Its all ran by the same people so this review is for both offices. Western Judicial assisted me in a matter that happened a long time ago. The the entire staff is extremely diligent when it comes to delivering results. The curriculum is excellent and extremely beneficial. I had Kris as my instructor. Fantastic teacher who cares about the lives and wellbeing of others. If you go in this with an open mind and you’re willing to listen, you’ll leave a better person. Not the easiest time for me or the proudest but they helped me and understand that everyone makes mistakes! Beatrices’ kindness and professionalism is over and beyond! The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. The experience, as it turns out, was extremely positive for me. The education and the stories taught me so much, and I come away with a deep regard and empathy for those who have experienced the consequences of driving while impaired and empathy for those who struggle with addiction- the addicts and their loved ones. I don’t consider myself to be an alchoholic but I made a very reckless choice to drive after drinking. My son, who struggled with mental illness and addiction for many years, had taken just taken his life and this DUI came about when I was in the depths of despair. I learned so much about HIS addiction, but also about the choices we make that have irreperable damage. The literature at crossroads is excellent and the program is probably the best in the city. Unfortunately many of the clients are there for food and a roof over their head and it gets discouraging at times for people that are truly trying to get sober so please be aware of this if you are seeking help here. You will not find better treatment anywhere. Your recovery is yours to to seek out and grab all the information and opportunities that are so freely given to you by the state and this facility. Super fast at getting you your dose. They offer a van service to pick you up and drop you off at home. ( There is some limits with the van service it's not like Uber or Lyft ) When the driver can pick you up he will call you. He is always very prompt and when he says he will be there in 15 minutes he will be there in 15 minutes. All the staff is great. I came from CMS and this place is heaven compared to CMS. They are strict about alcohol use. Its not tolerated at this clinic. Its a great place and I cannot recommend it enough.
