I’ve come here multiple times for life-saving care….and this is one place I do trust and always appreciate. The doctors, the nurses station, the 24hr care team and techs, the therapists, the group leaders who guide us through wellness activities and mental health discussions. I don’t know how to put into words my appreciation for the staff members and facility. I arrived during my hardest times in crisis where I felt I had nothing, no one, no hope.. and I thought my mental health was going to end my life a few times.. I wish I could thank the staff a million times over. For their patience, compassion, inspiration, kindness and so much more. While I hope I don’t need to go back into hospitalization again; I’m thankful people and places like this exist.

Grant, Daniel, X and Jen so many more but here’s the main i can remember they all helped me so much through my recovery. Grant sat with me when i was scared to do one of the groups, he made me laugh and taught me jokes. Daniel sat with me through an anxiety attack while i cried he told me it was okay to cry and he let me talk about all of my trauma and problems. X she sat with me everyday because i felt sad to sit by myself because it made me overthink. Jen she was the sweetest and talked with me and many others. they all were so helpful and kind. i’m happier than ever and health too, thanks to all the lovely people there to support me.

First I want to say how amazing the staff was when i was there they cared so much about all of the patients when i was there from april 17th to the 30th I think about how much the staff have impacted me everyday and i miss them also so much every day, The staff I had was Grant, Daneil, Xandra, Tim (nurse), Onyx, Keegan, Lindsie, Jayden, Aniyah, etc. They all were so fantastic and so caring and loving for dayshift and They all get a 5 star rating from me and deserve that food they was talkin bout. Grant became like my brother when i was there and i got an attachment to him he really changed my life. from making jokes 24/7 always making me laugh to some serious convos about life and what to expect when i was gonna go back home and more. He was truley amazing and Same with Xandra and Daneil, Daneil was so goofy and also always making me laugh him and grant working the same shift was like double trouble the kids loved them and looked up to them so much and they couldint stop making you smile. and Xandra did the same thing she was so funny and kind and loving and she braided my hair so well and we also had some serious convos before I left and i feel these people helped me so much. and Tim was so goofy and would also always make you laugh and he was always straight up with you no bs and i appriciate that. And to the people i didnt mention i love and miss yall so much and Grant im coming back to work there when im 18 that plan is not changing. -E

This place - these people - are helping to save my life by the day. Clean facility, excellent staff, great atmosphere. I've made so many lifelong friends here.. I consider them family. I learn so many new things to help me in my recovery each day and by the minute. Therapist, group leaders, case manager and medical staff are all wonderful and attentive. JourneyPure gives food for the soul.

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

Absolutely love the staff. They genuinely care about you and want to help. I highly recommend anyone wanting the help to go see them immediately

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

She genuinely cares about client care and does a fantastic job. She is always so encouraging and loves to see people succeed. I am forever grateful.

Donna Kirk is an Awesome therapist and I would recommend her a thousand times over!

Only giving 1 star because my mom went to rehab and overdosed while in transitional living in 2022. Today marks her birthday. Staff was rude while trying to plan how to get and transport all her belongings from Knoxville to Nashville with 48 hours to have it gone. It was 90 degrees if not hotter. Rude and wouldn’t help my elderly grandmother or answer any questions. Please just find another place to get your loved one help.

The reality is far from the marketing and representatives claims. They state they are only required to provide 1 meal per day (lunch) and that has been dry bread with processed turkey slice, may include a small bag of chips if your in line early enough, but never a drink. The rooms are filthy, with gnats flying out of the drains, and sticky floors. Many days they do not even provide cups, cutlery, or napkins. The staff cannot say from day to day if we will have transportation to go to a meeting in the evening, though in groups they extoll the importance of such meetings. Theft of personal items is a real issue with the only preventative measure being to not have them. Residents regularly break rules without consequence, many staff care but are overwhelmed and likely underpaid and trained.

My daughter went to Norris Academy and they was very nice and they help my daughter so much when she was there. My daughter misses it there.

I love that place I went their now I miss them

They helped me get clean, and taught me alot. It has its ups & downs There was a lot to offer that gave me the tools I needed to stay clean. I graduated from their program in October 2021 and I’m still clean. They had some amazing employees & some that were questionable. My only complaint is that a couple employees shouldn’t be allowed to be in charge of recovering addicts. Again that’s based on back in 2021 so that may have changed. Overall I will recommend them to anyone seeking recovery, for sure.

It doesn't work in my opinion it's just a big fat lie, but the location is great, and I may be wrong, it's worth giving it a shot.

As meetings, na meetings, fellowship

I've been seeing Nick for roughly three years and I cannot say enough good things about him. I'm so appreciative of the care he takes navigating difficult topics and his attentiveness in each of our sessions is unlike any other therapist I've experienced. I'm super grateful for Nick and highly recommend him.
