Dr. Jennifer Dailey (the Allentown VA Chiropractor) is absolutely THE BEST! I have seen over a dozen chiropractors since my service injury in 2012 and she is undoubtedly the one that has helped me regain quality of life, and reduce most of my pain. Dr. Dailey dug deep into my injuries with proper technique, she thinks outside the box to find solutions, she never cuts a corner when providing my adjustment, and she has supported me with at home tips and tricks to continue my healing. I used to have pain just walking and simply existing in my daily life, but because of her and her team, I am now able to become more active, have significantly less pain, and sleep uninterrupted throughout the night. If you are a veteran in pain, do yourself a favor and ask for her. If you are an employee or supervisor at the VA, go shake her hand because she deserves it. 10/10

Adolescent & Young Adult Advocates (A2) seemed like a wonderful place for my son to have an intensive outpatient experience. Calls before the intake appointment indicated that they were participating with our insurance for mental health issues. After the intake appointment and an in-person visit (with the owner), it turns out that this is not precisely the case. My son needed to be seen for mental health issues, and the facility and staff are only approved for substance abuse. They knew my son had no history of substance abuse. They are not approved for mental health due to the lack of a psychiatrist (I believe no psychologist either, only licensed counselor) on staff. The owner/counselor stated they thought he would be a good fit for the program, apologized for the coverage misinformation given, and would "work with us." We ended up leaving the practice after nine visits (a mix of in-person and group appointments) as they could never give us out-of-pocket costs/co-pays. They then called and stated they would charge my credit card on file, but they didn't have one. We refused to give a card over the phone, asked why there was no insurance submission, and asked for a statement. After which, we received a bill for full costs, with no insurance submissions and multiple calls for full payment. I didn't sign any paperwork indicating I am their billing office. The director of finance, also known as the entire billing department, refused to submit to insurance, claiming they were not legally able to. If you tell me you are a participating provider with my insurance (for mental health) and are not and know that you cannot submit for insurance reimbursement, I believe you are committing fraud. Stay away!

Hi, my name is Leanna and I was sent to Kidspeace on January 14th? 2021 and stayed in the Wright house until March 18th 2021. I've been reading the reviews and I just wanted to say I'm terribly sorry that y'all had the experiences you did. My experience however, was amazing. I was probably the worst headspace ever and Kidspeace in just 3 months saved me. There was of course, things I hated. Like at the intake, you had to fully strip and they had to examine you. Stuff like that. There was a girl who broke the huge tv, ruined our living area, self harmed, awoled, and was horrible to staff.and yet I loved her dearly; she was the sweetest Angel, she was just misunderstood. (Yes I truly believe that. She didn't know how to cope with the terrible life she had.) I was fortunate enough to quickly learn how to work the program. Within weeks, I was shortly moved up the behavior "chart" for good behavior. But it wasn't easy; I know I'm making it seem like it, but there were many trials I had to overcome. Although I was always on the lists for "picks" and I made some good friends,(including Savannah, ((My lovely Anna, I still have ur poem<3)) and Carly, and Bri.) it was so so hard to keep going sometimes. But certain staff helped me through it. They'd stay up with me past their shift just letting me vent and talking with me Without the people mentioned, I truly wouldn't have survived. I wish I could have stayed longer than I did, but my insurance didn't cover my stay. I guess what I'm trying to say, is Kidspeace is what you make it, at least for me. I still honestly sometimes wanna go back when times get rough. So, thank you Kidspeace for everything you did for me. I remember painting my name in the basement of the activity building and signing it. And I still have every letter from every client, every peace of art, and every little trinket that holds memories.<333

To anyone considering RWJ New Brunswick or any of its facilities: please think twice , thrice, dont think . If you want timely treatment, competent doctors, and humane care, look elsewhere. Your loved one’s health and dignity are too precious to risk here. A place where my dear one spent 1 month. And right after discharge(with nothing but emotional, physical distress) , another doctor at a different facility treated fixed under 2-3 hrs which rwj couldnt in 1 month . All thats glitters are not gold. I have experienced other hospitals - nursing and staffs are the rudest and incompetent. Doctors have no coordination. Will force for unnecessary treatment ! Please dont go here.
