Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.
I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain.
Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

I had an amazing, amazing stay. The dining staff made delicious food, especially the desserts. My only drawback would be that the facility is understaffed as far as techs go, but their drive, empathy, and kindness more than made up for it. I would especially like to thank Christine for being an ANGEL on Earth, and Annemarie for her dedication and care. The nursing staff did everything they could to ensure a comfortable, safe experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.

Such a great place! From the moment I very nervously, and hesitantly walked in I was treated with compassion and respect. I was in real trouble, my drinking was out of control for a long time, and my health and family were suffering. Serenity got me safely detoxed and sober, and then taught me how to stay that way. As I write this review I’m 14+ months sober. Thank you, Serenity! If you or someone you love has a substance use disorder, I highly recommend Serenity.

RCA at Danvers has been amazing!! The support and level of care i have received from inpatient to outpatient has been top notch! All the staff are fantastic! Jill who works with the Alumni is GREAT! She set up an outing to the Stoneham Zoo for zoo lights and it was an awesome time! Thanks RCA!

If you are willing to go to any length to get sober and start your recovery journey, there is not a better place to be than Topsail.
Six months ago I was dying in an ICU unit in Boston. As I’ve pieced my life back together physically, mentally and spiritually Topsail has been my anchor.
There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Topsails wonderful staff, especially my primary therapist. She helped save my life.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. When brother Justin shared his testimony on more than one occasion I felt and heard the Holy spirit speak through him, he has truly inspired me and many others to " Never give up because there is a way". I will forever be grateful to my Heavenly Father for working through these beautiful people who have helped take me out of the darkness. I love them and plan on going back to share my testimony of my further progress in my Recovery journey.

My experience at Baystate was really good they really break down what the disease of alcoholism and addiction is and how people can over come and have sobriety by breaking down the steps and character defects we have.. the staff is a good group of people who also over came the disease so they understand we’re we are coming from judgment free zone and the clients are good people too seeking help like I did I recommend this place to anyone struggling with alcoholism or addiction they also have a sober house for men which I did also

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can’t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it’s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don’t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don’t think it’s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it’s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won’t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.
This place is great! I went there's TVs in the room and the groups are a amazing. Most importantly the staff are awesome they went above and beyond to get me placed where I really wanted to go. They made sure I had everything I needed for aftercare and just were amazing like I said! They gave me clothes. Made me feel comfortable. If your struggling check NERC out and most importantly after get to a 12 step meeting. Thank you!

META changed my life, hands down. I was so skeptical going into the program, especially with a mental health focus instead of addiction. Now I wish I never had to leave! The staff instantly make you feel like you belong and you’re exactly where you need to be. I built my confidence back up and learned so many skill! The DBT approach was more helpful to me than any 1:1 therapy I had tried before. Building community and support in the group model was also very powerful. If you’re not sure about going, I’m here to say you should give it a try. You won’t regret it!

I was at a near breaking point with my mental health when I found Meta for a mental health IOP program. I've always been hesitant about seeking care with outpatient programs due to seeing friends who said the care made them feel worse. My psychiatric NP was worried because most facilities near me had waitlists of up to a month. I was drowning. Desperate, I reached out to one of their facilities who directed me to Meta, who took my insurance. When they say they can see if your insurance covers the care within an hour, they absolutely mean it. When beginning the intake process the staff was nothing but encouraging. By the end of the day, I already had the intake process started.
Beginning the program was fast as I was able to start immediately. Their NP team was so helpful with helping me file for PFML. You can attend in person or join on Zoom. This was such a relief as Meta is an hour and a half away from me. Meta provides the most accessible mental health program I have seen.
I also can't say enough about the care team. There's a blend of advice from people who want to see you grow. Groups are the best with Kayla's sharp insight and Liz's gentle guidance. Not only am I able to connect with my therapists, but others who are also seeking support. I'll be taking friendships with me when my time with Meta comes to a close. If you are on the fence about reaching out for professional support, come to Meta. It truly has been a wonderful experience.

I've struggled with my mental health for most of my life and always kept afloat one way or another, but Meta was the biggest turning point for me. I've felt so supported everyday while given an environment I felt safe in to heal. They've given me knowledge and coping skills that I will carry with me throughout my life. I'm very grateful to the Meta team and everyone I've met through them. For the first time since I was a kid I feel like I'm living and not just holding on.

The people that work here. That’s the difference. This place will absolutely, do whatever they can to help you. I honestly, can’t stress it enough.
This is run by Diana and she’s not just a big shot that stays in her office. The first week she was here, she invited me in, just to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything to make it easier for me. Her door is always open and I always feel welcome. Felipe has been great to me from the moment I met him. He always makes the ins. problems or billing, much, much easier. Heidi and the nursing team, Sage, the two receptionists, and of course, my main man, Darrin. These people are now all friends, to me and I care for them all.
I do all my work and whatever is asked of me. If I have an appointment, I show up. I follow the program and I’ve had very few issues. It’s been one of the best moves I’ve made in my life.
Give this place a chance if you want to change things. I would refer anyone that wants a fresh start, here it is. This is it. Anyone can build a building but the people are always the key. In any business.
Anyway, thank you to all the friends I met at CTC and I and grateful to you. 😘

I really love South Bay. They gave me a great therapist. Her name is Ava Barone. She has really helped me with a lot problems I have been going through. I can say anything to her and she doesn’t judge she tries to help. I feel so much better after our sessions she is a great person. If anyone were to need a therapist, who’s understanding kind and full of knowledge, Ava would be the one thank you Ava for everything you’ve done to help me.
My husband was admitted for 8 days and received the most amazing care and attention. Holy Family made up for the horrible care he'd received at Salem Hospital (Brigham & Women's). I thought dedication to Healthcare had disappeared but Holy Family gives me hope. Please don't close this Hospital. Prayers.

