Went to the VA clinic today as a walk-in to inquire about a possible repair for my hearing aids. I fully expected to have to leave them and have them send them out for repairs.
I was absolutely blown away when the audiologist immediately took my hearing aids and told me that he could repair them (install new speakers) while I waited.
Fantastic service. Friendly, professional and the job done right the first time! Thank you!

2023 is gone! And now I can go into 2024 with a new attitude and a new life mostly thankful for Perspectives 2. I made some dumb decisions last year that I ended up paying the price for. I consider myself smart and well educated but when alcohol does your thinking its a games changer. I ended up in jail with a DUI and court ordered treatment. The blessing in disguise was the court ordered treatement. I went 12 weeks to group thearpy at Perspectives. I was reluctant and not excited about going until I got there. All of us were in the same boat....nervous, shamed, scared about facing the consequences of our poor decisions. Perspectives group sessions were awesome and extremely helpful. They gave you practical suggestions to help with your addictions and how to deal with the pain you caused others and yourself. The staff that ran these sessions were incredible mainly because they truly cared! It was not a job to them but they had compassion for what your were going through in fact most of them faced similiar situations. I "had" to go to these treatments but would easily have volunterred to go after seeing what they had to offer. Great discussions with a staff that emplified compassion to every one in the class. When you know you messed up and are already down on yourself it is comforting to know folks at Perspectives 2 was there to listen, suggest and most of all show they really cared about your well being and getting you on the right track. They continue to follow up with me a year later! Jamie is awesome in her care and concern....Kudos to her and her staff. Thank you Perspectives 2 for showing honest concern and compassion!

This place is wonderful, they were treating pregnant woman back 2015 when myself an others felt we had no hope, NO ONE would touch us. They live & breathe recovery. They're local to the area, An yes a smaller office but don't lack in the resources to help you and the actual drive to do so! An if Dr.Logan doesn't have a book out by now...he should consider doing so! He's one of the most knowledgeable in the state regarding M.A.T-Outpatient Treatment.
They accept most insurances (yes, including Medicaid) So don't wait till tmro (again) like I did. Call them!

Groups has been amazing! When I was in a tough spot with no childcare nor transportation & I found myself out of my prescription I searched around for telemedicine options & found Groups recover together. I decided to give them a call to explain my situation & they were a life saver where I happened to get into the program the very same day. In the beginning I was a little nervous of the weekly group meetings as I have anxiety being around others, especially with strangers while sharing about personal experiences that are not my proudest moments. I quickly overcame that & enjoy everyone. I consider many of them friends I can talk to when I need a listening ear. They have an app that I’ve never had any problems with, you will use this to update your care plan, submit drug test, & will join your meetings through if you choose the telemedicine option. Once in the program for a while, you meet with your counselor, office manager, & the other members in your area weekly; then a physician monthly where they will then send your medication to the pharmacy. If you have any problems you will have their numbers to reach out to, also a hotline you can call after office hours for anything from support/prescription issues/if you need to see the DR sooner/want to attend an extra meeting/reschedule if something comes up in your usual week etc.They are here to help you, not judge/punish you if you have a slip up during your recovery. Just make sure to be honest with them. Everything is confidential; A quote we say is “what happens in Groups, stays in group” (like in Vegas :D). You can be yourself & not feel judged as none of us are perfect but we’re all doing the work to become better. If you’re thinking about it & struggle with opiate dependence, CHOOSE GROUPS! I continue to recommended to any family &/or friends that need the help. I am truly thankful for this program, the ones who work for groups, as well as the participants that keep the program going. So many of us rely on what Groups offer & I pray the telehealth option in our state continues as I wouldn’t be able to be here without it. I was one of the 1st set of girls from Rhode Island. I graduated camp in 1984. One of the best counselors was Pam.
The program changed me for the good. I remember meeting the Eckerd's at their beach house. Also they had made a commercial and filmed my group and I. So many canoe, hiking trips.. memories lasting a lifetime.
I've had a successful life due to the skills I learned at camp. Husband and I recently retired & ready to enjoy our grandchildren.
I recommend this program and their core values.

