I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction.
What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions.

The Crisis Stabilization Unit literally saved my life. I walked in broken and defeated and left feeling hopeful for the first time in years. I don't know where they found all the wonderful people who work there but I'm glad I met every single one of them.
If you're struggling with an addiction or find yourself in a mental health crisis and fear is keeping you from taking the big step through the doors of a facility like that, please know that you will be met with nothing but love, kindness, patience and genuine concern that you get better.
My higher power and reason to stay sober is that I wouldn't want any of their efforts to have been a waste and, even though they'd never know if I drank again, the thought of disappointing any of the people who helped me get sober is reason enough to never back-slide.

I started going to this facility and the staff was veery welcoming. It was crowded but waited a little longer, no biggie though. Chance (at the admission window), Lei (np), and Vickie was so kind and helpful. Also, the pharmacy girls. My only complaint would be the rainstorm machine that gave me more anxiety. But love the professionalism.

I don't like how you have to talk to a call center now on the med line. I've called many times to get my meds filled but the people at the call center can't give me an answer of when it will be filled. I'm gonna have a panic attack just by calling frontier health waiting for them to fill my meds.

So i started going to Spero in Nov 2023 after moving to this state. Out of all the treatment facilities in Coeburn and Norton this is the ONLY office that took my insurance. The Norton Office is amazing. The whole team is very polite and respectful and they listen to you and what's going on. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for an addiction treatment program.

I’ve searched for a good therapist and psychiatrist team for a long time and I’ve absolutely found it here! They seem to really care and are very genuine and patient. I was there 6/11/2025 through 6/14/2025. I'd been there twice before when I was younger for self harm but this time around for alcohol abuse. The food has gone way down hill, but I suppose it could be worse. Trying to sleep there was a nightmare for me because I'm used to sleeping with a fan/tv and the place goes from complete silence to rando losing their mind and slamming doors at all hours of the night. With that said, I'm writing this to give props to Savannah (peer counselor) and Dami (can't remember her specific title). Both of them were extremely kind and helpful and they weren't the only ones, just the two who stood out to me the most.

I was here last week and the staff were excellent. I especially enjoyed talking to Basma and Patience, they were both so sweet and so fun 😊 Dr. Robey is also great and I was finally able to get a proper diagnosis and start heading toward a new path of treatment. I can not speak highly enough about The Sullivan House! The staff was amazing! Answered any and all questions with a smile! The first couple of days Tammy called us just to ease my wife's mind! Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn’t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I’m grateful for CCS and it’s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish. I am very grateful God lead me to CCS . It was a great learning and growth experience. It’s how bad you want it if you prosper in addiction and recovery.

All of the staff care for the girls at Link House. They learn valuable skills, receive therapy if necessary, and have multiple opportunities to work with the community. Link House helps troubled teens learn how to live in the real world.

Called frontier health receptionist less than 5 minutes later I got an intake. and I got an appointment within 2 weeks a great place Allie was my intake lady on the phone to get me my my insurance straightened out. It was easier than going through the drive to McDonald's this place is great I've experienced great services in Elizabethton and Johnson City good counselors everybody's positive they're never racist they never look at color,They're just good people and they make you feel comfortable in There ,make you feel welcome just come to frontier health I start them with2016.
