My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. I can only speak to my experience with the staff, my Dr I've been had since starting, and my social worker stress cares provides to help you, even if just for a ride. We got to do a bunch of therapeutic activities that were so helpful, and the staff were also really kind, friendly, and understanding. This place is amazing for someone struggling with a mental illness, at the time, I had depression, and this Mental Health Service helped me a lot. Alicia Crape 1 week ago Fantastic facility, all the facilitators are knowledgeable and caring, spent 126 days here and got everything I needed out of the program. They have a great vetting process so you'll almost never meet a client who sucks, PHP was a great time even if a bit draining, and IOP was fantastic, all the techs, Landon, Travis, Zach, Mo (Hope you do well in Jerusalem!), Fahim, Antoine, Eli, Phil, Darryl were all fantastic and a key part of my recovery. Weekly grocery trips and catered lunch at the clinic made sure I never went hungry, transportation to 12 step meetings was appreciated. Allen was an absolutely fantastic therapist to have, but all the therapists: Tess, Bella, Megan, Curtis, Caitlyn, Andrew, and Allen are all fantastic and really help break down issues & education in a way that's noninvasive and actually helpful. The facilitators who aren't solo therapists Chris and Ervin are all wonderful and kind. The other staff members who make it all work in the background: Chuck, Kevin, Celeste, Jahila, and Kevin were very helpful and always around. While I don't know all the women's house techs, the ones I did interact with, Rea and Alexis were fun and full of wisdom. And finally, shout-out to Kelce and Jeff for handling all the administrative mumbo jumbo that let's the clinic and housing run smoothly. And Brandon, the maintenance guy, you are an elite asset and it was wonderful knowing you. If I ever relapse, which I hope I won't, this would be the rehab I'd want to come back to. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing. The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after.. I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo L E 1 year ago RecoveryCNT is a place of hope. The facility might not be shining, but the service was right on spot. The staff are very experienced. They are calm, professional and compassionate. They don't response on minute to my email. Ande has been a tremendous help to me since day one and has helped me with getting out of my own way and has aided me on my path of recovery and self discovery. They focus on multiple areas of mental health whether it's substance abuse or just depression/anxiety. They also provide transportation depending how close you are to the facility. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. At intake all of the nurses are very kind to me and I could overhear them sweet talking him up the hall which made me feel very comfortable because they did not know I could hear what they were saying. Despite some of the older, more critical reviews, the current psychologist, Dr. Akunna, is excellent. The staff is also very respectful of gender identities and preferred names — I’ve even seen therapists gently correct each other when the wrong pronoun was used by mistake. Britney is a fantastic therapist — extremely validating and supportive. The smaller group setting allows for meaningful one-on-one attention, especially during afternoon sessions. Grace, their most consistent group therapist, creates a space where people can truly show up as they are — something I’ve rarely seen done so well. Ajita and the rest of the team work hard to support clients while also holding firm, compassionate boundaries to set them up for success after leaving the program. They use a mix of DBT, CBT, and other therapeutic approaches to teach skills in a holistic, client-centered way. They also encourage clients to seek additional medical support, such as a primary care doctor or nutritionist, when needed. At times being employed by and other times as a patient. By far the counselors that break their tail every day for their patience to have a positive outcome and fair shot at a good life.
