If you're seeking validation for a self-diagnosis or unnecessary medication, this isn't the place for you. However, if genuine mental health support and tangible results are what you seek, Dr. Kavur is unparalleled. Personally, after enduring a futile cycle of ineffective medications elsewhere, I am optimistic that the expertise and dedication of Dr. Kavur and his team will soon guide me off this revolving medication merry-go-round. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. On arrival, Corrina was very helpful even going out of her way to ensure maximum comfort. Before the wheel started rolling an enthusiastic Corrina offered cold soft drinks aswel as a variety of snacks. I Give her service a 10 out of 10. Not once did I feel nervous. I hope whoever sees this takes the consideration that most of the bad reviews came from adolescents that failed the program and got pushed out because of their insurance. I remember Daniel, Brian (the one who had those playing cards) some staff that was Vegan (I forgot his name) Some female staff that had blonde hair and LOVE Alabama football team and Ms.Lee aka the therapist. I am so grateful that they helped me to get back together mentally. If I wasn’t me going there, I probably wouldn’t make it through life. Now, I just graduated from William Blount high school with a 5.8 GPA in Maryville TN. And now, I am a full associate working at Denso. One thing I will not forget is when I was hiking with a group, i remember I heard a loud bang and it was a patient that threw a chair into the window and shattered it in the cafeteria. But anyways, I missed all the staff and all the friends I met. I really recommend this place to any parents that has problems with their little ones! They will take care of your babies! Lydia is the case manager for RW and she's always ready to assist in any way possible. She helped me navigate some legal issues in another state, even. The therapists I have seen could be better I’m not going to bash their names and put it all over the place but I was told years ago that my therapist is supposed to make me feel better and they are supposed to help me but they weren’t really being that positive about things they made me feel like I was being scolded sort of it’s hard to explain how I feel but I don’t feel like they understand me at ALL and I put 5 stars because overall with CenterStone in general has been awesome at helping me it’s just the certain therapists that aren’t that helpful.I guess you just have to find the right person who understands you and I hope I can find that. Im not the type to visit a place like this, much less stay. But I'm over 3 years. The staff is nice and hospitable, as much as they can be. Scheduling has never been an issue. I use the in house pharmacy Genoa. I've decided to come off most, but they were always ready for pick up and we're offered to be shipped. I can't promise you'll get assigned Karen, and I have t encountered any other practicioners. They do exclusively telehealth, so if that's a problem for you. I believe their counseling is done in house, and can't comment on those staff. If you're struggling and need help, the low rating that is shown hasn't at all been my experience. Good clean office and outside areas clean Bathrooms clean. Friendly staff. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star is telehealth. There is nothing like having a human actually talking to you instead of a computer screen. My little one has downs syndrome and can not understand why we have to talk to a tv. 3-2023 Visits are going better, getting used to her Dr. not being in person. Opening up more. I really don't have anything negative to say about Centerstone or any of their staff. Everyone I've met has been incredibly nice and helpful with all the help I've needed. I would definitely recommend Centerstone to anyone who needs a therapist, psychiatrist, or anything along those lines. The doc is a good dude that knows his stuff and even when u might bomb a drug screen they have been quite understanding and have always worked with me. When being on MAT one can find that it can b frustrating having to take the meds every day and having to pay money for it. but I have discovered this place is not about just making a profit off of one it really is to offer a good service or services at the cheapest possible price in the area. Ik it was a personal mission for the person who founded this place to really try to find a way for a person who is low income to b able to afford the services they offer and even much further more than that! These people have worked with me many times. It is far better to have access to the meds they offer than to rely on or be involved w opioids on the st. I was once a patient at crossroads and I can say I was not treated anywhere near as well as I have been treated as this firm. If u r candid honest and work w the staff they will tenfold do the same back. If u r dealing w addiction and dependence on the street I personally would recommend u come see these people.
