They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. They were kind, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. The check-in process was a bit confusing, though that may have been on me for not fully following the pre-visit instructions. That said, someone on the ground floor was incredibly helpful and checked me in right there, which I really appreciated. Overall, considering everything, it was a very positive experience. I have both an Intensive Case Manager, & a counselor I see and work with. They have helped me tremendously in a transitional time of my life. I highly recommend their services. The office staff is absolutely the best. I haven’t talked to all of the providers there in a session capacity but the 2 that I have are beyond awesome and all the others are friendly and I would feel comfortable as their patient as well. I do have one big issue however, I disclosed something under the belief it would not be shared. I was not warned about mandatory reporting, and incorrect information was given to my parent. Plus they were really flexible when I needed to change appointment times which happens a lot with me because of my work schedule. They also had telehealth appointments which made scheduling easier.
