Hiccups abounded, but the core values of genuine care, respect and intentionality from staff never shifted, as far as I could tell. Thank you to the professionals who offered this care. I never would have gotten the care I needed outside of in-patient, and you all provided a welcoming, warm, and dignifying place to absorb everything I needed. Every member of the staff treats the patients with kindness and patience while ensuring you get the care that you need. All of the Physical Therapists encouraged you to push yourself even tho you thought you didn't have anything left but didn't push you to the point of exhaustion. The nursing staff were so very kind and caring and so very helpful. Drs Lux, Raju and Bruckman were patient and explained any procedure you may have questions about. There are just too many of the staff to name individually. I will just say I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs it. Myself and a group of friends couldn’t complete the program due to needing a higher level of care, but the staff did EVERYTHING they could to keep us there and referred us to excellent programs. The food, programming, rooms (on the res side) were amazing, and they immediately recognized when I wasn’t ready/needed a higher loc.
