Centerstone was great when I was going there, I'm going to try and go back.

Dr. Kavur's office stands out for its refusal to simply cater to patients' self-assumed medical needs. I wish more doctors embodied his commitment to challenging the misguided practice of patient-driven treatment decisions. If you're seeking validation for a self-diagnosis or unnecessary medication, this isn't the place for you. However, if genuine mental health support and tangible results are what you seek, Dr. Kavur is unparalleled. Personally, after enduring a futile cycle of ineffective medications elsewhere, I am optimistic that the expertise and dedication of Dr. Kavur and his team will soon guide me off this revolving medication merry-go-round.

Randy is an incredibly caring therapist. He listens as I go off on my tangents and gives me very useful help in dealing with my many issues. I hope anyone who needs help will consider Centerstone as they will work with you despite any issues you may have.

It depends on the person. You can't cure stupid. I have had a very good experience at Centerstone. The VA sent me here.

I've been going to Centerstone for over a year now and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I've met two of the therapists and they are both wonderful. I haven't had any problems with getting medication or changing medication when needed. I've seen at least 4 different case managers and they have all helped me out tremendously. I really don't have anything negative to say about Centerstone or any of their staff. Everyone I've met has been incredibly nice and helpful with all the help I've needed. I would definitely recommend Centerstone to anyone who needs a therapist, psychiatrist, or anything along those lines.

My God these people are like family, they are genuinely dedicated to what they do. I am VERY grateful to have them in our lives, they handle my children well. everything about the staff and WHO they are is stellar in my eyes. Excellent rehab center. Come here if your main focus is God. I personally came here to restore my faith. Would be 5 stars, but the menu (food) is not healthy and doesn’t rotate as of now. You will go to the gym just twice a week, so not quite enough physical activity. The teaching in the facility is top notch. The staff is excellent. The brotherhood that you will gain here is everlasting.

The real deal. They have people that care and understand that addiction is not only affecting an individual but also the family. They actively involve the family in the progress and care of the participant. They have each participant actively linked to a coach and a counselor. There is a medical doctor they see weekly. The way they are able to help the participant connect to God and find the only true answer is nothing short of amazing. This place will be the difference in addiction.

I did not receive treatment here because my insurance was out of network, however Alex and Dustin reached out to a few other programs and got me hooked up with the right place. Alex knew what I was looking for and found an amazing place for me. I wasn t even his to worry about but I kept receiving calls from him untill he found the right place. It was so nice of him to care so much about a complete stranger. Though I couldn t go here I can tell they truly care about getting people better. I can t thank you enough Alex!

I have just completed 90 days here at Tulip Hill and I can honestly say this experience has been nothing short of life changing.If you are honestly looking to change your life for the better, Tulip Hill will provide you with the tools and education that can help jumpstart you on your path to becoming a better version of yourself. Tulip Hill s staff from the therapists, case managers and techs all genuinely care about the clients and want them to succeed in a very real and tangible way. From the moment I became a resident up until the completion of my treatment, there was not a need of mine that wasnt met. The group work is set in a very comfortable environment where true vulnerability can be displayed and each one of the therapists brings a unique and different approach that almost ensures that the client will find the help they need. This experience has put me on the right path for growth in so many areas of my life and has provided me with the tools to not only keep what Ive learned here, but continue to grow and improve in my daily life outside of treatment. I thank God for bringing me to this place and I can say with all of my heart that this experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. Thank you to all of the staff here at Tulip Hill for everything you have done for me.

I am only 13 years old, but joining this facility was one of the best decisions I've made. I have made so much progress that I'm thankful for and I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it weren't for them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

Five stars to an amazing nurse who went ridiculously above and beyond to be kind to our daughter!!! Our 11 year old stayed for a week and accidentally forgot their plush kitty cat. An angel of a nurse saved it from who knows what and took the personal time to send it in the mail to our daughter. This is the difference that the staff at Trustpoint can make in the life of a struggling youth. We are without transportation and live an hour away. This nurse saved our family over a $100 Lyft/Uber roundtrip and restored a little girl their most favorite and treasured plushy. We've had to make some difficult decisions financially and this act of kindness was unexpected but ridiculously appreciated!

I love this place and After college I plan to work here as a CNA. I have 1 year until then. My experience at this place was okay but I believe one day I can help this place get better in whatever way I can.

My wife picked this rehab center for me. I suffered a rare cerebellar stroke. After a month of being in the hospital I was transferred here for a month they were absolutely amazing for the beginning of my recovery.

Joe, on third shift, he's a big, old, burly guy, but he's really good at his job. He made my visit there. Very good, I had a major surgery.And the one night that I stayed there, he came to my Room 15 times always with a smile, always ready to help me. I couldn't ask for no one better. Rhonda was another reason.She made my stay very pleasant. I believe my nurse name, what's Beverly.She also was very good at her job. I guess to sum it up the staff at Crestwood medical center. I really appreciate everything they did for me.And I feel overall, it was a good experience. One more thing, the food was good. I was actually shocked, but I eat dinner, breakfast and lunch there.All of them were good.

Everything was good except they were running an hour behind schedule.

I love everything about Crestwood medical Center when I visit them today every staff was sweet and nice
