There's always something to do for the kids during family weeks. They serve decent meals that are included. Also have a snack shack which is great, especially if you have kids. I've had a room with a bathroom in the community bathroom is always clean. I've also had a room that was the Jack and Jill that had a bathroom inside, which worked well with my kids and I. He was in consistent contact with me on our concerns, listened not only to my son but me as a mom and my other son as a brother and took all of our concerns and feedback into his sessions with my son. He helped my son work through not only the issues he was having but gave him the coping skills to tackle hard things going forward. We will miss him and the staff greatly. All staff, nurses, mha's etc were awesome in helping me with my condition, the only negative things were more communication needs to be done for your loved ones at home that are not sure how you actually are and what your treatment plans are. Also some of the security officers at the front desk are rude and abrasive to family members trying to bring needed supplies as they're not sure what to do or where to go. Lastly when things are brought in to security it shouldn't take a full day to get it to you. The staff who cared for me in Short Term Care were all phenomenal, but Kelly and Jakob(sp?) stood out in particular. I came in to the facility with a horrible attitude after spending a terrible night at Community, and they turned me around. And the food was good! My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. From the therapists to the medical providers to the support staff, you can feel that they genuinely want every patient to succeed. Recovery isn’t easy, but having people like this walking beside you makes the journey far less overwhelming. Once there, it took a bit to be paired with a therapist who I was really able to relate with. That said, my therapist has been a great Blessing, and really cares. After asking a few well pointed questions, I found out that they have a job placement service as well. The person I've been paired with genuinely cares as well, and is trying her damndest to find me a job where my skillset and knowledge would be best used. I'm very Blessed to be in such good hands. john locklin jr 1 month ago I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. Thank God minutes counted and they revived him.Placed a temporary pace maker with took 20 minutes. They move him up to cardiac icu.From the moment he arrived he had the best care and compassionate staff we ever seen.Super attentive and Doctors appointed were great took time to explain everything since it was Friday surgery was scheduled on Monday. I give our experience a 10 + From the food and service attentiveness, friendliness, humor compassion and understanding.We feel the Doctors and nurses were outstanding and saved his life.With prayers and faith in God and the system. Costa explained the process and even helped me retrieve documents I had forgotten until after the repair work was under way, which allowed me to see it in progress. Girardo showed me an astonishing finished result that included headlight covers freshly restored with cerakote to good as new condition. Kevin did a flawless paint job. The 2013 Honda with 218,000 miles on it was clean inside and out and looks brand new. One additional stupendous bonus was that before the repair job my tire pressure monitoring system was faulty, constantly complaining of a tire pressure problem. My mechanic told me it would cost at least $128 to replace one unit, but the problem might have extended to more than one. I was delighted to see that after my repair work at Masterpiece, the trouble has vanished. Thank you, Kathy, Costa, Girardo and Kevin for superb work.
