should have proper documentation and you wouldn’t feel that way.

At this place, no one cares if you get your meds on time or not. The only good thing here is about three nurses, who do all they can, but their work is not enough, they do as much as they can. This center is a joke, the worst clinic ever!

Upon release my son was missing a good bit of his clothes, namely a Comfrt hoodie and pants that cost like $175. A few other items were also missing totalling up to $250. While there we were told they would turn up and if not they would be replaced or reimbursed and to call them in a few days. I've made several calls that weren't returned. Each time I'm told it will be handled. My son wants his clothes and I can't go drop nearly $200 on a sweat pants and hoodie that he received as a Christmas gift. I hope whatever staff member saw that it was Comfrt brand and liked the discontinued color enjoys it as my son no longer gets to.

Hi my name is Oliver Allen and first off i would like to give thanks to my higher power and the staff at Nola Detox. Before coming in i was weak and beat down. My weight was down to about 130, 50 to 60 pounds below my usual weight. When i walked through those sliding doors i was to weak to even stand and for three days had to use a wheel chair. When those three days were up i hit the ground running making it to all my meetings and working out using the faciliities equiptment. On my arrival i was greeted with smiles from the front desk receptionist Kendra and also greeted with open arms from all the staff. They said things like im glad youre here and you made it to the right place because we are going to take good care of you.I will forever be grateful for the way i was greeted and the way i was treated for my entire stay. I would personally like to thank Cedric, Dan and Mr.Chris for bringing such a great thing to New Orleans. Saving lives daily and helping people to believe in themselves. Showing them a different way to live without drugs and alcohol. Im praying that you all can keep growing and changing peoples lives forever. May God Speed, Grace and Blessings be with you all.

I was thinking about this place today for some reason. I spent 29 days here in 2015 or late 2014. Anyway I remember it was a very good program. The scenery is beautiful and many long walks around the facility. I was glad we could smoke as well. I remember going to the local Catholic Church nearby. Oh yes and the food was delicious. Females were there as well, but no peeking lol. Overall a good place if you wanna sober up and stay off the destructive path.
