Wow. Where do i start. Was welcomed immediately with love and care! Between the awesome techs,dr klaybor, and the counselors it's a one stop shop to get you back feeling great about your self mentally and physically. Adam (lead tech) is a go to for just anything! If he doesn't know he will figure it out for you. As well as the rest of the tech staff are always there to help! I was blessed to have shane as my counselor! Patient, knowledgeable,etc! Thanks shane. All the other counselors are rock stars as well. I've chosen to go to there I.o.p. and sober living house. Thanks for a chance at a new life! Asa norwood.

First of all, Dr. Henson was the most polite understanding to the point doctor have met in a long time he took care of my neck all the way to my fingers. Did x-ray. He could see the pain in my eyes in my face and my demeanor, and referred me to a Neurosurgeon . So I have an appointment for tomorrow. I’m still in pain but not as badYes, I would recommend anybody and I always do to this hospital ER thank you

Unsure how the staff sleep at night after having someone arrested for breaking something, during a mental episode, during a stay in the mental ward section. Like... What? Charge the damage to their insurance and be done with it. Don't have a mental patient arrested for $400 of damaged caused during a mental episode in a mental hospital! How disgusting and backwards. Won't be allowing any of my friends or family to come here. We'll all start using another hospital that's not associated with oschner. Mind you I originally called 911 for oschner emergency room for physical symptoms, they then cleared me, had me speak with a video psychologist WITHOUT anyone else in the room (against the law), that psychologist then recommended I be put into the mental ward of this place. That law broken alone made the entire stay invalid and null. I'm now having to work with lawyers to sue this place for damage, time missed from work, the PTSD this all caused me, and my rights as a patient being violated, as well as having to work with attorneys to have the case dismissed. What a disgusting place. This was blatant Medicaide fraud, plain and simple. And they also FALSIFIED my medical documents, both oschner ER and this place. Put blatant lies on it, removed my emergency contact, the list goes on. But I'm grateful for all they did because after this lawsuit, I will never have to work again. Soooo 5 star rating for changing my life. ❤️

If you're in over your head and can't figure out how to stop on your own then there is no other better place. I've been to many, i mean many many. This is a serious place for people looking for sobriety. Odyssey house is for fun & games, Bridge House is for those who want it or at least wanna taste of what being sober is.
