Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT's. Everyone is so supportive. The facility is great, very clean, and lots of things to do here. I would recommend to a friend.

I don't like how you have to talk to a call center now on the med line. I've called many times to get my meds filled but the people at the call center can't give me an answer of when it will be filled. I'm gonna have a panic attack just by calling frontier health waiting for them to fill my meds.

I went to Encompass Rehab after broken hip surgery. I received excellent compassionate care w very helpful and practical rehab. The PT and OT team were excellent, knowledgeable and caring. The nurses were on top of things and available when needed. I recommend this center for rehab.

So i started going to Spero in Nov 2023 after moving to this state. Out of all the treatment facilities in Coeburn and Norton this is the ONLY office that took my insurance. The Norton Office is amazing. The whole team is very polite and respectful and they listen to you and what's going on. I went to Woodridge after being in Creekside and Woodridge helped me Doctor told me back in May that Creekside had me on too much medicine they took me off about everything till today am doing so much better and my therapist even notices changed since I was in there she said am so much relaxed then I was before going into Woodridge.

I came to Turning Point in January of 2020. I had definitely reached my rock bottom. The 28 day treatment program at Magnolia Ridge gave me the treatment and the resources that saved my life. I had IV fluids done at IPCH in their out patient clinic and could not have gotten better care anywhere else. The registration was fast and the employees were very kind and professional. This place done pretty good both times i was there, the first time was july 2024 and i got out the same month just dont remember the days, second time was november 8th 2024 when i got there and November 18th 2024 when i was released. All of the staff was really nice, there was a few problems but not the staffs fault they were just doing their jobs. Some people may not like this place but i loved it. I would rather go here then woodridge (my opinion). The main thing i hated was not being able to share social media or anything bc i got really close with alot of people in there. Im so grateful to the staff members here who helped me become who i am today

After reading their reviews & rating on Google I was very pessimistic about being treated here and nearly cancelled my initial appointment several times but I am so glad I didn't make that mistake. If I had I'd never met my therapist Brad whom I have to thank because he has without a doubt helped me to improve my mental well being in the short 2 months I've been a patient of his and in doing his job so well and/or simply being such an incredible human being I've also made several improvements in other aspects of my life. Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I m grateful for CCS and it s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish.
