We went to the emergency room yesterday, November 6, 2025, around 4:00 a.m., and the nurse, Justin, was kind and professional. Excellent nurse.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding ER Care at Northside Forsyth Hospital I had the best emergency room experience I’ve ever had at Northside Forsyth Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff was fast, kind, and focused on easing my pain and finding answers. Frankie, my nurse, was absolutely wonderful—compassionate, calm, and reassuring the entire time. Another nurse started my IV and it was the most painless IV I’ve ever had! Truly impressive. The PA (a very kind and professional gentleman) had an excellent bedside manner—he listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. And Dr. Sherry Brock was incredible—attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took the time to evaluate everything carefully while keeping me comfortable and at ease. I was so impressed by how quickly the whole team worked together. They managed to keep things efficient without ever making me feel rushed. I left feeling cared for, heard, and finally out of pain. Thank you to everyone at Northside Forsyth ER for setting such a high standard of care. You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which cannot fail to keep a person in everlasting ignorance- that principle is contempt prior to investigation. NA and the serenity group of halt club that meets on Monday, Wednesday, Friday Saturday and Sunday have literally saved my life. Even the group that meets on Tuesday and Thursday, called we are here to help is awesome. Great recovery starts here!

I’m going thru a lot emotionally . I was referred to this place and it changed my day . Instantly. From the way I was greeted to filling out paperwork to the therapist that assisted me . The women that checked me out . They made my day . HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

There is definitely a process in order to become an established patient, but once you take care of all that this is an amazing organization staffed with individuals who show up to help people in need. My therapist is Gabby and psych is Dr. Hill, both exemplary human beings! They are down to Earth, real people who care. The front desk ladies are soooo kind and the pharmacist greets you with an understanding smile. If you need help, these human beings are here to do just that. Situations can be frustrating in life. Scheduling can be cumbersome at times if you stay busy. But the bottom line is, these people WILL HELP YOU. They saved my life.

They are working on the front desk experience which has been lackluster, but my therapist is amazing and my new psychiatrist is too. Visits are free and so is my medicine! I'm very grateful to this place 🙏

Alana is a wonderful place for recovery. The coping skills you learn are top tier! The staff really cares about your progress and they try to do as much as they can to help you with recovery. Cliff, Darnell, Joy and the full staff are amazing. They definitely help you pack life long tools

Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I stayed there 3 months,and I wish I was able to stay there even longer,Ms.Laura,Ms.Brenda,Colin,Chris,Cliff,and Caitlin played a big role in my recovery,these are PEOPLE THAT ILL NEVER FORGET. They helped me so much along the way,I plan in going back to Alana to work,once I get enough clean time.. God Bless the whole entire staff at Alana,including my peers that I left when I graduated...Im looking forward to attending The Alumni gatherings.My journey is by far over with. This center has literally saved my family. Melissa is a top notch therapist and calls out any bull. The clinic has helped my daughter and kept her from relapsing. They closely monitor the client. I can't say enough great things! If you have a loved one fighting addiction, I highly recommend them.

This clinic absolutely saved my life! ✝️ I know people say that a lot about certain things throughout their lifetime but this is 100% true for my case. Melissa is one of the best therapists I've ever had. She calls you on your BS and is understanding about addiction. I hate it when I get a therapist who doesn't know jack about addiction especially with heroin and opiates. I will continue to come here as long as I can. Great place to contact for the return to duty process. The staff paid attention to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. They scheduled my appointment and I met with the SAP the next day. The SAP is very knowledgeable and Mr. Kofi was available to answer all my questions throughout the process. I strongly recommend this place.

Jane is amazing and welcoming and so is Heather. They always remember me and ask about my children, they even offer to watch my infant when I have to bring him for a minute or 2 while I dose. It’s just a small help that makes being a single mom and bringing him to the clinic a little less stressful. (I only come 2 times a month) but nonetheless they do everything they can to help, like every business it is a money making business though so there isn’t charity, you have to follow the rules and expectations and as long as you go by that you’re in & out.

I really like that they took my son in quickly. The staff was kind and gave him good care. The Drs and nurses all showed that they care.

I had to come here due to a crisis. It's a small place but they treat you well. The Drs, nurses, and everyone else were very kind.

I wasn't feeling well last visit and a receptionist wheeled me to the right building. GPS had me in the wrong place.

I had 2 really sweet nurses that made sure I was safe, comfortable, and taken care of.

My outpatient surgery was awesome thanks to the caring team that took care of me. Dr Liberman and staff were wonderful. No one likes facing surgery but the team at Wellstar Outpatient made my day go as smooth as possible on 9/14/2020. God Bless EVERYONE for all ya do ! 💖🙏
