my experience at relevance was great and thoroughly helped me in my mental health journey. the community of people that is built here helps you grow so much as a person and the clinicians/staff are incredible. All of the clinicians are so knowledgeable and helpful in managing anything you’re going through and it’s a beautiful environment to learn new skills to regulate your emotions and thoughts. I would highly recommend.

I can to Relevance feeling discouraged and hopeless. Throughout my time here I’ve learned a lot about my self and my ability to overcome. I am so grateful for Relevance! I am actually in a good place in my life. When I first got here I did not think I could be happy but I am. The staff is great. They truly care about me and my success. I would definitely recommend this program to someone struggling with mental health or addiction.

High Focus came into my life at the right time. I was really hurting and dealing with major depression due to some tough life circumstances. High Focus gave me my life back. Their staff was so welcoming and kind. My clinician Taylor was so incredibly helpful and challenged me in all the right ways to get the growth I needed out of the programs. The groups were educational, foundational, and very easy to understand. I leaned so much in my time there. I couldn't recommend High Focus enough to anyone struggling. If you put in the work, High Focus can work for you! :)

High Focus has been pivotal to my success in understanding, as well as coping with my mental health. I have gone through the program twice in 5 years and this time around was fantastic. Kellie my clinician was excellent, she was compassionate, understanding, and really pushed me when I desperately needed to be pushed. All the clinicians who ran the groups were fantastic, Karyn, Ashley, Taylor, Kellie, Kendall, you all have made such positive impacts on my life. I can’t recommend high focus enough to those out there who are struggling mentally. I’ve been through Princeton house prior, and High Focus is far and away the best program around.

This is the third company I've used. The 1st 2 were awful - if anything, they worsened my situation.
This place is exactly what I needed.
Everyone is easy to get a hold of and they do what they're supposed to do - help.
Christen at the front desk is great - she takes care of a lot by herself.
If she's unable to help, she let's my counselor know ASAP.
That brings me to her - Christy.
She literally fixed an entire (bad) situation for me. Simply amazing. Thanks!

To validate this statement. I will say in the 19 years I have been involved with mental health facilities, addiction, treatment centers, and state psychiatric services. At times being employed by and other times as a patient. By far the counselors that break their tail every day for their patience to have a positive outcome and fair shot at a good life. Is second to none. In tandem with their psychiatric services and on the ball medication treatments. The only response in what they do for their patients, Is first class, five stars all around every time.
I can only speak for myself, but I had to make a commitment to their recommendations, accept the truth about what got me there, stop making excuses sound like reasons and put in sincere work.
If you’re fortunate enough to work with Steve H. You can expect someone who fully understands where you’re coming from, has solution based approaches to complex situations, has always been on point, several steps ahead of me. Out of sincere conviction and authentic heart for my well-being. How many people out there really show up for somebody like that in life….
Danielle, Marla, Laura, Alonzo, Jackie, Michael, are just a few of the refined superstars. I have been fortunate enough to have my back and best interests at hand without any self interest or personal gain. I showed up unannounced after getting backed into in a parking lot.......Noelle at the desk talked me thru the options(insurance, private, salvage, etc........) calmed my nerves and had someone work up an immediate estimate.
The work came in as quoted, on budget, and done within a "business" week (that included a holiday and a major noreaster).
The workmanship is first class. The customer service was amazing. Thank you Branning and especially Noelle.

Branning’s East Brunswick did a great job on replacing and painting my front bumper. They cleaned up other areas and I was so pleased. All employees that come out to look at car were super nice. The two ladies at the front desk who greet and schedule you (Fran & Yanaris) were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Car was ready earlier than target date. Would highly recommend!

While I was working out at the gym, someone hit my parked car in the parking lot. I ended up filing a police report and went through my auto insurance for the repair. Branning Collision is one of Progressive's recommended repair centers. I am very glad I chose this particular company. The transaction was seamless and everyone was extremely professional. They got the job done within a reasonable time frame and most importantly my car looks great! Thank you!
I was sent to room 201 in the hospital. On Saturday Oct 11 My nurse on Saturday was Maria, Bomova, who is extremely helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to make my stay a positive experience. And so has Giovanna, the tech . Unfortunately I had to lower it one star due to my Saturday night nurse , Lisa being the most irritating annoying overbearing nurse I've ever known. She was constantly asking me questions that had nothing to do with why I'm here, always telling " I have to ask that" which was BS, because the last 700 nurses I've had would never ask me those questions
I guess if you want to be treated like a 2-year-old or a 95-year-old, Lisa would be your nurse

They really are a great place to go they're taking the time to help and they don't just dismiss you. Somthings may take time but I think when we don't feel well. We tend to think we're the only ones who don't feel good.. but this place is really a better choice of where to go. Thank you to everyone who cared for me.

