I would like recognition to go to Dr. Ashley Kenzik for her superior work in treating my diabetes. I was taking 3 shots of Novolog and 2 shots of Lantus per day along with a weekly shot of Ozembic. I now take solely one shot of Ozembic per week. And with the Ozembic my weight has gone from 305 to 258. In my opinion, one could not ask for a better physician than Dr. Kenzik.

No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. I have been with applegate 3 years (almost) i just cant express the love and compassion Brian and Tony have. Genuinely they care. I just recently went through a full healthy pregnancy while on MAT. Delivered a happy healthy baby boy. I just want to give the staff a massive thank you for taking care of my grandmother during what was indeed a scare for us. My grandmother has diabetes, AFIB, lupus and arthritis so it is difficult for us to be there for her 100% of the time as we live about 40 miles away. She came down with gram negative bacilli and they treated it with such devotion and care that I can say that five stars is not anywhere near enough to support the great doctors and nurses who work so hard to care for those in need. I'm getting deeper into my recovery here they're very helpful with programs and avenues. I couldn't be happier with their care today I'm grateful to completed my previous programs at landmark and legends. They all serve a purpose and I say today it's about the willingness to obtain a sponsor, home group, multiple phone numbers and multiple sponsorship. Build relationships with others in the program because it is a "WE" PROGRAM. I see so much negativity on here, I realize that most have never read the chapter "working with others" and they have no gratitude. Y-Haven keep doing what your doing. It's minor things wrong with the place, but overall great program and thank you for keeping the doors open for me and others. I have heat, water, food, safe place, meetings around me. For others coming into the program of recovery don't look for the negatives, look for ppl who want their recovery like yourself and stick with those ppl. Thanks for the opportunity

This ER is the fastest ER I've ever been too. Normally I'm waiting in excruciating pain with kidney stones for 6 hours before I get any relief. At this ER I was admitted, pain was treated before it got too unbearable, and then released within 2 1/2 hours! Best experience!

i specifically go out of my way to go here if i ever need to get blood drawn. the staff is friendly. the people who have actually taken my blood have been so patient with me, as i always end up in tears. i definitely recommend !

This will be a thorough review on my various services received, and I have waited enough time to leave the emotion out of reviewing my bad experiences.I am giving a five star review on mental health services after working with the Centers for 4 years. I was previously with Signature Health. The Centers mental health services are incredible. They are a great team of therapists, psychiatrists, and caseworkers. They care about their patients. They listen & stay updated on present day treatments. They trust their patients at their word. If you do not like a therapist or feel like you re not making progress, they will immediately assign you a new one. They have income based services and will never turn someone away based on their inability to pay for treatment.I have utilized their mental health services voluntarily & also when it was court mandated. If you are required to get a substance abuse evaluation & mental health services, I cannot speak highly enough about those providers. Most of them have gone through what we have, and they are paying it forward to helping others.Telehealth services are organized & efficient.The people at the desk aren t always the best. But, that s been my case with most places. If they re having a bad day on the same day you re having a bad day, it might not go well. Try to exercise patience and politely lean into killing them with kindness. That s my advice. They re the gatekeepers to the actual good services.All this said, I cannot extend this approval and appreciation to their dental or medical services. They were not an original part of the Centers & were integrated during a merge. Because of this, they do not provide the same kind of respectful care and tact towards patients. I wish the Centers would mandate courses on showing compassion and kindness for employees at these facilities.Mental health affects physical health, and the lack of care from these providers during MD appointments is disappointing. To have a doctor look at my chart and lecture me on the importance of continuing to see a therapist and taking my meds when I am 34 years old and have followed every step my mental health providers tell me, I was kind of appalled. I am on medicines for symptoms that are a result of learning disabilities, cPTSD trauma, depression, and regulating my moods. Even if I wasn t, being talked down to with such a rude tone and skeptical facial expressions is unacceptable. The look she gave me when I questioned her behavior was wild. A GP should not be treating patients any differently based off the mental health notes in their charts.The nurses at these locations are usually great. However, I suggest booking an appointment with a Dr. who is not Pamela Graham. The two I had before, that I really liked, have left.If Pamela is at your nearest, I would suggest looking into the providers they have at other locations, or ask for the other lesser available doctor(s) if you can wait or can t travel. That said, you can tell them you do not have a ride to an appointment, and they usually will dispatch free Uber rides for you to get to the appointment and back to where you need to be. This has at least been the case for me.As for their dental services, it was 2021 when I last tried. If you re depressed, your teeth are usually the last thing you re concerned about. This doesn t seem to register for their employees and providers. Is being embarrassed supposed to make us want to take care of ourselves? Do you know how hard it is to get yourself to go to the dentist in that state? I wonder how many people have gone to them for an initial exam and never returned, because I certainly cannot be the first. I suggest a Caring Dental Group if you can get in.TLDR: Mental health services are great and they listen to their patients. Income doesn t matter. Dentistry on the east side and physical health services in Rocky River, not the best. That can change with proper retraining & better MD doctors.

The Centers has many locations, and offers all kinds of services, from mental health, Substance Use Disorder treatment, primary health care, and even dental services, and free tax clinics. If you're not familiar with them yet, I would definitely try to learn more. There's services that can benefit anyone.I'm attaching photos of their Harm Reduction Vending machines, where folks can get free supplies to help keep them safer and alive. There are things like Narcan, testing strips, injection supplies, smoking supplies, condoms, lube, and even take home HIV testing kits.

Negatives: OK the rooms weren't exactly up to Ritz standards and the food was hospital grade. There were one or two staff members that seemed less than happy to be there and even a little short with the patients. No place is going to get a five star rating. You are going to find faults no matter where you go.I was in inpatient between January 9th and 14th for anxiety and depression as well as "SI". This was my first time in a facility, so I was extremely apprehensive. I had seen the horror stories about mismanaged mental hospitals and was on high alert going in. It ended as soon as I was carted in. The staff was, for the most part, very helpful and caring. They did regular vital checks, bed checks, 4 counseling classes a day (optional), had regular 1on 1 check ins with psychiatrists and therapists, etc... This place was an overall game changer. I went in at the end of my rope. I had hit the wall in every way. This place and the people in it helped me process my feelings, got me on necessary medication, and helped me find outside mental health assistance for my continued recovery.To the staff and my peers. Thank you for your kindness and compassion in helping me climb out of the darkness.

I was nervous, more than nervous actually, to be admitted here, but after being reassured by the staff that it was unlike a place I d experienced years ago, I found it to be probably one of the best places I ve ever been to.