My son had been at this facility from November to December 2024. The entire staff was wonderful and really helped him transition to the next facility as part of his therapy journey. This is why I went to them again. Michael and Michelle the intake nurses were the same staff members who had helped my son and still remembered him and that was a big help. It was a scary experience for me but thanks so much to the staff, especially Jamie the risk manager, who went out of their way to help me and achieve the necessary solution to my issues. Everyone is nice, compassionate and understanding. I definitely recommend this facility if it applies to your mental heath journey.

This hospitals staff is amazing. I would like to mention the employees that worked closely in ensuring my brother safety arrival to me from Florida to Georgia. They literally went above and beyond in the care and Ensuring care and concern measures. They told me that my brother was totally rehabed and We are all doing well. Thank you to Nurse Jamie and Connie. And the others Doctors including Madison and so on... Just a really great staff. It takes a lot of care and love to be a Psych Nurse, MD. and a staff member. This a different and sometimes difficult type of patience in caring for our loved ones. I really appreciate you all at Springbrook Behavioral Hospital.

I previously reviewed this practice, and this is to add on to my initial findings. The staff and all personnel working there are truly five star, as I stated previously!!!! However , I injured myself and needed an appointment last Monday. My Dr. Dr London was enjoying a well deserved vacation, and I was asked if I would like to see Dr. Gerard Casale. I agreed and I am here to say after meeting and being examined, I was so happy that Dr. Casale was able to exactly diagnose the problem, and he prescribed the proper medication for the proper time, and the proper strength!!!! It has been a week now, and I’m almost back to normal!!!! Dr. Casale said it would take 7 to 10 days. Being older at 62 years of age, I’ll take the full 10 days. I’m in no hurry!!!!!! Simed medical has done it again!!!!! When my five star Dr. Heather London is on vacation, no problem, as long as I can see my five star Dr Gerard Casale, I am very happy and very well taken care of !!!!! I am so pleased with the Super Dr. Gerard Casale, and there is no practice that I will go to for my primary care other than this Simed medical, because I only allow myself to be treated by the best physicians!!!!!!!! Dr. London and Dr. Casale are the best in the business. Thank you Dr. Casale and, I am so proud and honored to be your patient, and the gratitude I feel for you, and Dr. London, and all the staff is so strong, I am very unique patient, and I am very knowledgeable medically. Because of this I feel I have the credentials to write these reviews. What I have presented to you is actual fact, I have to be examined and treated by ONLY Dr. London or Dr. Casale , because they understand respect and honor the needs of a patient, who is like no other patient. Trust me, I am very different than the majority of our population, and I need to be treated like a very different and special individual!!!! These two doctors are on a scale of one to ten, they are both ten,at treating me correctly and then properly. However, they were both patient, very understanding and took the time to refer to us as "the loved ones" of the patient. Which meant a lot to me. From the moment I arrived, the entire team went above and beyond. The staff truly feel like family—they know your name, care about your story, and give you personal attention every step of the way. The setting is close-knit and never overcrowded, so I never once felt like just a number or a statistic. Instead, it felt like home.
In my 30 days there I learned and grew more than I ever thought possible. The therapists and group leaders were incredible, and the camaraderie with the other clients brought so much laughter and support. Even the food deserves a shout-out—the chefs make every meal with care and it honestly makes a huge difference when you’re going through something so big.
My time at Spring Gardens changed my life and made the process of coming off my substance something I’ll never forget—in the best way. I loved it so much that I decided to continue with their aftercare program, HOPE Gardens, through PHP, IOP, and OP. That turned out to be another amazing decision, because it was like an extension of Spring Gardens and helped me keep growing and learning.
The alumni events they host are also fantastic. They give you chances to stay connected, keep friendships alive, and build a lifelong support network.

I admitted myself to Spring Gardens 17 months ago. It was the best experience ever. The accommodations were great, the staff were amazing, and the treatment I received was class A! I was in pretty bad shape when I arrived. With the care I received, I have begun the rebuilding process.

