Some of the worst services I have ever received they constantly drop the ball on everything they do and when you try and fix it they blame you for it. They all have this fake nice condescending attitude and everytime you try and help them they just pretend to listen and just choose not to to do anything you say. There not helpful don't get services from them.

So I have Mixed Ratings** 5/5 I do want to give a shout out to the ER staff and team at this location.They are a team player and I really liked how quickly they were able to initiate an emergency when they saw one when we came in. Our situation was dire and to see the response of how everybody came together so quickly it was so powerful ,Thank you .Thank you so much. We have a continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management, unfortunately it was reading false accurate report and That's what prompt us to come into the ER this morning to get my grandfather double checked on his blood sugar levels.
So let's get into the negative ..
1/5 stars , We are definitely not from the area. We are out of towners but I guess we get confused from looking like locals? I was following Google maps, on how to get here with the directions. We got an accurate reading on how to get here but we're getting close to the building I follow the emergency signs with the arrows pointing where to go, located on the sidewalk where the emergency sign that show Us where to go which is the wrong points on entrance. I hope this gets corrected, because security was on my ass for my parking which was up near the front , entering the wrong way, Parked in the handicap sign with the handicap sticker up and security definitely told me I couldn't park there but Yes understandable our situation was an emergency. My grandfather uses a cane, plus he's hard of hearing so I was there speaking for him and also communicating via dry erase board. To the ER staff of the situation. I did tell security that I promise to move to vehicle once I get my grandfather situated but once I've probably been there for " 10 minutes " she came and look for me to go tell me to move my vehicle. But please give some training to security on letting them know more about Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, and the dangerous condition that needs to be taken seriously, especially for those with diabetes. Glucose is the brain's main source of energy, and when blood sugar drops too low, it can lead to various physical and mental impairments. I felt like with better understanding and compassion This place can go a long way towards 5 stars

My wife and I had a terrible experience trying to get a simple prescription filled. We will not be returning. She never received her prescription. The God it was just for pain. Either the doctor or their prescription system needs to be replaced. Or both.
Update:
Ten days after my wife needed to go to the ER for her four broken ribs, I went to the ER with a huge infection in my head, face, and neck and the staff was amazing. I can't stress how well we were treated by all the staff we encountered.

This place is technically a "corrections facility" but isn't run like one. Sure, they have rules and the corrections technicians do their job well but the caring that goes into the work there with the people makes it feel more like a caring community than a jail setting.

This was a once in a lifetime experience I never would in a million years have expected I would have and love. Yes it’s a rehab and is a big commitment, most notably the financial aspect. Yet it was totally worth the investment both in terms of all the money me and my family spent for me to go through yet even more so the time. I had gone to one treatment center before I ended up doing Jaywalker just over a year ago. The difference was I really felt the love and support from pretty much everyone involved with Jaywalker from the time that I toured throughout my stay. This is for me the most important part of what speaks volumes about Jaywalker. From the staff to the alumni program to the guys I went through with it doesn’t get much better. All I have to say really is if you give yourself over to the program and allow it to work it can prove life changing. I was beyond lucky that I happened to have grown up and still be living in the Aspen area where Jaywalker is located. I am forever grateful that I finally came to terms with my addiction and got myself checked in and stuck with it. I never gave sobriety a real thought whatsoever until my life blew up in my face. Over sixteen months later having stuck with it my life is so much better than I could have imagined and it’s all thanks to Jaywalker. The biggest thing I would say about Jaywalker is if you do it and get through your time you’ll be a part of an amazing alumni program that for me is like an extended family of mine. So many of these guys for me are like brothers at this point and it would have never happened had I not just grown the hell up and confronted my problems. I could rave all day long about Jaywalker suffice it to say I highly recommend it.

I completed the 30-day program at Vista Taos and had an amazing experience and met a lot of great people during my stay. I have been in other treatment centers and Vista Taos is by far the best! JD was my therapist and had great knowledge and experience when it came to relapse prevention, identifying triggers and learning about the disease of addiction as well as tapping into trauma and trauma response actions. If you're looking for a rehab that works, this is the place to go. The environment is serene and peaceful. Weekly outings, 5-star meals, off-site meetings, individual therapy, queen sized comfy beds, full bathrooms with tubs or standing showers all accommodated for a comfortable stay for me while I was being rehabilitated for Methamphetamines and Alcohol. The staff was kind and respectful towards my needs and gave great inspiration and encouragement during my stay. Vista Taos is by far the best rehab in New Mexico. I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. Recently the community care office has been slow at renewals, but I know they are short handed now. I would highly recommend this VA and we must fight to keep it the way it is.

We are traveling and hubby realized he forgot one of his medicines. The very nice man (patient coordinator I think) was so understanding and walked us to the correct people to get the medication. He went beyond helpful and had us on our way within an hour. What a God-send.

I have sat for a few days wondering what I could say to express my gratitude for this program. Josh cheerseman I cannot thank you enough for your help whenever I call. I run a sober living house and I will only send the females to this program that once upon time saved my lost soul. Drowning in pain , hopeless and lost. I got help here. I had 1ba really good experience at Hoy Recovery. I successfully completed a 90 day program during the summer of 2022 and since have returned home and also went back to work . I really enjoyed the months I stayed at Hoy for the most part. It's not a resort or anything like that but it is a farm in the Rio Grande Valley of Velarde, NM. I called the separate medical facility twice in order to schedule a follow-up appointment and was kicked off the line both times. I resorted to calling the counseling facility in an attempt to be rerouted to scheduling. The first time I called a very kind employee was able to help redirect me, and he said to call back again if it did not work. Unfortunately the line fell through again, so I called back to inform them that it had not worked. When I did the phone was answered by a woman. I explained the situation thoroughly to her, emphasizing I knew they did not usually make psychiatric appointments and that I was only calling back to let them know it hadn’t worked. She cut me off several times to condescendingly tell me they only do counseling, even though I told her I already knew that. She passively aggressively suggested I call the medical facility even though I had already told her I had tried twice, providing me with the exact same phone number I told her SEVERAL TIMES I already tried to call. Eventually she transferred me to scheduling and thankfully it worked. I was calm and did not raise my voice the entire phone call, only becoming irritated when I had to repeat information she’d already been informed of many times. She, however, was incredibly rude from the second the conversation started.
This is not about what capabilities the counseling facility has, this is about me being treated poorly for trying to solve an issue that I was having because of CHANGE POINT. Even if I was mistakenly calling the wrong building, that’s no way to handle the situation. As a mental health facility, this attitude is absolutely unacceptable. Front desk should not react with hostility to simple confusion, and certainly not treat people like they’re stupid (which is what it felt like whilst she was not listening to me). And if I'm correct, this same front desk employee was EXCESSIVELY rude to my mother a few months back when I was actively having a severe mental health crisis, and she truly impeded my ability to receive care. My mother had to hang up and speak to somebody else, and when she did, she was provided with a plethora of information that was entirely different from the information the original woman provided. This could or could not be the same person, but either way it was a front desk employee at this facility. If I was a new patient seeking counseling, I'd write off this facility at best, and I'd stop seeking treatment entirely at worst.
I’ve had mountains of problems with BOTH buildings’ front desk and reception. Unfortunately, I’ll be starting to look for other mental health options after this since I finally have the privilege of leaving Show Low. But this is the only available mental health care for many people struggling in the area, and this isn’t the first time your front desk employees have been untactful. Thank you to the employee I spoke to originally for being very helpful and kind. I hope maybe one day the entire front desk staff is filled with people like him instead.