For the most part I really appreciate how friendly and caring the staff can be. It can completely change the tune of your visit if someone is kind or seems to care, and having really kind people helped me work through the pain I was experiencing. Literally one of the kindest doctors I've ever had works overnight in the ER and I can't thank him enough. Thank you
I went to RCA three years ago, and I can honestly say they saved my life. When I arrived, I was completely consumed by my addictions and had no idea how to climb out. This place gave me the tools, structure, and support I needed to rebuild myself from the inside out.
The staff truly cares. They don’t just treat you, they teach you. I learned coping skills, accountability, and how to face life without numbing everything. They helped me understand my patterns, break them, and replace them with healthier habits. Even now, years later, I still use what I learned there.
I walked in broken and walked out with hope, clarity, and a future. If you’re struggling and you’re ready for real change, this is the place that can give you your life back. I’m forever grateful.

The great outweigh the frustrations.
The staff in the building are capable, competent, compassionate, patient, and truly wonderful! They helped me unlock so much in my recovery, and I left my 30 day treatment feeling like a truly new man. I feel like Im a version of myself that I didn’t know existed. I have such supreme admiration for the boots on the ground: Marguerite, Kelly, Sheets, and Jeff, to the case managers (shoutout Maggie), to the group leaders like Betty, Scott, Nick, Donald, Kevin, Rob, Ben, to the nursing and RSS staff, the cleaning staff, and kitchen staff. They all contributed in saving my life.
The frustrations stem from the negligence at the top levels of this company. There were several situations, and altercations that put the patients hygeine, safety, and ultimately, sobriety in jeopardy due to extreme budget cuts. The “interim ceo” peacocks around the hallways, and when directly adressed by patients with issues about patients concerns, he smugly passes the buck and ignores said issues. If it werent for these frustrations, this place could be the gold standard for recovery.
For these reasons, I give the staff a 9 out of 5, and the pencil pushers a resounding 0 out of 5.
Tonight I was with a family member in the emergency room and would like to express my thanks to the staff who were not only professional, but were compassionate and kind. I believe the nurse who was there first was Alicia, whose shift was ending at 7p.m. and there was also Joann. Both of these women are a true blessing to any patient that needs emergency treatment.

My father was brought into the ER with a heart issue. The staff were amazing! Everyone worked diligently to stabilize his condition and make him comfortable. His stay was extended a few days and stents were needed. The nursing staff in the step down unit were absolutely incredible. Many thanks to Erin, Nicole, Haley, Jen, Dion, Jess, Amy and Jolyn!
Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. If this is your first time coming to treatment, Footprints gets an A++ from me. Its always tough to take that first step, but they do an amazing job of walking with you the rest of the way. The staff on all levels, from BHT, Clinical, Nursing, and Administrative are warm, caring, knowledgeable, sympathetic to the individual needs of the clients, and all around exceptional! If you or anyone you know is struggling with a substance abuse or mental health issue, then Soba New Jersey is among the best! Highly recommended.
My father was recently admitted to the hospital and stayed in the Ackerman section on the 4th floor for 7+ days. I have to say that all the staff up there was exceptional. All the nurses, nurse techs, house keeping, nutrition, etc.. Anytime we had a question, they helped get the answer, they attended to my dads needs well. Thank you Matt, Marylen, Julianne, Niko, "Q" not sure how her name is spelled, but she was great! So many more but its hard to remember all the names.

I believe this program benefited me in so many ways, Scott & Alesha went above and beyond in my recovery and i am so grateful to them for hearing my concerns and accommodating them. Overall i give this facility 5/5 stars. Alesha and Scott deserve 8/5 stars for how they ran groups and making sure everyone was comfortable and genuinely caring about everyones recovery!

The clinical team at Rebirth is exceptional in their use of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
One of the standout features of Rebirth is their integrated approach. I really liked my experience at Quantum Outpatient Rehab. The staff here truly feels like family — they’re caring, supportive, and always have your best interest at heart. You get to do lots of activities and outings, which make the experience fun and meaningful. I also gained so much knowledge about addiction and recovery that’s helped me in so many ways. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done for me and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for real help, zero judgment and understanding.

