I love the nurse and the dr. But the front desk is severely slacking. I sat there 35 not knowing the girl in the front neglected to check me in but had asked bout updating my info which i just did friday. And today is Tuesday. The nurse came out and noticed i was there is only reason i didnt wait longer than i did. Sge had been waiting for me. So had to reschedule and work around my job again. She didnt check me in but asked about the update and did not do her job on the computer or she would have known i had already updated everything and did not check me in. And she wasnt busy. I know mistakes happen but the front does not seem yo know what they ate doing and u have have been going therr for many!years

I've been at RW for a year and just graduated last week. RW is a smaller clinical facility than most which allows for a more individualized treatment experience. The BHT, Sam, is a wonderful person who always has a great attitude and a smile. Lydia is the case manager for RW and she's always ready to assist in any way possible. She helped me navigate some legal issues in another state, even. The skills I honed at RW have undoubtedly secured a promising future where I had thought that was never possible.

The amount of people complaining about wait times baffle me. We do not have many resources in Cleveland for mental help so they are under staffed and no a big facility.
I agree with some of the comments about some of the workers but I have met also some of the most amazing people iv ever met with special hearts!
Taking care of my mental was a big step this year for me.
Hiwassee made me feel safe to do so and my care managers and therapist are god sent.
And I don’t know if yall are complaining about the two ladies up front now but they are always so sweet and caring and try finding a plan if I need help.
As far as resources at the end of every meeting I have they ask if I need any and if I need help with living somewhere.
Dont let the negative comments bring you down!

My intake interview was via telehealth and it was a lovely experience. Lydia Wilson.Wilson is kind, patient and knowledgeable. The center gives you the choice between having an in person or online therapist, and also a choice between male and female.
I’m looking forward to my first therapy appointment today. I have a good gut feeling about it.
First appointment was really easy to make, the second one was stranger - the appointment setter was quiet for minutes at a time without any explanation. However, I decided this is too important for me to act like an entitled brat, so I was patient and got an appointment for the day and the time of day I need it.

I am a client at this clinic and I can say there r some good people on the staff not only r they good counselors/nurses they r almost friends. The doc is a good dude that knows his stuff and even when u might bomb a drug screen they have been quite understanding and have always worked with me. When being on MAT one can find that it can b frustrating having to take the meds every day and having to pay money for it. but I have discovered this place is not about just making a profit off of one it really is to offer a good service or services at the cheapest possible price in the area. Ik it was a personal mission for the person who founded this place to really try to find a way for a person who is low income to b able to afford the services they offer and even much further more than that! These people have worked with me many times. It is far better to have access to the meds they offer than to rely on or be involved w opioids on the st. I was once a patient at crossroads and I can say I was not treated anywhere near as well as I have been treated as this firm. If u r candid honest and work w the staff they will tenfold do the same back. If u r dealing w addiction and dependence on the street I personally would recommend u come see these people. Ty

My son got a five hour energy drink and it had Kratom in it and he doesn't know anything about Kratom and they didn't give him a chance and kicked him out . The guy was so rude when I picked my son up and I'm battle stage 4 colon cancer and only have a year to live and my son is about to get sent to prison , I would not recommend this place to anyone because all they make the people do is after 30 days they have to work then they take their money. I think they should have gave him a warning or just write him up but the main guy better pray I don't run into him anywhere because he did my son dirty and for 39 days before they work they make the people be slaves by getting up at the break of dawn and being a slave by slave by doing whatever they say. I pray this place gets closed down !!!

I mostly loved my experience here I got out on day 4 of my psychiatric stay. I have to say the communication for my family was a bit on the iffy side. I loved Kelly and Nurse Adam they were great at answering the phone and making arrangements to meet my mom and husband to have visitation. It’s basically a school run schedule the doctors listened to my concerns and reduced my medication. I have to say for some it may be hit or miss but i genuinely feel like a weight has been lifted off my head and body.

Great place to get help when you need it the most but there is miscommunication for patients due to not knowing and understanding on my part but Mrs. Tayler took time to sit down and explain everything to me her and her crew are amazing.
But the bad is they are truly under staffed the people there don't get a brake but they push through and put every patient before themselves In my opinion I don't know what they make but every single staff there deserves a pay raise. Thank all y'all for everything y'all have done for me.

Erlanger is great for kids with autism and mental health problems. They were kind and helpful! They gave me more information about my son and his behavior in one phone call than another inpatient treatment center did in a month! Most of the staff were professional and obviously cared about their clients. They get 4 stars because there were some communication challenges they need to work on. My son is healing.

I wish to share that my brother with dementia was a resident in The Lantern at Morning Pointe. Even though he was younger than most, he was happy and VERY well cared for. Both Stacey and Tana were WONDERFUL, keeping me informed of any needs. I was so comfortable having him there (I am in SC) - he had been previously living with our 97 year old Mom and was helping take care of her for 6+ years after Daddy died. She was the brains, he, the brawn 😊 But when she passed, I knew my brother was incapable of living independently.
Recently an unforeseen and very unfortunate situation arose concerning his stay at Morning Pointe. Tana, Stacey, and Megan were SO VERY supportive. These ladies were instrumental in helping make this stressful situation into one that hopefully works out for the best. My brother has been through much, as have all in our family. Thank you, Tana and Stacey, for all your help and for showing such love and care for my brother.

The amount of people complaining about wait times baffle me. We do not have many resources in Cleveland for mental help so they are under staffed and no a big facility.
I agree with some of the comments about some of the workers but I have met also some of the most amazing people iv ever met with special hearts!
Taking care of my mental was a big step this year for me.
Hiwassee made me feel safe to do so and my care managers and therapist are god sent.
And I don’t know if yall are complaining about the two ladies up front now but they are always so sweet and caring and try finding a plan if I need help.
As far as resources at the end of every meeting I have they ask if I need any and if I need help with living somewhere.
Dont let the negative comments bring you down!

My family moved to this area. My previous VA told me my records would transfer. Tennessee Valley VA knows NOTHING about that. I was told that I would have to start my care over again. I spent months attempting to transfer my records to finally find out it is a lost cause. I was told that the VA says your records go with you, but realistically they don’t. I’ve been in the VA system for 18 years. What the heck!! Now I’m dealing with being punted from BRAND NEW “doctor” to doctor. Four, count them, 4 in two and a half years. With three recent medication errors and a current doctor that thinks MRI’s emit radiation. So, now it’s becoming impossible to get “established” and the regular scheduled care I require. Not to mention weeks to get medication fixed.

I don't know why there's negative reviews but my experience is and could be different. But the doctors, therapist and the safe were amazing, sweat, kind, and understanding! I was there getting my mental health better and it has gotten so much better I was there for about 5ish days I was discharged today and I'm so happy to be better. I miss all the people there and the friends I've made there but they are getting better for themselves too! Just one day a a time!!

Ok the staff members were very nice and understanding. Met some nice people. But I didn’t like how I couldn’t wear my wedding ring and my engagement ring. It was sad because I was literally by myself for 5 days and when I wasn’t wearing my rings some people thought I was divorced. But I wasn’t. I wish I could have kept my rings.

The staff here are wonderful and actually care about the patients and treat them like real people. They were understaffed and I didn't get to see a therapist every day, but I did get to see a psychiatrist every day to help adjust my medicines each day. Even though they were short staffed, the care and attention they showed made this a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back if I ever needed to.

They simply listened , loved and lifted me and im 100 percent sure I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for them💜im struggling a bit now after two years of going the last time. And because they impacted me so much I understand when I can say to my self that I need help and I have a place to go take classes and know that im not alone and I ways feel safe in the facility and going through the classes.
