Before going to clearbrook, I felt like a 0 and after leaving I felt like a 9.6 out of 10. This experience truly changed my life. I finally feel like I love myself again Thanks to the incredible staff. Ron, Laura, summer, Courtney, are all amazing. A special shoutout to the techs, Liz, Bob and Ariana. They were always willing to stop everything to talk and help us navigate through tough moments. You get what you put into it. If you take this serious and truly work on yourself, you will learn the tools to help yourself grow. I found this center to be a magical experience. The other clients are just as wonderful as the staff for the most part. Yes, at times it is very laid-back, for purpose. I had to learn how to fill my time when I’m feeling bored and they had so many different activities to fill that time with. For me, walking the track and watching the sunset in the God room Was peaceful and serene. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get help and change their life for the better. This experience completely gave me a chance to have a much brighter future.

Clearbrook has changed my life! Im leaving here with a new mindset. Ive learned to stay present each day and how to cope with living life sober. The program for substance abuse is great if you go to all the groups and participate. Mental health not so great, in my opinion this program is geared toward substance/alcohol addiction. In my month of being here ive seen many people leave due to not getting what they need for mental health. The staff all around are great. Very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping needs to be re-trained, the rooms are disgusting. They empty garbages, make sure you have toilet paper paper towels and soap daily- thats the Cleaning. They leave the bag of soap and paper towels on the floor if theres anything on top of the dispensers. Of course we have items on them because there is no shelves to put your belongings. Towel holders would be a game changer so you dont have to put your clean towel on the dirty floor or the back of the toilet. The people here are very supportive and I dont have anything but good things say. Overall I would 5/5 recommend it here for anyone with substance abuse having the desire to become sober.

I have been in recovery for 6.5 years. I went to Marworth for the first time in 2016 and should have listened and stayed. I ended going back in 2020 when I was ready to change and they helped me so much and inspired me to become a substance abuse counselor. If it was not for the staff and my peers, I met through my stay at Marworth idk if I would be here today. I highly recommend Marworth if you are truly ready to put the work in, for a comfortable detox and supportive road to recovery.

Marworth was truly a great place. I don't mean a fun and good time place. I mean a great place to learn about my addiction. The staff and counselors are some of the best. I've been to treatment before and didn't get it. I can not say I got it this time or not. It's still to early to tell. But they gave me the tools to get it right. Thank you marworth.

I was here when I was 14 in 2022. I was at a very low point in my life, not wanting to be alive anymore. Embark was a very nice place. 99% of the staff were very kind and caring. The facility was very nice, and the food was pretty good. I didn't like being there, but looking back it wasn't too bad. I was transferred to a long term facility after 2 months at Embark. That is where I entered the world of The Troubled Teen Industry in Utah. I was not placed at one of the embark facilities there, rather an ROP program. But, it's important to know every single facility in Utah is BAD. Embark at the Poconos or one of their other locations far away from Utah is the exception. Embark at the Poconos was like a vacation compared to the other places I was sent. While I don't think you should send your child ANYWHERE unless absolutely necessary, it should be here if needed. I have heard bad things from friends who went to the embark locations in Utah. But, this one was pretty good. That being said, I thank embark at the Poconos for always treating me with compassion. Almost 3 years later, I am accepted to college for nursing and on track to graduate.

Embark had highly trained people who were so supportive to our whole family during our child's stay. We saw significance differences in our kid's core beliefs, ability to pause and question assumptions, emotional regulation, and communication skills. It was amazing. I would highly recommend their program. The staff there are just great to work with.

It’s always very welcoming when I go in there and they treat us like humans and not just drug addicts and alcoholics or criminals. They have conversations with us like they would with their best friend. That’s one of the reasons why I go the distance to be treated there because I feel so welcomed.. And the process is pretty simple. They don’t make treatment difficult for us. They understand that we have enough to deal with in that adding a whole bunch of other stuff into the mix is hard for a lot of people. They all are a very understanding group of specialist. They really go off of your needs and work around your schedule to simplify everything . Thank you Applegate, for existing.,

There's is no way this place is not 5 star. I am 50 and have lived around the country and never ever received 5 star care from therapy to the case management to the out patient psych clinic. I can tell u first hand from the fiscal department all the way to the top director this place cares about one thing it's clients they do not put money or time over people. This is the only place I've gotten any results since I was 5. If your having a bad comment then u just don't know this place or didn't do your part. It's a two way street they can only offer and give u suggestions and support and stand with u through rough times and I'm alive today because childrens service center didn't give up in me. I am building healthy relationships with my children, my self esteem went from lower then dirt in the carpet to sky high. My drug dependency is at a zero I am sober . My health is at all all time high. I have never had so many people working for myself and at least o0 others I know the way this place does. If u haven't done your part or don't like something u dint have to run and leave a bad comment or stop going they are open and willing to guide u help u stand by u so please it hurts to see this isn't 5 star and I'm putting on the people leaving the reviews I've been going here a long time and do various different programs they have and my life just keeps getting better. Thank u to everyone from every secretary to the rehab to case management for all of your hard work and dedication to all of your clients equally .

Some ways of communication are outdated like not being able to leave direct voicemails with people, only leaving with office afaik. But they were great help in applying for Medicaid and counseling services. Getting appointment is difficult due to the demand for the current counselors , which is very unfortunate but understandable. Feels like a safe place to be in.
