I always go for bloodwork here. Easy kiosk check in. The phlebotomist is always good , quick and nice. Doesn't hurt and I do not bruise and I bruise easily. People give her a hard time because you have to wait for your appt but she is only one person and does it all. If you have an appointment you will be seen. Too many people in a rush all the time.

18+ years in recovery, one day at a time thanks to Caron Treatment Centers. I grew up in a loving home in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I always felt different than my peers, and this was compounded by relentless teasing at school. I started drinking when I was 14, trying to fit in and numb the pain of feeling like an outsider. By the time I was in college, my substance use escalated to harder drugs like cocaine and eventually, crystal meth. I moved on from beer pong with my fraternity to life in the fast lane with party drugs and the club scene.
Following graduation, my life was chaotic. Being in the event planning profession, my behavior was tolerated. Often late to work, my performance was inconsistent, and no one could rely on me. I was not functioning. When my addiction led to two DUIs, jail time, and suicide attempts, I faced a sobering reality that I desperately needed help. My time in jail was a wake-up call, but then I violated my house arrest and pleaded for help. Rather than return to jail, my parole officer allowed me to get help. My family, who always supported me, set firm boundaries and helped me get into Caron. This changed my life. Today I am an event professional, living a fulfilling life and helping others how I can. I serve on several non-profit boards, including having the honor of being Vice Chair of the Caron Greater Philadelphia Regional Advisory Board as well as part of the Caron Treatment Committee and Chairing the annual Gala Planning Committee. Caron is so important to me that I have made Magic Mountain part of my legacy planning as a recent inductee to the Chit Chat Society.
I would not be here today if it were not for Caron and my mom, dad, sister, other family members and friends, because they never turned their backs on me. If you or a loved one need help from substance use disorder, please consider calling Caron.

I can't express in words, how much of a great and compassionate person the owner Pete is. He's a very stand up guy, when I had a problem that conflicted with my hours of school (I'm doing remote from 9:30am-4:30pm). Pete went out of his way to make sure, I could still attend my groups virtually from their IOP residential home during the evenings. When the house manager said I couldn't do this, Pete went and made some calls to accommodate me, so I could get the help I needed while also being able to pursue my dreams in getting a job in IT support. Thanks Pete 😊 🫂 🙏. If you're in need of assistance they are very welcoming at the office aswell. The front desk assistant Hunter was very supportive and understanding of my situation any questions I had she answered promptly and kindly. They offered drinks and food to us while we did our intake an everything. I truly appreciate 🙏 and recommend them to anyone in need of stability while trying to get clean or stay sober. They will provide transportation also to and from there office. Hope's Horizon and their sister company Atom is one of the best rehabilitation centers out there 💯👍. It gets a little less difficult each day, but it's never easy. I couldn't have done it without everyone there though. I definitely recommend Hopes Horizon if you've finally decided that you're done living the same hell every day. They'll help you every step of the way, but you have to want it and you have to work for it.
IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN (EVEN YOU!)

While I have found most support staff to be helpful in directing my recovery and progressing in my recovery, Gatehouse Lititz does have plenty of problems concerning food availability.
I don't believe clients should have to purchase their own food just to eat. They are paid by insurance to provide 3 meals a day, not dry cereal for breakfast because there is no milk.
There have also been times when there was no bread to even make a PB&J for lunch.
I have been in touch with DDAP regarding these issues.

| Starting Point, located in Brooklyn, Maryland is a private alcohol and drug rehab that offers treatment for a variety of substance abuse addictions including alcoholism, co-occurring mental health disorders, and opiate addiction. They offer supervised medical treatment to safely manage withdrawal symptoms during detoxification, as well as flexible | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I go here, I have since December so it's been 6 months now. And while I like it here and everyone is so nice and kind. Everything moves slow. I understand they have other people and other paperwork being pushed through, I've just personally never been to a clinic that is this slow with process paperwork. Like every 30 days you're eligible for phasing up if you're doing good and everything looks good clean urines etc I've had clean Urines for almost 2 1/2 years and been here 6 months and STILL coming in twice a week. The last clinic I was at I had already gotten 2 weeks take homes by the time I was going on my 3rd month! So if paperwork could get processed faster this place would be great! So for that reason I'm only giving 4 starts!
