I am a patient here and i love it so far, my therapist is nice and very helpful with setting goals. The staff at the front are also very polite as long as your nice to them and very willing to help if you treat them with respect. For families or friends who want their loved ones to come here, please remember that people who arent patients tend to get mad over things they cant understand, like hippa laws or mental illnesses they dont have. So far, therapy has been great for me here!

Nursing staff was very concerned with my mental and physical needs and helped take care of me. The awareness of my addiction is much more clear now I was given many tools to work with in my days of recovery. All of the staff have helped me on my journey!!

Avenues is a place that I would happily 😊 recommend to any I ne who is looking to get and stay sober. The staff is amazing, Samantha, Bobby, Kyla, Julia, Tim, Teresa and Madison will help teach you the skills needed to do the shadow work to help you understand your addiction. Lisa and Tim will help you get to your next step after Avenues. Medical and the techs like Z, Dawn, Lopez, Melissa and so many more will help you day to day in getting and staying acclimated. Even the cleaning staff and Lorenzo at the front desk will take time to speak to you if you're having issues or just a rough day.

I came to Avenues Recovery Rehab after dealing with multiple addictions i struggled for 10 years trying to find the right way to pick up the pieces in my life I got sober on October 28th 2025 I had already been to several half way houses and avenues in Fort Wayne a few times before but was never freed from mental illness and the struggle of anxiety or the urge to want to use I couldn't find the strength to say the words unmanageable that that was how my life had become I'm so thankful for avenues recovery and will never forget the effort your staff and therapists and case managers put in to help get you through and into recovery mode like you did to my life

Boca is the place to be. The staff is awesome. That people get along very respectful if you want to get your life together or you got a loved one that needs help with addiction. Joe's awesome Dave is awesome. Candace is awesome. Never won their nurses. They're all awesome people, and I gotta take a shout out to Michelle. It's Sunday not gonna forget you either brother, I recommend this place to the fullest. I can go all day long out. Choose Selah. When you're in that scary moment of looking for treatment for a loved one, it is hard to know where to turn. For us, Selah was precisely the right thing. A low-key Christian environment, Selah provides excellent professional medical, psychological, behavioral and nutritional guidance. The structured but homey atmosphere in the beautiful wooded setting makes Selah a very safe, nurturing place to begin your healing.

Before Selah, I had several experiences at trauma centers that made me questioned if I ever wanted to get help or if my recovery was worth it.
I was admitted to Selah in Summer 2023 and 2024. I learned to advocated for myself and others. Shout out to nurse Mary Adkins and Kenzie, therapists Emily and Marice! Without them I would of left Selah. I was panicking, didn't feel heard and my dietian left for a different practice. There was so many changes that happened when I was there in 2024. But overall for me, what I gained from both experience was "trust" from the clinical staff at Selah. Trust the process. I have never had that before.

So glad to hear recently therapist Emily is taking over Christian Programming. One of the reasons I looked more into Selah was faith programming. On Sundays, I always looked forward to church in residential and php.

selah may not have been able to heal me from my eating disorder, not because their work and people aren’t great, but i believe because i have very deep internal issues i’ve struggled to work on myself for years. the program improved a lot from 2022 to 2024 (my two stays). obviously the program had its issues and iffy staff members, but overall the nurses and techs made me feel so loved. nancy, hailey, sydney, jess, christi, maggie, marcie, kati and chris the chaplain are amazing people. thank you guys for making me feel like a person.

Definitely better than Bowen methadone clinic, there you’re just a number. At BHG they make you feel like an actual person and they get to know you and remember you. The first recovery center that I feel completely ready for the next phase of my recovery, from the very beginning I was treated with respect.I would recommend recovery works too those in need of treatment.

If not for the people at BrightView I wouldn't be able to leave this review. Their excellence is only out done by their steadfast commitment to helping people like me. I'm 61 years old and I have been through treatment programs left and right however Brightviews approach worked for me. Edit 8/13/24 I have now been going to Brightview for over 3 years and I can't say loud enough that for you to be reading this is only possible because of Brightview. If not for them I have no doubt what my chances would have been.. exactly zero. I now have over 1100 days of sobriety thank you Brightview you're the best.
I learned from Deanna and many others why are they all gown..that was family..many influences weren't helpful but most was in my life around good people with healthy teachings and skills to cope and manage life..I been trying to get back in hope it is still a blessing to the lost and broken. Alot of b a d people with agendas walk thru them doors I have witnessed but I listened to the skills triggers and teachings and that help goes along way that last a life time ..support groups are needed it is nearly impossible to do it alone

It is so excellent now, they have the best staff that you can imagine, they have a ex military medic as a doctor, this guy is as good as they can get , the staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and like a family, they run 4 classes a day all designed to give you the tools to remain sober. I just got out and wanted a bottle of whiskey, I said nope...

I've been there a few times for med adjustment and other mental health things and they are very caring people there Deana Redd Dr Tom and Jen everyone else down to the kitchen staff go out of the way to get you the best possible care they can great resources available if you are serious about improving your life I recommend this place thank you all for your support and kindness

For all the bad publicity you see in the news, you wouldn't be able to tell by visiting this location. I've been using them for 6.5 years. Urgent care is faster than local walk-in clinics OR the hospital, and the staff has always been caring and attentive. The VA is a great benefit for veterans.

Always get great care at Ft Wayne VA. I was admitted earlier this year for 4 days and the Dr's, nurses and general staff were kind and caring. I'm glad they are there for us veterans.

Michelle did such a wonderful job and was quick to get to us. She explained everything that was going on and how I would be treated for all my problems. I would recommend her to anyone.
Thanks to this place and the mentors and people who actually helped me, I have a real future. This is about as good as it is going to get when it comes to youth facilities.

I had Paige as my therapist and she was amazing. Very easy to talk to and didnt force the direction of the topics. Our conversations would flow smoothly and she could steer me toward what was really bothering me. I dont know if I would be here today without her.

Dr Clarke I love she listens and is always explaining what the plan is, now the person who answers the phone wow never at the desk to answer the phone been trying since last week to set up a appointment to see Dr Clarke and it makes it hard on us patients who need to see Dr Clarke when the person in the front don’t answer phone calls or even return phone calls.
Very informative, polite, and caring. It is very clean and I can't say anything bad at all about this facility. My son is doing wonderful.

Richmond is a very strict recovery program, they won't baby you so if you can't take a stringent recovery program go to a catering facility. I was there in the '80s and finished the program, it did me good, I have fell back a few times but with the tools they gave me I was able to get back on track and have been sober for 18 years. If you choose this program finish it and walk out a better person, remember it's tough but it will build character and you will be stronger for it.
