I voluntary went to cenakor September 10 2025 for the 30 day program. I have not relapsed once. I got a good job, my relationships with my girlfriend, family, friends are a 100 times better. My health is better, my mind is clear, I am learning everyday to love my sober self again thanks to Cenakor! Honestly, I can't really complain. I had 3 meals a day, plus fruits as a snack. Yes, we shared a dorm but I had a good dorm group for the most part. We had a comfortable bed, a small laundry room with 2 wash days, we had easy chores to keep our minds busy that helped with the rehabilitation process. I did dishes the whole time I was there when we weren't attending our classes and AA meetings etc. Which sometimes involved activities throughout the day, we had plenty of free time. We could smoke cigarettes, that was a plus for me. I would play basketball, volleyball, I learned to play spades, and make bracelets. We would also play music on the speaker at night time, we would get chips and salsa for our night meetings, we got popcorn when we watched movies. I know Cenakor isn't a Marriott hotel but for what it's business purpose is, I don't have a single complaint. I am truly grateful for Cenikor and the BHTs I got to know while I was in recovery. Shout out to the staff members Daphne, Michael, and Kayla. They were a big part of my recovery and still are. Also, to the entire medical/nurse staff.

Exceptional Service and Leadership at the Durango CBOC – Especially Donella
The Durango CBOC is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Donella at the heart of its operations. She is truly courageous and outstanding in every sense of the word. In a facility that supports thousands of veterans across the region, her presence is nothing short of essential.
What sets Donella apart is her soft, compassionate demeanor paired with a level of professionalism and follow‑through that is rare in any healthcare system. She doesn’t just answer questions—she finds solutions. Even when she isn’t the one who initiated a process, she steps in without hesitation, brings the right people together, and sees things through from beginning to end. That kind of dedication keeps veterans’ care moving as smoothly as possible, even within a complex system.
Her ability to navigate challenges, communicate clearly, and advocate for veterans reflects a deep commitment to service. It’s clear she understands the weight of her role and the impact her work has on the lives of so many.
Donella is the kind of person who makes the entire system better simply by being in it. The Durango CBOC—and the veterans it serves—are incredibly lucky to have her.

TCRHCC was my clinic/ hospital since childhood. Early 2018, was referred transfer to Kayenta Clinic: since then been medically treated well: dental, ENT, and several ER visits. Received my Provider, she's great: referrals to other medical updates - she got departments calling me fir schedules that I needed done. Now waiting for appointment dates to arrive and getting them done.
At TCRHCC, was fine with the facility until a short time before being transferred - my doctor informed me by stating, "I have over 200 patients a week, so I only have 7 minutes to see to a you, and you look fine to me." And he left the exam room. I had a bad infected ear. Yes, he did come in and he didn't even do an exam on my ear, no medication, very unprofessional and very rude Oriental Doctor. I went to the an office to request a transfer to another clinic or hospital that same day. I now am satisfied with my medical services. I thank God for the right medical doctors and their facilities . Keeping them in prayers.

This facility deserves a MUCH higher rating than it currently has. The staff at the ATU are absolutely S-Tier human beings and top-notch professionals. These guys know their stuff, and are some of the kindest, most compassionate and understanding people I’ve had the privilege of meeting. I have been to several inpatient facilities before, and this one is by far the best. It’s a very small unit, with a very calm and welcoming vibe. The real treat here is definitely the staff, though. These are genuinely some of my favorite people I’ve ever met. Andy, Liz, Siena, Mel, Laura, literally everybody, all the behavioral techs, all the nurses, those guys deserve a pay raise, SERIOUSLY. Axis, PLEASE, I BEG of you, pay these people more. They barely make more than me, and I work at a dollar store. These people are the REASON I’m sitting at home right now feeling like myself.
