My wife and I had a terrible experience trying to get a simple prescription filled. We will not be returning. She never received her prescription. Thank God it was just for pain. Either the doctor or their prescription system needs to be replaced. Or both.
Update:
Ten days after my wife needed to go to the ER for her four broken ribs, I went to the ER with a huge infection in my head, face, and neck and the staff was amazing. I can't stress how well we were treated by all the staff we encountered.

So I have Mixed Ratings** 5/5 I do want to give a shout out to the ER staff and team at this location.They are a team player and I really liked how quickly they were able to initiate an emergency when they saw one when we came in. Our situation was dire and to see the response of how everybody came together so quickly it was so powerful ,Thank you .Thank you so much. We have a continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management, unfortunately it was reading false accurate report and That's what prompt us to come into the ER this morning to get my grandfather double checked on his blood sugar levels.

1/5 stars , We are definitely not from the area. We are out of towners but I guess we get confused from looking like locals? I was following Google maps, on how to get here with the directions. We got an accurate reading on how to get here but we're getting close to the building I follow the emergency signs with the arrows pointing where to go, located on the sidewalk where the emergency sign that show Us where to go which is the wrong points on entrance. I hope this gets corrected, because security was on my ass for my parking which was up near the front , entering the wrong way, Parked in the handicap sign with the handicap sticker up and security definitely told me I couldn't park there but Yes understandable our situation was an emergency. My grandfather uses a cane, plus he's hard of hearing so I was there speaking for him and also communicating via dry erase board. To the ER staff of the situation. I did tell security that I promise to move to vehicle once I get my grandfather situated but once I've probably been there for " 10 minutes " she came and look for me to go tell me to move my vehicle. But please give some training to security on letting them know more about Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, and the dangerous condition that needs to be taken seriously, especially for those with diabetes. Glucose is the brain's main source of energy, and when blood sugar drops too low, it can lead to various physical and mental impairments. I felt like with better understanding and compassion This place can go a long way towards 5 stars

I initially left a 1 star review. I’ll admit the process to get in is kind of annoying but the therapist I wound up seeing was really helpful. I still go back to him occasionally. He helped me come a long way. The front desk are only people too and are actually really nice. I’m going back and forth between the 4 and 5 star because of the intake process because it’s so annoying 😭😂 Fill out 2 packets then make an apt to answer questions (takes about 30-45min) then you make an apt with a therapist. I believe you have to do it yearly.

I wanted to wait a year before i left a review about my experience at Vista, and here we are. I am 1 year and 1 month sober !! When i first came to the facility i was in terrible shape, physically and mentally. I fought the treatment for weeks before i saw that i was actually getting better. I completed the 30-day program at Vista Taos and had an amazing experience and met a lot of great people during my stay. I have been in other treatment centers and Vista Taos is by far the best! JD was my therapist and had great knowledge and experience when it came to relapse prevention, identifying triggers and learning about the disease of addiction as well as tapping into trauma and trauma response actions. If you're looking for a rehab that works, this is the place to go. The environment is serene and peaceful. Weekly outings, 5-star meals, off-site meetings, individual therapy, queen sized comfy beds, full bathrooms with tubs or standing showers all accommodated for a comfortable stay for me while I was being rehabilitated for Methamphetamines and Alcohol. The staff was kind and respectful towards my needs and gave great inspiration and encouragement during my stay. Vista Taos is by far the best rehab in New Mexico. If you're searching for yourself or a loved one, this is the place to go. Don't hesitate, make the call now!

I researched many rehab facilities in the U.S. in several states (NM, Ariz., Utah, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Florida) and after careful consideration of all features, size, programs, quality of care, offerings, environment -- Vista came out on top, as my #1 pick best of all rehab programs.Also, the intake counselor Jeremy was extraordinary, he took so much time and care to discuss programs and specifics, and advise me about pros and cons of rehab in general, what to look for, how to evaluate programs, and how to select the best options for my family member. I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. My daughter was spiraling downward and we had very few options left. SSA accepted her on short notice. We were hesitant but hopeful, and 6 months later she is home and doing better than I could have imagined. The staff has been amazing; frequent communication and to have the open door policy to visit was such a change from her former RTC. It's only been a few weeks since graduating the program but she is doing well. I am thankful for their work with her and recommend for parents and girls who ate struggling.

