This place has saved my life. Not just my life but the lives of my daughters as well. Without the staff and my clean sisters here, they wouldn’t have a mother anymore. Before coming here, I was just an empty shell of a person; existing only to stay high everyday. Today I’m so grateful to say 171 days clean and it’s because I get to be a part of their lives. I have learned alot about myself and addiction while being here. Most of the staff can relate to us so that makes it more comfortable to open up and be myself. I have no complaints and would recommend anyone who is struggling with drug addiction and mental health issues call and come check us out. What's a few months to the rest of your life! Great experience, I didn’t know anyone walking in the door but now I have new sober friends to hang out with as I keep in touch with all of the client's I met why I was at the Ridge! I highly recommend it for a to find sobriety!

My experience at The Ridge completely changed my life. Extremely thorough in their approach and left no stones unturned. I will forever look at my life as pre-The Ridge and post-The Ridge.

Update: 526 days sober and going strong. I have definitely had cravings and vulnerable points, but have managed to stay sober thanks in large part to the ridge. I'm at 8 months sober today and can say that the things I learned at the Ridge still help me every day- literally. I am still in the aftercare program and getting a lot out of it. If you need help this is a great place to build a foundation for sobriety (and abstinence from other drugs as well). Summary: The Ridge is an excellent comprehensive treatment program for alcohol use disorder (and others). I personally had an exceptional experience with the residential treatment program, intensive outpatient therapy, and aftercare. Nothing about this experience was easy but I am confident that due to my experience with The Ridge I have a solid recovery foundation (I am just over 4 months sober currently). This review focuses on residential care Highlights -well developed program that is evidence based -full days -attendance at local 12 step meetings -access to a wide variety of recreational activities and art and music therapy classes -I felt prepared when I left and have continued to feel that way (it has been difficult but I have the tools) -staff are compassionate and helpful; many are in recovery themselves - peer support - comfortable accomodations and excellent food My advice if you are going to a program like The Ridge (these things helped me to have continued success today) -follow the rules, yes they may seem silly -do awkward things they ask like getting a temporary sponsor and numbers at meetings -listen to their advice, they may says things that sound stupid,my experience is that the things I think sound stupid end up being the pertinent ones -try to relax into the time; enjoy not having to do a ton of chores, cook for yourself etc -take the time to build a new hobby I electected to go to The Ridge when I came to terms with the fact that I have an alcohol use disorder. I was receiving psychiatric care and my provider gently led me to acknowledge this. Two providers independently recommended The Ridge when I expressed interest in treatment. Residential I initially signed up for the 30 day program but decided to stay longer as I was getting a lot out of the program and am really happy that I did. Residential days are very full. The beginning of the day is filled with groups. The afternoon has time for recreational activities (no naps). A lot of people take up pickleball during this time but there is also the option to go to the pool (when open), do art, write, etc. Evenings there are 12 step meetings in the community. Accomodations I stayed in a private room which I would say was Marrott quality. Cleaning services are provided. You are expected to make your bed (a pretty minor thing). The meals are excellent and snacks are freely available. The culinary staff are great- very personable and great educators. It was sufficiently comfortable and quiet enough to get quality sleep. Nursing Nursing staff were generally available and very helpful. Medication time windows could be a bit tight but were feasible. Recovery support specialist staff Recovery support specialists helped with sessions, daily questions, and herding everyone, They all have different personalities but in general were very easy to get along with. Supervisory staff were very helpful and responsive. Counselors Generally had very helpful sessions, individual counseling was very helpful.

I 10/10 recommend Hope Valley Recovery Treatment Center to anyone who truly wants a better life. Not just a break from your drinking and using, but a life you no longer want to run from. They’ve saved/changed mine and hundreds of others, providing a unique experience tailored to all walks of life. I’ve been to other treatment centers throughout my struggles with alcoholism and nothing comes close to what these amazing people have to offer. HVR will forever have a special place in my heart.

Can't recommend this place enough, top notch staff and new men's residential building is super nice. They will take care of you and set you up for your next step to recovery with as good of service as it gets. Learned alot during group there and it has completely changed my mindset. If your thinking about going, do yourself this favor!

Doctors and some therapist are great. I was dis-charged and they lost all my stuff. I put everything that was very important to me in my bag. I was handled two pairs of sweatpants, that wasn’t mine! My wallet, money, Dad’s ashes, my medicine, wedding ring, watch and everything was missing. I called and spoke to the new Director of Nursing and he was rude and not factual. He called me back after several time and said he looked at video; and at first said he didn’t agree. Then, oh Joe, I see now. They didn’t own this! I couldn’t make my appointments, or get my medicine. They found some of my stuff, but not all. Still nothing back from them! Help! JW

Is a place that do not care about patients at all it's all about the money for them, the food was horrible overall it was just a horrible and stressful experience.

Hands down love the cat house especially their MAT program. There caring helpful and about their business. Been sober and going there sense feb 2025.

The center for addiction treatment literally saved my life. I have an unlimited positive suppletives to say about the CAT House. Great environment and remarkable staff that truly cares. I recommend anyone that is looking for help getting sober to go to CAT.

If your loved one is ready to have a " new lease" on life, this is the place to start. This program has so much to offer, but you have to be serious and ready to turn it around! There's services also available and offered to the family while the child is there, and for the entire family after the program is completed.

Definitely a place to give yourself a chance to live life!! They will come and get you !! It’s literally like a top notch resort and gives you the time you need in so much peace and tranquillity!