This is just a quick review to convey our sincere appreciation for Tyler and how helpful he was during our child’s time at Harmony Hills. The whole team was great, but we are highlighting Tyler because we interfaced the most with him and he really did go above and beyond.
Needless to say, this was all a pretty terrifying experience. We spoke with Tyler before we even were considering sending our child to Harmony Hills. Tyler took the time out of his day to speak with us because of his passion for helping people heal from their mental health issues. So he took the time to speak with us when we were in crisis mode and didn’t know where to turn.
As luck would have it, we realized Harmony Hills would indeed be the best place for our child. And so from that moment, he literally held our hand through the process. Was always incredibly gracious with his time, and we felt his true passion and desire to help us. We felt heard and acknowledged. And he made us feel more safe. Which is more than we could’ve asked.
Our child was at Harmony Hills for a month and we did see some great improvements for which we thank the entire team.
Often times, people take the time to post reviews when they’re unhappy with something. This is one of those times when we’re taking the time because of the amazing job that Tyler did. And how important it is to recognize high-quality team members. He’s a keeper.

I am a counselor and recently a person I know had an unexpected mental health crisis. I am experienced in mental health and what to look for and Harmony Hills provided excellent care to her! Most importantly, she received quality mental health care! She also reported great food, accommodations, enjoyable activities, and overall compassion and care. The staff, especially Eddie, Leah, Christine, and Nicole were collaborative and were professional and personable throughout the intake to her completion of the program. I am happy and relieved that she has recovered well and can't say enough good things about Harmony Hills. I would and will recommend them to my clients and anyone who needs residential treatment. They were a Godsend!

Perspective is a good place for treatment. The staff and counselor are great and helpful to you. Been going here for a month for help. The session are helpful and you interact with people like you. They also accept insurance which is a plus. I recommend this place for treatment for those in need.

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it.
Update; It has been about 6 years and still doing great. It's worth it. If your ready make the call and get the help. They make things so much easier. And make it possible. They have all the tools U need to succeed this time. Good Luck 👌👍😎

I wish I could give this more than five stars. I arrived at mending fences being open-minded. I had no idea the impact this would have on my life in such a positive way. I came to this looking for help for alcohol and found I really needed the help with mental health care. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the surroundings are so Serene and peaceful. There are no amount of words I could give for the gratitude I have for what this place is giving me back to me in my life. I am truly grateful. To me there is no amount of money that could ever give me what I retained here at mending fences. This place has been absolutely PRICELESS! I highly recommend if there's anyone that needs help, a loved one or friend this would be the place for their healing journey. I finally feel I have my life back.

I went to Mending Fences to get help with my debilitating anxiety. From the time I arrived at the facility I was met with friendly and compassionate staff. The admission process was very professional, very timely and the staff made me feel safe.
Concerning the program, Mending Fences focused on a personal track of a healing process designed specifically for me. I was assigned a Therapist (shout-out to Jeremy) who patiently worked with me to guide me through the healing process. Every therapists that led groups were dedicated to making learning different modalities wether - CBT, ART, OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, EXERCISE AND MUSIC - Fun and engaging!
From playing volleyball, shooting basketball hoops, bon fires and even an open mic night!
Unfortunately, due to a health issue I had to leave the program - this was very disheartening for me - but the Psychiatrist , therapists and staff made the exiting process a great experience for me! Just to mention, these people try to accommodate me so that I could continue the program - it amazed me how much effort they put in - thanks 🙏
One last thing the facility and the grounds were beautiful! One last thank you to all the staff, techs , therapists and Doctors who helped me 🙏🙏

My experience at The Refuge was truly life-changing. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was professional yet incredibly warm and caring. The staff and providers genuinely care (especially if you show your desire for help), and it shows in the way they support and guide you. A special shout-out to my therapist, Jessica—she was amazing and helped me process and grow in ways I didn’t think were possible.
The food was excellent (better than I expected!), and the amenities made a real difference in my stay—the gym in particular was a great outlet. What stood out most to me, though, was that the quality of treatment really depends on what you put into it. The Refuge provides the tools, the resources, and the support, but it’s up to you to engage and make the most of it.
Overall, I’m deeply grateful for my time here and would recommend The Refuge to anyone who is ready to invest in their healing journey.

The campus is absolutely pristine, the staff that I had a chance to meet was incredible and the clients genuinely looked happy and at ease.
