I was here for a 10 day detox. Every staff member here was incredibly compassionate, and I feel that they went to great lengths to take care of their patients. My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Scottsdale Providence saved my life. As a lifelong drug addict I didn’t feel that there was much hope. I thought it was going to be awkward being a bit on the older side at 48, but neither preconceived notion was true. The staff at the residential house was warm and inviting. They reassessed and modified my medications which made me feel so much better. The staff immediately formed a treatment plan taking into account my goals. The group sessions are amazing and include everything from cutting edge therapy, traditional therapy, yoga, meditation, and daily check ins. The ono on one sessions are with highly skilled and compassionate therapists who use a variety of techniques. Once leaving residential and stepping down to PHP at the treatment center the amazing care continues. The group sessions are intense and very engaging. The one on one sessions continue to be facilitated by highly skilled therapists. Many of the staff are in recovery themselves. They treat everyone equally no matter what race, sect, political views, pronouns, religion, rich, poor, old, and young. I suffered a horrific family tragedy that occurred while I was still in treatment. The SPRC staff swooped in and offered me all the help and extra therapy I needed. They modified my treatment plan to account for this change. They even helped me get my affairs in order. And now that I’m a few days from completion, they have made sure everything I need to be successful is in place. From amazing facilities to having the very best staff, this place is second to none. It isn’t just a country club, they push you to work towards your goals and keep close eye on your progress. If you want to sit in a pool and have your hand held for 90 days, this is not the place. If you are serious about getting well and ready to put on the work, SPRC is the only choice in Phoenix.

I am incredibly grateful for SPRC. The staff truly care about their job and every single person who comes through here. I’ve never felt like just a case number. They are intelligent and good at what they do. I’ve learned a lot in every group and my one on one sessions with all of my therapists. They have also helped to set me up for success after treatment. I came to Crossroads a broken woman....I had lost everything and everybody in my life, and I had just had enough; I couldn't go on the way I was living. The staff (office, group facilitators, medical, 12 Step leadership, kitchen, et al) was so welcoming and supportive, so very good to all us gals (appx 80). I made great friends there too! I talk to some daily, even now many months later. Crossroads taught me about my disease, taught me how to cope, how to rebuild, how to prevent falling back.....how to hold my head up and live again. I'm completely serious. If you need help, go to Crossroads. Only downside is the food is so good and they give you so much, I gained 13 pounds!!

I was able to leave this program with some of the tools needed to help in my recovery. The groups were amazing! It is set up like a small village. You have multiple houses and meeting center in the middle of them. They also take you out for trips to the park and even church on Sundays.

I couldn’t be more impressed with this treatment center! My sister graduated their program, and today is her 4 year sober anniversary. I’ve seen such a positive change in her since then. I have been to one other clinic but by far ITS is so much better. Kanoe the peer support is so extremely helpful, she is so friendly and always reaching out to see if there is anything I need. My daughter is with me each time and I was always nervous she would be exposed to things if I brought her with to the clinic but she LOVES tagging along. Everyone works so hard to make sure you're feeling supported. I found sobriety again because of ITS. I learned a lot going to TLC. I have heard many stories about others and how they don’t work but this one works! The staff are absolutely amazing and help anyone and everyone in anyway possible. It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. You go out and look for jobs so that when your time is done there you should have a job and some money saved up and not just thrown back out in the streets! This place was a god send!

I visited the ER this morning due to dizziness and balance issues. The care and compassion I received was remarkable! I was taken back to a room within 10 min of arriving. My Nurse Tony was outstanding. Not only his obvious compassion , but he took the time to explain everything in detail. I have never had such a kind and wonderful nurse. Eric the physical therapist was awesome as well! Caring and took his time with testing and explaining everything. Lastly Dr Dawson was another bright light in a scary visit to the ER.
This all outshines a visit my husband had at Abrazzo West a couple of months ago. He was ignored and treated pretty poorly, especially by his ER nurse. If either of us are in need of medical attention in the future we will travel the extra miles to go Banner Del Webb!!

I had good Drs and nurses except one (that day was my release day. She left me there until 8:30-9p so by the time I got home it was around 10. The young gentleman who brought me down was AWESOME! Very nice & waited until the car got there and helped me in. A tech told me that there were rumors about me so that's why I laid their through breakfast lunch AND dinner, into late night. Didn't care for the nurses telling tales and leaving me there but telling me not to go into the dark at night and DO NOT be w/o my walker. Thankfully the Lyft driver got me to the door where my walker was inside.

She listens and I mean really listens!
I refused medication my entire life and she was so professional and attentive by starting me at very low doses and together I have made huge improvements that I never thought I would achieve and I wouldn't have alone. She's just wonderful.
