I came to Crossroads in October 2017. I was lost and needed a strong foundation on which to plant my feet in recovery. I found that at Crossroads. I have always felt respected and hopeful with my treatment here. Crossroads has stood by me in my recovery through many trials and tribulations and I’m very thankful! There are some wonderful people here, my counselor Antionette is awesome and checks on me periodically throughout the time I’m not at the Clinic. The nurse’s are great about with helping me in any way that they can! Crossroads is a great place if you’re ready to start the path to recovery!!!! Thanks to all of you guys for helping me in this journey :))

I have had mostly excellent experiences with Brightview (formerly called Right Path) since 2019. The doctors have been great, they care and so do most of the other staff such as reception, counselors and care coordinators. I have had a few problems with medication prior authorizations that were incorrectly filled out and problems with 2 different counselors but they normally fix these issues very quickly. My biggest complaint is that you can’t call the office directly anymore and all calls go to a “call center”. Sometimes they handle your issue immediately and sometimes it takes many days and repeated calls about something simple. This wouldn’t happen if you could call your clinic directly! Despite a few issues, I still give them a 5 star rating because the office workers care about you and your health.

The Port Health Nags Head has been a blessing for many.. there is always bad with the good, but in general they have helped many..including myself, it's not only a place for recovery, or medications, but there is some great counselors that I can attest have helped me work thru many issues over the years, and they are not just there if you have a mental issue, or are in to help a drug addiction..but they also offer great groups that can help women (and men)in toxic relationships, help for using life skills in situations that you cannot do alone, there their for grief counseling.. the groups are for those who sign up weekly and if needed one on one counseling sessions are available.. its not always been easy, and if your new and the 1st experience isn't what you like, remember that's why there is more than 1 person to help you, everyone has different personalities so don't give up or be angry, they also want to help you find the right person that you will get the best experience and help from... I appreciate the front office staff.. Mrs Norma, and others are friendly and helpful..the Dr is wonderful and will do his best if you do need medication to get you on the correct ones to help your condition and help you if you are able to get off as well.. the entire staff have been a blessing for me.. thru the good and bad times.. I recommend you call 1st, for if new you will need to do a intake which is very thorough. I also want to point out they are Covid careful and it's always clean and sanitized as a immune compromised patient I appreciate that. Thanks to all I've known who have helped me over the years. Your top stars to me.

UPDATE: 2nd year renting from Coastal Carolina. Can't say enough good about this company. Their rental team of Amanda, Laura, Hillary and Everett do an outstanding job of getting your reservation booked. The operations team of Makenna, Haylee, Trey, Beau, Devin and Austin have been fabulous to work with. They truly care about making your stay as pleasant as possible. You arrive to a nice clean unit, a welcome goodie bag of laundry/dishwasher/dish detergent/toilet paper and paper towels. If there's any issue with the rental, their operations staff will be there that day...most times within the hour (off season). Trey, Beau and Devin are so friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They get the job done efficiently and quickly. From a repeat renter, this company is hands down the best on the OBX. Very pleasant and helpful to work with. The employees are friendly, kind, patient and genuinely want to ensure your experience is positive while making your vacation dreams a reality!! That attitude continues once you are in your rental also!! Eric has been excellent to work with. Always friendly and smiling. Best property management company in the OBX!!!
