Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction.
What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions.

I started going to this facility and the staff was veery welcoming. It was crowded but waited a little longer, no biggie though. Chance (at the admission window), Lei (np), and Vickie was so kind and helpful. Also, the pharmacy girls. My only complaint would be the rainstorm machine that gave me more anxiety. But love the professionalism.

I don't like how you have to talk to a call center now on the med line. I've called many times to get my meds filled but the people at the call center can't give me an answer of when it will be filled. I'm gonna have a panic attack just by calling frontier health waiting for them to fill my meds.

So i started going to Spero in Nov 2023 after moving to this state. Out of all the treatment facilities in Coeburn and Norton this is the ONLY office that took my insurance. The Norton Office is amazing. The whole team is very polite and respectful and they listen to you and what's going on. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for an addiction treatment program.

I’ve searched for a good therapist and psychiatrist team for a long time and I’ve absolutely found it here! They seem to really care and are very genuine and patient. I had a really good experience in being at this hospital. Everybody that was part of my treatment team they have truly helped. The nurses and BHTS is very respectful and truly gave me an eye opener that I can fight any battle that comes my way. The group therapy here was excellent. This hospital truly cares about there patients. I truly would recommend anybody to come here and get the help that they need. Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn’t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I’m grateful for CCS and it’s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish. All of the staff care for the girls at Link House. They learn valuable skills, receive therapy if necessary, and have multiple opportunities to work with the community. Link House helps troubled teens learn how to live in the real world.
