These people are the most caring attentive people and I was not once uncomfortable during my stay. Please please if you need help, call them. I promise you will get it. My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

I have worked with Scottsdale Providence and its clients for years. Their dedication to client care and their clinical acumen has been nothing less than exceptional. Providence has a heavy focus on individualizing treatment to clients' needs rather than pushing every client through the same curriculum. It is obvious from working with their therapists that they genuinely care about people lives and outcomes. This is also apparent in their dedication to aftercare planning. Scottsdale Providence center has been a great experience to me. It's helped me shape my life to become an outstanding person and understand me as a person, the staff here has been amazing and truly helpful to my recovery for addition and mental health. In the beginning I was very hesitant to stay but I stuck it out and I will say it was worth it bc I learn skills everyday to help begin to build my future. They helped me with financial problems and legal problems, they truly listen to me and I feel heard. Housing with the women's house has truly been a great experience for me to be able to adult and learn how to live with other people who have the same or similar struggles as I do.

Wanted to come here and say how much I enjoyed my 30 day stay here in 2021. It was kind of a wild experience at first as an alcohol user and definitely opened my eyes seeing the struggle of drug addiction firsthand. The staff was great and taught me a lot. The rooms were very comfortable. If any of the staff that was there in January of 2021 is still there I want them to know that I have greatly improved my life and have held a full time corporate job for almost 4 years. I came to Crossroads a broken woman....I had lost everything and everybody in my life, and I had just had enough; I couldn't go on the way I was living. The staff (office, group facilitators, medical, 12 Step leadership, kitchen, et al) was so welcoming and supportive, so very good to all us gals (appx 80). I made great friends there too! I talk to some daily, even now many months later. Crossroads taught me about my disease, taught me how to cope, how to rebuild, how to prevent falling back.....how to hold my head up and live again. I was able to leave this program with some of the tools needed to help in my recovery. The groups were amazing! It is set up like a small village. You have multiple houses and meeting center in the middle of them. They also take you out for trips to the park and even church on Sundays.

My daughter is with me each time and I was always nervous she would be exposed to things if I brought her with to the clinic but she LOVES tagging along. Everyone works so hard to make sure you're feeling supported. I found sobriety again because of ITS. I learned a lot going to TLC. I have heard many stories about others and how they don’t work but this one works! The staff are absolutely amazing and help anyone and everyone in anyway possible. It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. You go out and look for jobs so that when your time is done there you should have a job and some money saved up and not just thrown back out in the streets! This place was a god send!

Overall had a great experience here with my birth. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is my first nurse seemed so out of it like she was either having an off day or she was on something. She messed up my IV so bad I was gushing blood everywhere. Another reason was the anesthesiologist who did my epidural, I believe his name was Jim or something. He had a really bad attitude the whole time, acting mad at me for the conditions I was in. I only cried getting it done because of how he was treating me the whole time. The anesthesiologist who took care of me during my c-section though was beyond amazing!!! I was shaking from anxiety and he was comforting me the whole time, even was on top of taking care of me when I threw up afterwards. I think the first guy needs to learn what’s appropriate to say to women who are having severe labor pains and how to treat them. The comments about having terrible back anatomy for my age truly pissed me off.

My experience and review is mostly in the trauma ICU unit. Emilie, Marisa and all the other staff that helped out were wonderful and amazing, and deserve more recognition, especially given that the trauma ICU sees some of the most gruesome injuries. Without Emilie and Marisa, I would have severely been sad because of being in a hospital for four days. In fact when I went to another wing in banner, I noticed that I missed these two nurses. They never complained or made a fuss when I would ring the call button. They were always happy and willing to help out with whatever I needed. And even got along with the visitors that I had which made it feel more like home instead of just some awkward encounter between hospital staff and my friends and family. Marlene on 7th was also doing a wonderful job and again made my experience a lot better. I didn’t get much time with her, but in the short time that I was there, I could see that she was trying above and beyond everybody else. Alonso who took my blood for labs once made my day and I feel like he could tell that I was having a sad day that day. He was so good at his job and funny and charming that it just brightened me up. Overall, my experience at Banner for the four days that I stayed there was very good in the care that I received. Getting documentation was a little slow, but none of that was on the nurses fault and more so just the doctors that are busy. But when you almost die in a motorcycle accident, to have silly things like documentation and admin work be slow is a great trade-off. Thank you Banner and the Trauma gals/guys for legitimately saving my life

I have worked in health care in radiology for 20 years. I had stage iv malignant melanoma diagnosis about a year ago. I have to say, I was in just about every Banner facility in the valley and without exception, everyone was amazing from top to bottom! Dr. McKayla Lee saved my life by performing brain surgery on me when another crew said it was inoperable. Thank you Dr. Lee!
