Got my wisdom tooth taken out, tell me why the stitches are all the way to the front of my gums. The wisdom tooth is all the way in the back. She pulled my tooth out when it wasn't even numb, she gave the shots in areas I've never gotten before and she just kept talking. She talked so much that she made so many mistakes including cutting my lip and said "oops sorry" and giggled. I felt everything. I should've just drove to Phoenix to get my last two wisdom teeth removed.

My daughter is currently here. We are from out of state and sending her somewhere that I had not been able to see or meet the people there was more than scary for her and for me!! All I can say up to this point is that all our fears are gone. It is everything they claim it is online and more. She is being supported in every single way possible. From addressing her addiction, her mental health, physical health, everything. The facility reaches out to me weekly to give me updates on her as well. I have had alot of experience with rehabs and know that it's rare when you get ALL of these things or that what it claims it is online, isn't what it is when you get there. I just wanted to let anyone else that is in the position I was about sending your child there sight unseen, to know that you are making an excellent choice in choosing Wolf Creek, they are an amazing place!!

I have never been to any detox or recovery center before but unfortunately developed an addiction to 7oh and decision point was one of the first results when I searched online for help. Immediately after putting my info down, Seth called and was incredibly helpful. Helped me schedule a good time for me to make it in there without interfering with work while still giving me enough time to recover. While I was in there, I met four people currently in detox and all of them had great things to say about this place which helped put me at ease. All of the nurses and BHTs are fantastic as well. Special shout outs to nurse Tim and nurse Carol for taking such great care of me while I was there. They both had great bedside manner and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients. Extra special shoutouts to Brittany, Steven, Matthew, and everyone else who’s name I can’t remember at the moment. If you’re struggling with anything or have a loved one struggling, I hope this helps ease some anxiety in knowing that you will be in good hands and well cared for during your time there.

With an extremely grateful heart, I highly recommend Decision Point Center. Seth in admissions was fantastic throughout the entire process of seeking a detox/recovery center for my husband, Jon. His patience, guidance and understanding of the process helped assure me this was the best decision for us. The entire staff of medical professionals (shout out to Tim!) were incredible. Jon came out of detox healthy and set up for success in his recovery. We were self-pay and Seth and his team worked wonderfully with us to accomodate our situation in order to make this happen at a very crucial time. Please don't hesitate or look elsewhere when looking for a detox center. Decision Point Center is welcoming, comfortable and accommodating! In my husband's words, "It was awesome! Getting there sucked!" Finally making the choice to go to detox can be scary but I can assure anyone that after 4/5 days of detox your life can be 1000% better! -Renae & Jon B.

My daughter went into Wolfcreek for rehab after we as parents had no idea how to help her. We took a leap of faith and left her with the team who we met on our initial visit. They seem to tailor make the program for different challenges brought to them. Forever thankful to Wolfcreek!

Wolf Creek Recovery holds a special place in my heart. I chose Wolf Creek because of their Holistic approach, the owners genuine vibe (shoutout Gator & Jon), and fast action to get me the help I so desperately needed at the time. Empathy and compassion was shown from the very start. When I first got to WC I was terrified to be putting my sobriety and life in the hands of complete strangers. As I worked through my 120 days of treatment they showed up for me every step of the way. They will earn your trust and respect based on their actions not words. This team is built of special and devoted staff with hearts of gold. I wouldn’t be where I am now, 8 months sober, if it wasn’t for this program. Highly recommended for those suffering with some form of addiction- they know what they’re doing✨

Kicked me out after seeing my sons birth came back tired and they assumed I was high on fentanyl. Then they said that I took too many of my own suboxone strips and that they could not admit me back in. Why even give me my prescription if im not supposed to take them. Should have said something or only given me enough for 3 days away. How was I supposed to know I couldn't take a few more than I did there?. I was on 3 strips per day on the streets. And on top of everything you guys forgot to give me my prescription when I left to begin with so I was stuck without anything withdrawaling. So when I finally did get my suboxone I was able to take what I felt was enough to stop my withdrawals. Anyways thanks for kicking me out when I had no writeups, never late to class, passed every single UA, and even had a sponsor. Now I'm probably going to lose my daughter my family and definitely my freedom since I was court ordered to complete it...God bless you all and hopefully one day you guys answer for it. -Mark L

I just transferred to the northern AZ VA system and I have been floored with how great and attentive they've been. I have mental health issues and the primary Prescott location has been super quick to get me in and talking to someone. The psychiatrist I talked to listened to me and suggested some things for me to try. I am now on a weekly therapy and different meds, when I asked them to check in after I start the meds they scheduled weekly appointments. I had my labs done last week, super quick and really easy going tech. Today I saw nurse Sara and she was lovely! Completely at ease and fun to chat with. I then saw Dr Gallagher and she was delightful. She knew my records, she asked questions and she offered some other treatment options for me. She made sure I had the assistance and appointments all down correctly and said if I need anything to reach out. I've been in the VA system for about a decade and this has been the best experience so far. Oakwood GA clinic was great but cottonwood has surpassed them. Thank you all for being there.

Thank you New Mexico wellness! New Mexico wellness is a great place to get treatment. You are able to discuss the issues that cause you to drink. You get more than lessons on breathing, mindfulness and emotional regulation. You get true care and support. I was discharged early due to my dishonest behavior. However I have been out for 5 days now and have not had a drink. Every other rehab I've been to I either had a drink the same day or the day after I left. I have true hope for my future. They have medically assisted treatment for both alcohol and narcotics. I highly recommend New Mexico wellness. They're not perfect but neither is anybody or any place. I got what I needed to stay sober for the rest of my life I truly do thank New Mexico wellness and all the staff.

So I went here way back in 2021 (February) for the first time for trying to end my life, (This was the child ward btw) it was a good experience (as good as being in the psych ward can get). The children there were kind of rude, but that's not the hospital's fault and the kids were not in the best state of mind (I mean they are in a psych ward for a reason), so it's not really their fault either. The food and state of the rooms wasn't bad either. They really helped and I got put on mood stabilizers of various kind. The two people that helped the most was someone named Arron? Erin? (I don't know how tho spell their name) she was or is a tech there, and Dr. Sharon (I think that's his name). I miss Erin. I'm writing this because I hope this will help someone choose this hospital to stay at and because I've heard horror stories about others . this place means so much to me because it was the start to getting better And I hope it can be for you too.

Haven has helped change my life and. The inpatient program is a safe environment that you can start feeling like yourself again in. But let me tell you about the PHP and the IOP . Havens Outpatient programs have saved my life and changed me completely, helping me learn everyday skills and have structure for my life which has giving it so much more meaning. They have amazing staff and an amazing medication Dr who will actually listen and get you where you need to be . I HIGHLY recommend the outpatient program after your stay or even if you don't need inpatient firstly. They have helped me in ways I thought could never happen and I'm not even hyping them right now .
