I see a lot of people giving the FRC bad reviews and to them I say: you get what you pay for. They are a community funded center who help a lot of people who are down on their luck and need help. They offer a lot of free and cheap resources. I've been going off and on for five years and the staff there has been tremendously valuable in helping me through a lot of hard times. If not for the people at BrightView I wouldn't be able to leave this review. Their excellence is only out done by their steadfast commitment to helping people like me. I'm 61 years old and I have been through treatment programs left and right however Brightviews approach worked for me. Everyone's experience going down the road to recovery is unique yet we all share common needs to be able to succeed in our endeavors to sobriety. Brightviews staff is committed to helping me and others find our way through the recovery process..I can't say enough good things about my experience with BrightView. Dedicated caring understanding empathizing wonderful people who have made my life my own at long last. Edit 8/13/24 I have now been going to Brightview for over 3 years and I can't say loud enough that for you to be reading this is only possible because of Brightview. If not for them I have no doubt what my chances would have been.. exactly zero. I now have over 1100 days of sobriety thank you Brightview you're the best.

I have always walked away from my appointments knowing that I was tenderly cared for. Getting stronger. Getting healthier and totally loved by God.So thankful for Jill. She cares for me. Prays for me.And everything we talk about is confidential.
It was very hard to get myself to reach out for help for a long time. The moment I did, it went nothing but up from there. Recovery and Wellness has been nothing but nice and empathetic. Just over a month and a half, I have felt a positive difference with my mood, motivation, relationships, happiness, and my body. My therapist and I connect via video chat on the weekends which makes it very convenient for my busy teenage life! Not only was I recommended by a friend, I have continued to recommend people I know when they mention they are struggling. Not only that, I found a lovely place that took my insurance (which not many places do) and it is in the same building where my pediatrician used to be, which gives lots of comfort and familiarity. This place has done nothing but benefit me and I’m so thankful :)

Mrs April and Mrs Susan have changed my life I was on benzodiazepines for years and was just ready to get off them I started coming here two years ago and my life is forever changed I’m forever thankful for these guys are very professional and caring!!!!
They do an effective job of giving you the tools, motivation, and support that one needs to succeed in recovery. I'm very thankful I found this facility. I've been blessed with 6 successful years in my recovery.

I tried on my own to break my pain pill addiction. I couldn't get through the withdrawal symptoms. With Brightview help I am pain pill free for the past 4 years. They are good people offering real help. Thank you Brightview.

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

I have been at eastway for years excellent! Staff too work with great doctors.and I'm just not saying that just too be saying that it's true I've always been able too get my meds which is one of
the important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors.If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.

Absolutely love the staff at Brightview! I felt extremely frustrated and lost by the time I got there. Life has improved significantly! When I do have an over the top frustrating day like yesterday, I felt comfort knowing I could just go down and sit in that mediation room if I needed to until I felt safe inside. Best counseling, best doctors , nurses are Amazing really care about me as a patient never have I ever been able to stay sober until I got real became open minded and willing I follow directions take suggestions and July 4 ,2025 I will have 3 years without needle or a pipe I have home I have car I have a life worth living today BRIGHTVIEW HELPED GIVE MY LIFE BACK I would refer to anyone really trying stay sober Thank you Brightview and your Awesome staff !! I have been going to Brightview for about 3 years now, they have always treated me with respect and such care that I’ve never thought about trying any other place for my recovery. They saved my life and I will always be in debt to them!

I learned from Deanna and many others why are they all gown..that was family..many influences weren't helpful but most was in my life around good people with healthy teachings and skills to cope and manage life..I been trying to get back in hope it is still a blessing to the lost and broken. Alot of b a d people with agendas walk thru them doors I have witnessed but I listened to the skills triggers and teachings and that help goes along way that last a life time ..support groups are needed it is nearly impossible to do it alone

It is so excellent now, they have the best staff that you can imagine, they have a ex military medic as a doctor, this guy is as good as they can get , the staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and like a family, they run 4 classes a day all designed to give you the tools to remain sober. I just got out and wanted a bottle of whiskey, I said nope...
Listen life is what you make of it

I've been there a few times for med adjustment and other mental health things and they are very caring people there Deana Redd Dr Tom and Jen everyone else down to the kitchen staff go out of the way to get you the best possible care they can great resources available if you are serious about improving your life I recommend this place thank you all for your support and kindness

I’m going there for myself and they are absolutely amazing. They do work You on your individual issues, but you’re in a group setting and hearing other people‘s thoughts and feelings and their experience helps
Med Mart I would give an A+ for all the staff . A few bad apples but for the most part staff deserve praise . Doc B. Is a 1 in a million ! He listens and hears you . And does the best with your dosage ! I am 68 yrs old , an have been to quite a few treatment facilities but Med Mart tops my list. As the Best in Dayton ! Med-Mart does have an issue with keeping staff and that’s really the only thing I don’t understand . The turn over in people who work there . Med -Mart counselor are so wonderful and definitely work with and for you with the goal being clean . Daryl and Jill are 2 of the best .

Skylight was my one and only time I'm hoping to get treatment for my addiction! I have been told this place is the most luxurious detox facility ever, compared to other that have been in treatment more than once. I highly recommend coming here and requesting Racheal as your Case Manager!! She's very prompt and knows her shit! I'm gonna miss everyone and the friends I got close to!

I think this is my kids account but oh well. this is the best place for recovery. The front staff are so nice and they don't judge. They watch my son if he comes with me while I see the doc. but oh MAN Dr B is amazing. She has this office that is relaxing and cool, and she sees me. She really understands what my life has been like. I never had adoctor like her before. I wish she was my family doctor. She just makes it seem better when I tell her what is going on and how stressed out I am. Go to Clean Slate!
