I’ve been going here since I was 14 years old, over all I’m very happy with the care I’ve received. I’m now 24 years old. I’ve been through lots of therapist and psychiatrist. But I now see Rebecca Burnau as my psychiatrist and she is amazing! Rachel Strubble is amazing, they listen and honestly don’t know what I would do without this place.

I had certain people inaccurately communicate information on my behalf. The people inaccurately communicated information when I was a minor. The information was documented as information I communicated. I have previously experienced side effects from the medication. The side effects from the medication are not documented as side effects. I have also experienced side effects from over the counter medication. There is video surveillance footage of me communicating the side effects I experienced. The video surveillance footage is supposed to prove the reactions to the medication were not side effects. I do not exhibit certain mental health concerns without taking medication that causes a reaction. I informed the company about several things that were occurring. I was expected to give the same information I previously communicated. I chose to check if they documented the information I gave. I pretended like I did not know the answers to the questions they were asking me. The psychiatry appointment was a brief appointment. I have received several inaccurate diagnoses throughout the years. The documentation is inconsistent and inaccurate documentation. The documentation they accumulated throughout the years is unreliable. The documentation from four different locations contains several differences. The psychiatrist did prescribe me a medication. I experienced multiple side effects from the medication I was given. No visual hallucinations No auditory hallucinations No paranoia Not out of touch with reality No delusions The diagnosis that I received was schizophrenia. The diagnosis that the psychiatrist communicated to me was schizophrenia.

I have never met more kind, amazing, warm-hearted welcoming staff and peers in my entire life. IT works if YOU make it work. 90% of the staff is nothing short of incredibly amazing. There’s a couple that could work on their “bedside manner” and empathy; but when it was brought to someone’s attention they had issues with that because they just learned self-advocacy, an open “adult-dialogue” was welcomed and encouraged. Jim Gilmore Rexovery Center has changed my life for good. “JUST FOR TODAY”

I am proud to say that my experience here was amazing. Definitely life changing and the staff here we're a major part of it. It's focus for me was based on "Self" I had to learn to believe in me and forgive me. I think if your looking to get things turned around and feel your alone. You will find help here your never alone.

Excellent for people wanting help with their addiction

After I got to the level of methadone where I felt I had no erges to chase drugs on the street, I feel so good, the first time in 40years. I feel normal.

So sad to be updating this review because this place turned so bad. I love the staff and loved it BUT about a month or 2 ago they got a new doctor and she's so bad! Messing with so many clients meds and lying to clients faces and so so much more! It's sad when she first started my councler even warned me how bad she is :( I don't recommend this place until they get a new good doctor!

I Guest Dosed hear an they are the most kind an respectful clinic I have ever been too can't say enough good things about the staff and nurses there.. Definitely made the experience of guest dosing a great one.. Definitely wil be coming back to this place soon for guest dosing again...

DO NOT COME HERE one of the workers that is responsible for paperwork stole my gf’s social security card and birth certificate and TOOK it home with him MAJOR SECURITY BREACH it took her over a week to get it back and then they accused her of diluting her pee cause she drinks a lot of water like….SERIOUSLY!?!?!?!?!?!?

I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment and classes.

I remember this place when I was there in 2003.Mr.T was a staff member and a white lady name Janet.best experience ever!the re-habilition was perfect!I cant remember all the staff that was there but they were perfect for me.Found you a job,had AA/NA.Smoke breaks and decent food..yeah Mrs V was a cook and another lady.You had HRV and PRV violations and you made sure you didn't break them.Long story short Ive been out of trouble since.Ivwish I could talk too then ASAP, especially the old staff.this kept me out of jail.

I had the weirdest experience at this walk-in clinic. 1. When the nurse came into the room, she stood on the other side of the room talking to me with a mask on, but then got close to me to take my vitals. This is a field that YOU choose. I understand no one wants to be sick, but that's part of the job. 2. The doctor that "treated" me was sick herself. Ma'am. Shouldn't you be at home getting rest? Coughing and sniffing while treating patients. I guess she fit right in with the sick. But what if she is treating someone who was not in there because they are sick? She was sweating. 🤕🤒🤢