I am a volunteer with a nonprofit sober living. A lot of our residents have been to Discovery Institute and maintained sobriety. A common thing I hear them say about Discovery is how cared for they felt. They were treated like humans. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about this facility/program. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing.
The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. The environment felt safe, nonjudgmental, and motivating, and I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in... they even have recliner "lay down and share" chairs oh and the Coffee is top notch
This facility played a huge role in my progress, and I’m grateful for every counselor, staff member, and peer who helped me along the way. If you’re looking for an IOP that truly cares and makes a real impact, this is the place. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Stress Care for several years now and at first it was a little rocky but about six months ago I was assigned to Christina. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. She is an incredibly compassionate, skilled, and insightful therapist who creates a safe and supportive space for real growth and healing. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and understood. Christina has a unique ability to ask the right questions, offer meaningful perspectives, and guide me toward clarity in ways that feel empowering rather than overwhelming.
Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in every interaction. I’ve noticed so many positive changes in my life thanks to her guidance, and I feel more confident, grounded, and hopeful than I have in years. If you are looking for a therapist who is both deeply empathetic and highly effective, Christina is truly exceptional. I leave every session feeling a million times better. She truly tells me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear, which is something I have never been able to receive through many therapists in the past. I have since loved going to Stress Care and look forward to going to my sessions, instead of feeling like it was a chore.

Was brought in via EMS, admitted for 2 nights and 3 days in the adolescent unit. The hospital staff are incredible, caring and always smiling at all hours. The night neuro team came in while I was having an episode, instead of just making sure I was medically stable they held my hand and reassured me that they were right next to me and I'd be ok- all at 3 in the morning! Shout out to Nurses Kim, Sam, Heather; all the rest of the nurses in Adolescents; Doctor Sarah Yavelberg and the Peds team; and Art Therapist Christiana and Child Life Specialist Jasdeep 🩷🩷! I definitely felt safe, taken care of, listened to, validated and understood during my hospitalization.
Additionally, the place is very clean, aesthetically appealing, and well-designed. There was a bed with a separate curtain, light and tv for parent to stay overnight. Meals can be ordered from an extensive menu and are delivered to rooms. They changed sheets as often as requested, even multiple times a day.
People ask why I insist on traveling the hour distance to New Brunswick for emergencies, and this is why! If there was an option to give more than five stars, RWJ New Brunswick would definitely get it!

I love to thank this place for taking care of my wife ann.She came there because the nursing home isn't have her or didnt know her bipolar meds and after my wife had an operation to get her gallbladder taken out this is where the problem started ans my wife went crazy.But after she went to barnabas health they took good care of my wife to the fullest.Some people have different opinions but this place did that and some.They took very very good care of her and they have there strict policies but requardless this place is the best.Thank you barnabas nurses and doctors for taking full.care of my wife and I give this place 5 full stars.joe

I can honestly and sincerely say that the intensive outpatient program at High Focus legitimately changed my life.
The science-backed, evidence-based multi-faceted program has provided me with the tools & strategies I need in my day to day life to handle intense emotions as well as process trauma in healthy and adaptive ways through anger management, emotional regulation, DBT, CBT, grounding & mindfulness techniques.
Almost every day I find myself utilizing at least one of the techniques that I was taught at High Focus, whether that is Opposite Action, distress tolerance, STOP, boxed breathing, TIPP, HALT, cope ahead statements, etc. etc.
I have truly grown, changed, improved and bettered myself as a person. The anger, outbursts, explosions, toxicity and inability to properly regulate my emotions have been replaced by properly applying the core principles if what I learned in IOP.
Its not about never making mistakes. Its not about there never being steps backwards. Its about learning from the mistakes, not making the same ones and always talking the steps forward.
I am able to do that now thanks to everything I learned at High Focus and I want to sincerely thank all of the staff there for helping me to do that.
For anyone reading this, please know that it is 1000% possible for you to change your life TODAY. YOU have that power and YOU have that capability. Do not listen to what anyone else has to say -- YOU have the ability to CHANGE as a person. You just have to apply yourself. It's that simple and it's that hard.
If you're considering High Focus, I highly encourage you to make that change today. It honestly changed my life.

High Focus saved my life. When I first walked in, I was struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, guilt, shame, relationship issues, unhealthy coping strategies, trauma, battling with thoughts of giving up and abandonment – honestly, the list goes on. I felt completely lost and was stuck living in survival mode. But with the help of the caring and supportive staff, I was able to uncover strengths I didn’t even know I had, and rediscover the confident, beautiful person beneath all the pain. If you’re feeling lost or unsure where to turn, walking through those doors could change your life. The program works, but you get out of it what you’re willing to put in. Let it work for you. I miss all the staff and amazing friends I’ve met during my journey.

This is the only therapy I’ve tried that has genuinely helped me change. The people really make the place, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. 100/10
I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. Helped change my life. Shoutout to My counselor Tom for his dedication to help me on this journey . Nurses are great! Mike is approachable and runs a tight ship. He makes you feel welcomed and you rarely see that from management anymore. The male Dr. there(can’t remember his name) has helped me more by sharing some of his family realities and struggles and it makes u feel like ur not alone . Addiction does Not Discriminate!

My first counselor was fantastic, she got me to see that I’m not going through this alone! The nurses are all awesome friendly and personable! If I didn’t move out of state I would still be going here!!!
