Dr. Kavur's office stands out for its refusal to simply cater to patients' self-assumed medical needs. I wish more doctors embodied his commitment to challenging the misguided practice of patient-driven treatment decisions. If you're seeking validation for a self-diagnosis or unnecessary medication, this isn't the place for you. However, if genuine mental health support and tangible results are what you seek, Dr. Kavur is unparalleled. Personally, after enduring a futile cycle of ineffective medications elsewhere, I am optimistic that the expertise and dedication of Dr. Kavur and his team will soon guide me off this revolving medication merry-go-round.

Came in for alcoholism of two years. The environment, staff, and community here are amazing. Everyone will listen to you as if you're family, as a matter of fact, it is a family here. If you have an addiction of any kind, come here. If you have an open mind and want to cull your addiction, come here please. It's costly of course, but it's worth it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

Thank you Harmony Oaks for taking a chance on me! From day 1 when I came to tour the place, I was surrounded with smiling faces who believed in me and promised to take care of me. There’s so many people who made an impact on me, so forgive me for missing any names - I did not have a negative personal experience with anyone. The staff told me about their recovery and were straight up - real humans, who let me cry with them, be vulnerable, and really understood me. Danielle and Nick were the first staff I met. Danielle gave me a big hug and assured me that she would help me push through and has been a radiant light at the front desk daily. Nick came running in and said I have to meet her and said I was his favorite person when I didn’t even know him and they both continued to keep me in check and show me love, while I learned to love myself. The therapists - Andy, Tanner, Paula, Abi, Teni, and more - were very knowledgeable and gave me a variety of different perspectives, knowledge, and advice. My case manager, Desiree had the biggest heart too. Someone who gets a lot of heat, but does not deserve it, we laughed, cried, reminded each other to keep smiling on the touch days, and got business handled together. The clinical director, Amber and clinical supervisor, Doug were so sweet to me and down to earth. Talking to them was so easy and never felt like talking to the “principals.” Last, but not least, the Techs/BHTs, are extremely appreciated. I learned throughout my recovery that leading with Kindness and Love, will get you so much farther with what you need and request from them, and they will give you the world within their means. The Techs that stood out to me the most were Stephanie, Bethany, Crystal, Helena, Kelly, and Sam. Forgive me if I forgot anyone who really helped me in my journey but I love all of you guys and cannot thank you enough!! I am so excited to get through the program and to be apart of the Alumni group!

EDIT 8-14-24
I've been seeing Karen Brazzle for approx 3 years now. I have nothing but good things to say. I don't know how to explain her in a few words, so I'll do my best. Kind, caring, knowledge, passionate, and will take the time needed. Im not the type to visit a place like this, much less stay. But I'm over 3 years. The staff is nice and hospitable, as much as they can be. Scheduling has never been an issue. I use the in house pharmacy Genoa. I've decided to come off most, but they were always ready for pick up and we're offered to be shipped. I can't promise you'll get assigned Karen, and I have t encountered any other practicioners. They do exclusively telehealth, so if that's a problem for you. I believe their counseling is done in house, and can't comment on those staff. If you're struggling and need help, the low rating that is shown hasn't at all been my experience. Hope this finds you well.
