I learned a lot of valuable skills at Relevance. Gracie was a phenomenal counselor who was empathetic with great boundaries. Latifah helped me so much with guidance, med management and life skills. Chelsea was incredible at teaching and explaining DBT. The only pressing issue I had during treatment was difficulty receiving case management needs. Other than that, I have made immense progress, and it was with the helping hands of relevance. Thank you Relevance team for your patience, dual diagnosis care, and laughter. I was brought to the Emergency Department at Jersey Shore University Medical Center on Memorial Day because I was experiencing nausea and a headache followed with extreme dizziness, and let me tell you, my experience here at JSUMC was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The doctors and nurses are super kind and knowledgeable. I don’t remember none of their names but everyone working at Jersey Shore is very friendly. Forgot to mention, the environment of the hospital is very cool and cozy! Now I see why Jersey Shore is ranked one of the top hospitals for adults and children in the entire nation, one of the best hospitals I’ve ever been with such good people!

I had a really great experience at High Focus and would recommend it to anyone who thinks they may need a higher level of car. The clinicians were amazing and each clinician brought their own unique style to each group. The atmosphere was of healing and focused on creating a safe and honest space for people to express themselves and learn more about themselves and different skills. I also enjoyed the set up of the program as I met with the prescriber and my clinician weekly. There was always honesty and transparency in my care. I felt safe and like I could trust my team while navigating a challenging time in my life. I definitely think you get what you put into the experience. I think it can be easy to get a lot out of it when learning from clinicians like Taylor, Kelly, and Ashley. They brought humor and lightness into an otherwise dark and serious time. They are amazing and I am grateful for my time there! 😊

Great counslers at the children's center. Sometimes, no one answers the main line, or the secretary isn't at the desk. But there are friendly faces and people who care. Each therapist tries to make their office their own space; comfortable and unique, and full of sensory toys, games, and chairs. I'm not a fan of the adult center, it's the corporate of counseling centers. However, you can see in the children's center a lot of young, caring counselors that are actually there for the children.

When I arrived to GenPsych i was in an awful state and did not see light at the end of the tunnel. I didn t see a tunnel at all. Took me a while, but after 11 or so weeks in the DBT track I am a completely different person. It wouldn t be without all the individuals that make up this incredible facility. This place has alot of great resources to offer. My prescribers Amy and Albert were wonderful. Both listened carefully and came up with a plan to meet my needs in recovery.My therapist Val Karabin was phenomenal. I wish all therapists were like her.Groups inc DBT were very helpful as well. Just left Maryville Pemberton today after a short term stay. The experience was good all in all. Just like any place there could be some adjustments made here and there but it's a pretty good rehab. Chris and his CIT staff (including Michelle) were very helpful throughout my stay. Some things could be better but it is a good place to get treatment.

This is the third company I've used. The 1st 2 were awful - if anything, they worsened my situation.This place is exactly what I needed.Everyone is easy to get a hold of and they do what they're supposed to do - help.Christen at the front desk is great - she takes care of a lot by herself.If she's unable to help, she let's my counselor know ASAP.That brings me to her - Christy.She literally fixed an entire (bad) situation for me. I have been struggling with mental health and substance use for the past 5 years. I started at a different counseling center for IOP for substance use, it is the only thing that has helped me gain long term sobriety. They referred me to Freehold to start Spravato treatments for treatment resistant depression. The nurses and staff there are very kind. I feel very thankful that I have found a center that has helped me get approved for Spravato, assists with transportation, and gives me a much needed breath of hope.

My experience with the birth of my son was truly amazing. Among the amazing nurses who took care of me, Shannon deserves a standing ovation. She made PP seamless and I couldn't thank her enough. My midwife, Dossa, was also amazing. Both ladies kept things calm and simple. There was another nurse, too, I believe her name was Rose or Rosie I really don't remember, and I feel awful but there were so many people who were so caring and considerate during my preparation for my sons birth and even after recovery.

I have to say this hospital has really improved and I m pleasantly surprised. The last time I was there was 2021/2022 and I gave it a 1 star. I just received care in the ED last night and I believe they are under new ownership with lots of new staff. The doctor, RN, and tech overnight were phenomenal with great bedside manner and personable and the hospital was very clean and looks a bit updated from what I remember. My wait in the ER was about 1 1/2 - 2 hours which is phenomenal for a hospital. Thank you to the healthcare workers and administration.
