These people are amazing, absolutely amazing! Stephanie and Art not to mention dr Gardner they are my saving grace. They really care about you and your recovery. Anyone serious about their recovery should definitely visit their office i could go on and on but if you need help they are the ones to see so you should go see for yourself how wonderful these people are. I also see Dr Gardner at a another location for some other issues I suffer with he is the absolute BEST caring dr, he listens to your concerns, addresses your issues and does everything he can to help you. I really appreciate him along with everything he has helped me through over the past few years. Thank you savida and your staff for saving me and believing in me when no one else did!

The entire staff here is amazing. The new receptionist and lead nurse always bubbly and happy to see you. Art is one of a kind And has helped me in more ways than he knows. Jenny is hands-down one of the most compassionate doctors I’ve ever dealt with love this place. Do Recommend!

Medical appointment.

My opthamology tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. She advised me on future appointments and when I'm doing upgrade. She went over and beyond for me. I really enjoyed the appointments at the VA Clinic just don't mind them at all. Thankful they are there for me. Her name is Denise so shout out girl I think you're awesome. Thanks for fixing my right hearing aid I'll try not to break it again LOL

I go to VA 2 Clinic. The staff has always been exceptionally nice and helpful. And the care has been as good as I've received in both the Military system and Civilian. I'd highly recommend this team.

I have been in and out of treatment for 15 years, and this is by far the best recovery center I have ever been to. The staff genuinely care about every client and their well-being. They aren’t just out for money or treating people like another number—they truly want to see you heal, grow, and succeed. I have felt supported, understood, and cared for throughout my time here. Recovery is not easy, but this center has given me hope and the tools I need to build a better life. I’m incredibly grateful for this place and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to make a change.

I would not be where I am today without the help of Recovery Unplugged. I had two 30 day visits with them back in 2019 before moving on to a 90 program in Arizona. Everyone was friendly and you felt like you actually mattered. The musical component of it all was life changing and is still a huge support in my life today. It's outside of the box recovery and if you are looking for a place to start, this is it. I'm coming on six years of sustained recovery and now hold a masters in divinity while thriving in Tucson. AZ. None of this would have been possible without Recovery Unplugged and I could not be more grateful for all they provided in early recovery.

The program and support is great, but once you finish no resources are provided. No follow-up with patients. They are all about profit. The providers can't even provide outside resources. This should be a warning sign they are out to make money.

Edit Aug 2026: I still like this place & think it's better than most other clinics in the Richmond area. There have been some screwups over the years but mostly I've had good experiences. Things definitely also depend on your own attitude & your counselor, so switch counselors if you're not a match with yours. Original: This place has improved drastically since the new director has taken over approx 1 year ago. Its the only clinic that has ever shown me they actually care about their patients. Awful lady who gives you your meds at the window (Tunisia?) is gone, also so is awful front desk lady (Cheryl). I made a complaint about them 2 weeks after new director took over and didnt receive retribution or bad treatment they actually told me I was 100% right, I could not be any more right, what can they do to correct this? I couldnt believe it, as someone in recovery, I had never been treated this way (treated well!). There are many wonderful people now working at this place! Much better clinic than ANY of the others in the area

I've been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There's a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don't agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn't make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

I love my counselor here at Pinnacle treatment center FCCR Radford. I feely counselor Lauren is amazing she's does everything she can possibly do for. Shes supplies me with wonderful advice, wonderful resources and everything else a counselor should do. My panic attacks got to such a bad point that she gave me her cell phone number in case I need to message or call when I need her. FCCR RADFORD SAVED MY LIFE!!!

Williamsville Wellness saved my life. I had no idea what to expect coming into the program but the staff is amazing. I learned so much about myself. If you put in the work you will see the results. Tons of one on one therapy that goes a long way. Emma is the best!

They will take away any and all ideas or stigmas you may have had about a rehab facility. Everyone employed there is truly engaged to make your stay wonderful and to help you become a better version of yourself. I imagine most will find that the experience will open you up to more than just kicking an addiction. You will find your inner strength and identity and become the person you were always meant to be.

Absolute gem of a detox center. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, the treatment plans are effective, and they provide awesome post-care plans. Shout out Trip, Kevin, Wade, Audrey, Mrs Jackson and all of the other amazing people.

My journey started there. Many great counselors. A couple of them really should find another career, but nobody is perfect. I still believe they do there best. I urge anyone who is in need of help to call. I am very grateful to them. Addiction is fatal when untreated. The good news is early recovery is temporary as well as painful. Thank you

Wade went over and above all my expectations! He has a wealth of Information and is so kind. He is an amazing person and goes out of his way to be helpful. He is an asset to this center. The entire staff was very gracious to me. I Highly recommend it!!

Due to an injury that needed to be looked at by a doctor, I had to go to the ER. I was readily admitted and promptly seen by both a PA and attending physician. They provided both a diagnosis and the proper treatment. Not hoping to make it a habit, I would not hesitate to go back or recommend them to anyone who needs proper professional medical care.

I think alpas wellness is a great place to reset and recover. The staff feel genuinely invested in each patients journey and the facility is clean and has a great outdoor space. The other people there during my stay were also wonderful but obviously will vary.

I attended a continuing education program hosted by this organization and had a great experience! The information provided was very informative, engaging, and I was able to connect with other mental health professionals in the area.

Savida has been the best for me as far as treatment Steven arcaya has been my counselor for a little while now and every time I visit with him he brings fourth new thought processes for me to use daily I am grateful to have him as a counselor and the way it’s facilitated makes me feel like I’m someone who is cared for and not just another client! If you are looking for a place to comfortably find treatment look no further savida is a place for just that!!

If you needed a sign to get clean, here it is. Savida gave me a second chance at life, I've been at savida for over a year and can honestly say throughout my addiction I've gone to plenty places for recovery and Savida has helped me get my life back, my kids back, and most importantly I got ME back. Everyone there is amazing but the two that helped me most is Angel and Camilla. Angel is my doctor and literally my (Angel) she's helped me learn to put myself first and that everything in life doesn't come easy but believing in myself and in God has brought me a long way. And Camilla works at the front desk and is always so generous if I have to reschedule appointments if make appointments, etc.. They make everything much easier and enjoyable, sometimes I have to bring my two kids so it's kid friendly, while you're getting the care you need. Also the new location is extremely nice, and the new staff members are a joy to be around.
