sadly, I had to go here last Tuesday night because I had caught stomach virus and I couldn't stop throwing up and I went to Anna Jack's ER and it was a wait to get in to see the doctor but once I got in the staff, my nurse who was watching over me her name was Tara. She was a friggin angel. She brought me ice to wet my mouth because it was so dry from heaving all night long so this place is very busy because the only hospital in the area but the staff once you get in are absolute awesome. I loved my ER doctor too. He was a sweet guy very good guy and I will definitely go back if I ever need help again. Thank you to my nurse and to the doctor that treated me that night

I visited Anna Jaques Hospital's MRI/Radiology department early this morning. I came in contact with at least 9 people throughout my visit, from entering and getting information at the front desk (I was personally escorted to where I needed to be), to registering in MRI/Radiology, and then on to my X-ray and MRI, I met with the most helpful, friendly, professional and competent staff that I have encountered in a very long time. I was apprehensive about what I was having done, but I was well-informed and well-taken care of, and I was made to feel very comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.
I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain.
Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

I had an amazing, amazing stay. The dining staff made delicious food, especially the desserts. My only drawback would be that the facility is understaffed as far as techs go, but their drive, empathy, and kindness more than made up for it. I would especially like to thank Christine for being an ANGEL on Earth, and Annemarie for her dedication and care. The nursing staff did everything they could to ensure a comfortable, safe experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.

Such a great place! From the moment I very nervously, and hesitantly walked in I was treated with compassion and respect. I was in real trouble, my drinking was out of control for a long time, and my health and family were suffering. Serenity got me safely detoxed and sober, and then taught me how to stay that way. I started my recovery on October 26, 2021 in drug addiction. I had put myself into detox and they had her originally sent me to another place for IOP. Needless to say that didn’t work out for very long. It wasn’t a good fit so, I requested a different facility. By the grace of God I found Aftermath in December of 2021. At this time in my life, I had low self-esteem and literally hated myself for the things I had done. I barely have any contact with family, and I was dealing with all the trauma from my past. The very first day at Aftermath I knew this was the place for me. The owner Matt and my counselor Nikki and the rest of the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I was very shy at first but, I was able to open up quicker than I thought would ever happen. By the time my insurance wouldn’t cover anymore of the treatment ,I was still on a deferred disposition through the courts and Matt was willing to let me stay until it was completed which might’ve been another six months or so without getting any pay. Without this program, I don’t think I would’ve succeeded. October 26, 2026 will be four years. Thank you to everybody at Aftermath for everything you have done. I love you all 💙💙

I was so afraid going into this place thinking it's probably like a lot of places, dirty and just uncomfortable with mean staff members. I couldn't believe it though, rooms were set up looking like a 5 star hotel. The food was literally amazing, the staff was the best part and today I'm sober because of this program.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. I was lucky enough to have found out about this facility in February of 2025. Words can not even describe how amazing the staff! My first night there was extremely hard for me and Petra was absolutely amazing ! I wanted to leave , I didn't feel good and she was able to calm me down and keep me there. My case worker Nicole was the best! I felt like she truly cared and wanted to help me get thru my time at the facility and she helped me set up outpatient care so that when I left Mayflower I was all set with good resources. This place was the beginning of redemption story and gave me a phenomenal foundation to start my recovery journey!

My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. The best in Massachusetts if not the North East.

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can’t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it’s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don’t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don’t think it’s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it’s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won’t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

I was a Meta client from October 2024-May/June 2025. To say Meta has changed my life would be an understatement—I was extremely hesitant and resistant at first when I started at the Haverhill, MA location but was met with love, support, and ultimately, an understanding that getting help is okay. The PHP and IOP programs are transformational, and I wouldn’t be here without them. Thank you so much to the staff, clinicians, and case managers who worked relentlessly to help me! The people that work here. That’s the difference. This place will absolutely, do whatever they can to help you. I honestly, can’t stress it enough.
This is run by Diana and she’s not just a big shot that stays in her office. The first week she was here, she invited me in, just to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything to make it easier for me. Her door is always open and I always feel welcome. Felipe has been great to me from the moment I met him. He always makes the ins. problems or billing, much, much easier. Heidi and the nursing team, Sage, the two receptionists, and of course, my main man, Darrin. These people are now all friends, to me and I care for them all.
I do all my work and whatever is asked of me. If I have an appointment, I show up. I follow the program and I’ve had very few issues. It’s been one of the best moves I’ve made in my life.
Give this place a chance if you want to change things. I would refer anyone that wants a fresh start, here it is. This is it. Anyone can build a building but the people are always the key. In any business.

Arbour Counseling Services has helped me now for about 15 years. I am putting myself out there hesitantly. I don't know who will read this, maybe people I know, maybe not. I have struggled with Major Depression along with addiction issues. I've suffered tremendously in the past, unable to work, and slowly getting better. I really love South Bay. They gave me a great therapist. Her name is Ava Barone. She has really helped me with a lot problems I have been going through. I can say anything to her and she doesn’t judge she tries to help. I feel so much better after our sessions she is a great person. My husband was admitted for 8 days and received the most amazing care and attention. Holy Family made up for the horrible care he'd received at Salem Hospital (Brigham & Women's). PLEASE SAVE THIS HOSPITAL FROM BEING CLOSED. This is the only hospital where you can be seen and released within a reasonable time frame. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had harrowing experiences at other hospitals. Never this one. I do wish they’d clean up the waiting room a little though.

My stay at Bayridge was a good experience with the situation at hand. The staff were very attentive to my needs and very professional. Their team was helpful through my stay. They have many groups through the day that help you understand how to cope easier. I didn't feel rushed out or just another number. I could tell that they really cared for my treatment before they I was released. They set up a great outpatient program for me.
