I was in recently and I wanted to say Frank the ER doctor along with the nursing staff I saw were THE most caring, nice, generally concerned staff I ve ever met with at an ER. I could not believe how nice they were and the overall attitude they all had. I ve been in a few times for my kids as well and always receive better treatment than the hospital actually closer to us so have started going here instead. I ve left feeling more confident than other locations knowing they spent the time to make sure my kids and I are good to go home and not brush us off.

Went to ER, these nurses were all at the end of their 12+ hr shifts. I received the best care from everyone involved. I did get admitted and was treated excellent on the floor too.In this crazy world we're ALL living in we need to learn to have patience and respect those that are in the health field. Just came home after four weeks at Serenity Treatment Center and it was a wonderful experience. I came home more with a better understanding of my condition and given great coping skills to deal with my anxiety and depression. I want to thank with all my heart two people in particular My clinitions Jack who gave me great one one one therapy with a kind and gentle heart and Rob...both true gemsne. Rob ran many of the group sessions always giving a lot of information and encouraged us to recognize our needs and work on coping skills that for me we're so important. Rob had a way of running groups and not making the groups boring with different approaches such as occasional an chuckle combined with many serious conversations. Anyone lucky enough to enter into the Serenity program is truly lucky. I would be wrong not to acknowledge the techs, nursing, cooking and cleaning staff all wonderful people.

RCA is a great program! The catch is you have to want it for yourself! It works if you work it! You have to put in the effort and advocate for yourself you are with 29 other women who all have needs as well So I recommend finding out who your clinical team is day one and get in their chairs and make yourself known and make it known how bad you want the help! Things take time and in any program there is a high turnover especially when all patient s are there voluntarily but keep in mind miracles don t happen over night and things do take time so I would recommend doing there thirty day program followed by there PHP/IOP program so you are still acquainted with your clinical team and can build lasting relationships in recovery.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. When brother Justin shared his testimony on more than one occasion I felt and heard the Holy spirit speak through him, he has truly inspired me and many others to " Never give up because there is a way". Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. The best in Massachusetts if not the North East.

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don t think it s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

Chapters saved my live! I would not be where I am today if I didn't meet the amazing people there and take in everything they had to offer. The staff is completely down to earth and they are genuinely passionate about helping you recover. All the Staff are very professional, especially the front desk Receptionist. My Doctor is awesome; he is very polite, caring, and helpful (Dr. Oman). PLEASE SAVE THIS HOSPITAL FROM BEING CLOSED. This is the only hospital where you can be seen and released within a reasonable time frame. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had harrowing experiences at other hospitals. Never this one. I do wish they d clean up the waiting room a little though.
