I feel much better about my care since switching to the Lorain outpatient clinic, from another NE Ohio clinic. I hate having to drive further for appointments, but my PC has done more for me than my previous doctor, helped me figure out why my back hurts and the gentleman I saw at physical therapy helped my nerve pain less severe and frequent with one visit and simple exercises instead of more medicine. I can't wait to see how much PT can help my middle and lower back as well.

I would like recognition to go to Dr. Ashley Kenzik for her superior work in treating my diabetes. I was taking 3 shots of Novolog and 2 shots of Lantus per day along with a weekly shot of Ozembic. I now take solely one shot of Ozembic per week. And with the Ozembic my weight has gone from 305 to 258. In my opinion, one could not ask for a better physician than Dr. Kenzik. 08/14/25, this is to bring recognition to Dr. Pileski and Norma Thomas. I went to the civilian ER this morning for swelling in my calf and both feet. Doctor said I needed a certain medication asap and sent prescription to civilian pharmacy. Couldn't get hold of them all day. Norma called me to check on my status, and when I informed her of the situation she put in to have that med. shipped overnight. Can always trust the VA.

Personally, I loved my experience at Matt Talbot for women. Between the food that was good for a treatment center that is just there to get you back on your feet and the lovely RA’s I felt welcomed and at a comfortable place to restart my life. I believe people don’t realize that once you bring yourself into a treatment center you’re giving your life over to the care of people that are just there to help you get sober, but at Matt Talbot they do so much more than that. I got a sense of family friendship and peer support. I want to give a special shout out to the RA’s Ms.Shannon, Ms.Lacie, Ms.Robyn, Ms.Arnetha, Ms.Ashely, Mr.Jerry, Ms.Gloria and more. No matter what time it was, they were there for me when I wanted or Needed something. If it was someone to talk to when I was feeling down or just a pen to write in my journal if it was a volleyball game to play outside or to listen to music on the speaker, they did it with a smile on their face and no hesitation. Not only were the RA’s Delightful And like a family to me, the counselors and group facilitators were also amazing. To name a few Ms.Dorlene was one of the best people to do groups with, my counselor Ms.Jill Was very supportive and a great listener. Ms.Liandre was also great with her groups and a very strong woman who was fair to everyone and gave us candy. Ms.Erin I didn’t work with personally, but she did a good group with Ms.Jill. Same with Mr.Charlie I didn’t personally work with him but he did a good group and was fun to be around. I been to a luxury treatment center in Florida & Matt Talbot was even better in multiple ways... I asked a judge to send me there because I said I would leave CBCF whoch is a sham... I am an uninsured college student attempting to get a diagnostic assessment and was hoping to find help at Riveon, but was significantly disappointed. The social worker who did my initial screening was beyond helpful and compassionate, but the mental health professional, Emily, that I seen was the exact opposite. She only used 30 minutes out of the hour the assessment was supposed to take and made several comments throughout that made me very uncomfortable. At the end she gave me no resources, no further information on what my options are, and simply told me that “the elevator is at the end of the hall” without any concern for my wellbeing. I left there feeling far worse than when I arrived. Unfortunately, I will think twice before recommending Riveon to those around me.

Specifically for the care at the cosgrove maternity ward. We were delayed to have our baby induced and the staff was extremely apologetic. Understaffed and high volume of babies being born, the team here is incredible. This was my second delivery here. My primary nurse Macey is so kind, caring and friendly. Bubbly and professional, she made my experience go so smoothly and was so personable.
After in recovery all of our nurses were fantastic. Brenda Teddy and Emma were attentive, friendly and made me feel our concerns and voices were heard.
Shout out to Olivia whom is probably the sweetest, nicest staff member I've ever had! She is truly in the right profession.

I went through Matt Talbot treatment center and unfortunately one of their employees who worked once a week came in with COVID and 8 out of I believe 12 of us came down with COVID.
Not only did this mor0n make us all come closer to him by moving our seats he bragged that he had had COVID twice.
Well it may not have hurt him much but the COVID I came down with at Matt Talbot turned into long COVID which caused a blood clot in my heart which almost killed me. I spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital.
To this day I don't believe this employee was ever disciplined for his incrediblely irresponsible behavior.

Chad and the micu unit is the best nurse I have ever witnessed in my entire life he was so attentive and did not wait for the medication to run out before ordering new medicine he ordered it ahead 2 hours before it ran out that way it would be ready and anytime that any little thing happened he was actually listening at the nurses station and not just playing on his phone or talking to his coworker as so many often do he was there to do his job and actually cared about my dad receiving the best care possible and my dad did receive the best care possible in his hands I cannot thank that man enough for how wonderful he is and I wish he was up for adoption or for sale LOL because I would take him through the whole journey for my dad to be in the care of somebody that I could actually trust. Thank you so much Chad from every Kincaid. I kind of feel bad cuz I don't remember the woman's name who was his nurse during the day I think it was Carissa or Christina but she also stayed on it this weekend and it was such an emotional time and you too being so so attentive and actually doing the job even though it's so hard and the hours are long you both truly poured your heart and soul into being the care providers that you signed up to be and I've never seen that this whole time and it truly is a blessing you both are truly a blessing thank you

I have no idea what these bad reviews are talking about. I took my husband into the er and he got admitted. From start to finish i had nothing but respectful, kind, and awesome nurses. Hallie on night shift 4B went above and beyond to take such great care of us. Thank you so much. Kelly, dayshift, 4B is so sweet. She went above and beyond. They both treated us so great. Not like we was there job but that we were people they cared about. It's nurses like these that make a difference. I can't praise them enough. I'm so very greatful.

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. If you guys didn't have a past with substance abuse yourself I wouldn't have ever trusted you. But your guidance and help saved me. I love you guys. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

It definitely deserves 5 stars easily for their services. But something needs to be done about the emergency # you can call a thousand times & maybe still not get through. Me personally called over a hundred a few times & got though just to be hung up on 3 different times so I called the other # the lady who I did get her name didn't want to give me a supervisor # at first until I wouldn't get off the line I told her there may be something wrong with the line.If I can get though, than it goes to busy SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE LINE.I said there may be other people out there that really needs this service as bad as me¬ being able to get though So finally I got A a name to email someone about my concerns..So we'll see

I wish that I used the help me grow program when my older two were babies. Julie was amazing and she was right at the end of our time together I felt like she was more than just my help me grow lady I felt like she was my friend and she was definitely my confidant.
They also bring supplies to you...including boxed of diapers!! Amazing right 😊
One of the biggest things I was blessed by was this past holiday season they choose- I think one family out of them all -to give a $200 gift card to and they picked me and I was so shocked and so thankful that someone just GAVE me something like that! it was no strings attached they just gave me the gift card and my baby had a better Christmas than he would have because this has been a really rough time for me and I wouldn't have been able to do very much for under our tree. Mr Harper wanted me to lie to the 1800 number about my crime and lie saying I used within 2 weeks (when I've been clean for 2 years)
They rushed me out the building (they didn't give me my meds when I left) t
hey treated me differently the minute they wouldn't accept me after 3 days being in the building over my crime
You can't have your phone in treatment or quarantine
Do not recommend and already notified my court about what was really going on in the building