A lot of the students come to the academy after they have experienced extreme trauma, and majority of their tuition is paid by their insurance company. I can't say enough good things about ATMC! This place honestly changed my life. I have bipolar II disorder. Before coming to ATMC my meds had clunked out on me for almost 3 years and I was desperate to get help. I had been trying different medications and nothing was working. My depressive episodes got so severe to the point that I could no longer work. I knew that I needed to seek alternative help but did not know where to go. Every psychiatrist just kept upping or changing my medications and to no avail. I was tired of being a slave to psychotropics. My family found ATMC and when I was ready to go, they got me in immediately. This place is like no other. In the US, where it is common practice to be dependent on medication as an individual with bipolar disorder and to oftentimes be debilitated and unable to work, ATMC provided a completely different option for me! At ATMC they focus on a more holistic method of detoxing and nourishing the body. We went to the "detox shop" 5 days a week where we did sauna for hours, cold plunge, ionic footbaths, massage, reiki, sound healing, foot reflexology and IV treatments. They put you on a supplement protocol. This includes many different supplements a day which are hard to take at first but when you understand the benefit of these supplements, you begin to take them happily! I also loved the groups and my therapist, Christine. You meet with your therapist twice a week. Christine was incredible, very skilled and the most empathic therapist I have ever had. They also take you out daily into town for walking/hiking and Sedona is by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever encountered! No wonder everyone comes to Sedona for healing. It's magical. They also feed you a "serotonin-building diet" that is packed with all kinds of veggies (they provide protein as well) and the 4 female chefs there are incredible! By far, the most significant aspect of ATMC and what really touched me the most is the incredible staff! Every single one of them! They are all the most authentic, genuine, loving and caring people. I do not know how they managed to get all of these amazing people in one place! They will help change your life! During my time at ATMC, I got off one of my medications and substantially lowered another one. The psychiatrist helps taper you down weekly and the naturopathic doctor and detox specialist ensure that you are taking the right supplements to support you. It's been a while since my stay and I am so blessed to say that I am stable and back to living a full life again. I continue to take the supplements that are shipped to me monthly. If you are considering an alternate way of healing your body and mind, I highly recommend this place!

The mental health professionals here are wonderful and the front desk is great, but the woman who sends prescriptions to insurance is incredibly rude and condescending every time I ask her questions. I often have to call and remind her several days after my doctors appointments that I need my medication sent in, and only then does it get done. I get that everyone has bad days and it's impossible to be a ray of sunshine all the time, but people who are struggling with mental illnesses and trying to receive treatment deserve better than what they're getting.

Nice, helpful, I was seen quickly, and they have an awesome juice/sandwich bar downstairs. The view is amazing and there is tons of parking. Best parking in Durango really. I have received kind care so far and the location is outstanding.

I had 1ba really good experience at Hoy Recovery. I successfully completed a 90 day program during the summer of 2022 and since have returned home and also went back to work . I really enjoyed the months I stayed at Hoy for the most part. It's not a resort or anything like that but it is a farm in the Rio Grande Valley of Velarde, NM. I met some g' /ood friends at Hoy 1 /r 1

These days I'm currently seeing Sara Martin and I just cant say enough good things about her. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.
I've NEVER EVER had any issues nor do I have any complaints about the Dr's. The front desk is another story. I feel this position should be given to someone with patients .understanding and just kind...that should be a requirement for the job...and we the people should not even have to be saying this. You would think it would just be a given.. being they're dealing with sick and elderly people .also certain Dr's are there only on Tuesdays and Thursdays... take that into consideration..

I began much-needed individual therapy this month at New Mexico Solutions. It has helped my interior life substantially already. I want to mention two qualities that stand out.
The first was what has helped me the most. I have worked thus far with Alexa Brown who is doing a phenomenal job taking me seriously. I struggle with the impression that the people around me do not, on even the most fundamental level, have any respect for me, and, as I unravel myself in order to heal the parts of myself about which I'm most ashamed, Alexa's unwavering validation has been invaluable. I could not have asked for a person with whom it is easier to speak.
The second was the ease by which I have been able to access therapy. I found it surprising that I could manage to fit anything at all into my schedule, given how much I've struggled to access other forms of healthcare since moving to New Mexico. Many thanks to the staff at New Mexico Solutions for making the process easy.