PLEASE SAVE THIS HOSPITAL FROM BEING CLOSED. This is the only hospital where you can be seen and released within a reasonable time frame. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had harrowing experiences at other hospitals. Never this one. I do wish they’d clean up the waiting room a little though.
I was recently admitted to Anna Jacques for pneumonia. The staff was nothing short of awesome. From the ER nurses and staff when I was admitted, to my attending nurses and staff when I got to my room. It’s a tough job and they knocked it out of the park. Tobias, Steve, Mary Jo, Alyssa, Sarah, I can’t remember everyone’s name but I want thank all of you for the tremendous effort and hard work. Thank you

My husband had knee replacement surgery on Nov 4. Dr Mattheos is a rock star!!! It came out awesome. He had an A fib issue on the 2nd day when he was supposed to leave. He left the 3rd floor staff that went above and beyond to ccu on the 2nd floor. They too were amazing as well. Can't say enough about the staff. The food was pretty darn good too! Very happy with Anna Jacques Hospital.

Dr Mattheos was awesome I was supposed to stay overnight ended up going into A Fib the nurses Doctors and staff were awesome they went above and beyond taking care of me on both the recovery floor and cardiac floor they saw to my every need can’t say enough about the entire staff not to mention the food was great hats off to kitchen staff thank you for such good service John Russo

Great, great place for young men to get back on there feet and a fresh start! The whole program is amazing, staff, facility, especially the food with their own chef cooking! Teachers are exceptional and have experience with special education services. I had been involved with several other facilities before our family got to Center point for young men and was very unhappy with what we went thru, but when we got here this place was 100 percent different and I just don't have enough time for all the good things I can say and the changes it has made in my child's life.

Centerpoint changed our lives for the better! Our families experience at Centerpoint was nothing but positive. We were referred to Centerpoint by the Department of Mental Health after 18 ART/CBAT admissions. I have to admit at first I was hesitant as the program is long term and, no one wants their child away from home for that long. After much deliberation and thought we agreed to the admission. It’s not easy to agree to this level of care, often times heart breaking but, we knew our son was suffering and no other treatment seemed to be effective for longer than a few months. It’s hard work and you are asked to participate in weekly family therapy where you have to be open and honest and tackle all of the issue which lead to this level of care. My son, my husband and I committed ourselves to this and boy did it work. It wasn’t easy, it was emotionally challenging and having to drag up things from the past was less than desirable. We learned how to effectively communicate with each other which was the foundation of our son getting better. If you and your child embrace the program it works!
The staff was always very accommodating, kind, caring and well trained. You can tell that they are experts in their field. Each child is different and they made it their mission to learn our sons behaviors and personality so they could make him feel comfortable, safe and that he could trust them.
Since discharge our son has thrived socially, emotionally and academically. He has learned to use the skills that were taught at Centerpoint which has effectively ended the vicious cycle of short term hospitalization. When considering an IRTP I would strongly recommend Centerpoint!!

All the Staff are very professional, especially the front desk Receptionist. My Doctor is awesome; he is very polite, caring, and helpful (Dr. Oman). The building is a newer one and is pretty clean and looks well maintained. When I go there, I feel that I am well cared for. This means so much to us US Military Veterans/Retirees! Thank you.

Haverhill Behavorial Health has an approach to mental health care that is focused on getting you through whatever is causing you to feel the way you do. Their approach is kind of old school and may make most people upset with how they “treat” you. Meaning you aren’t allowed your phone, only at specific times. This is only to have you socialize and get to know other people there. The staff is very supportive but is stern to most of the “bad behavior” that happens. They will intervene with arguments before they become fights. Becky’s dual diagnosis meetings were very helpful in the sense that you got to hear other people stories and how everything in their lives have impacted them. Everyone is there to support eachother and try to get you through any issues you may have. But ultimately it’s up to you on how to manage yourself and in turn others. My experience was very helpful and completely changed my outlook on a lot of things.
The people that work at this clinic are very nice people. The service is extremely fast and they treat you like a normal person instead of just an addict. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is on their recovery journey.

Danvers CAB saved my life. Sure it might not be the most comfortable sleeping arrangements, and food might suck. But it was exactly what I needed to experience to get and stay clean. The only employee I remember was a case worker named Bob that was extremely caring ak the time out of his day to keep my family updated on my progress. I am forever grateful for Danvers CAB!

I went there about 5 years ago so not sure if much has changed but when I went for like the 6th or 7th time I appreciated the place cuz I was sick n tired of being sick n tired! Tired of chasing heroin and tired of being sick. I can't say anything about the methadone clinic cuz I didn't go for that. There is no quick or painless way to get clean so it's going to be a miserable time but so worth it. I loved the staff, liked the food. There was a woman cook/chef idk but she was dynamite! Especially with what they have to work with. Speaking of, the staff has us to work with. Miserable,suicidal,mental cases! Not the most pleasant people at times. I believe the neg. ratings are from the younger people possibly spoiled? Who knows. IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO GET CLEAN THIS PLACE IS A GREAT START! GET THE FURTHER TREATMENT! IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT TO! Be honest with yourself about your character defects and work to fix them. THEY WILL HELP YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY WE USE! ABSTINENCE IS NOT ENUFF! YOU DIDN'T BECOME AN ADDICT OVERNIGHT, NOR WILL YOU BECOME HEALTHY AGAIN OVERNIGHT! YOU ARE WORTH IT! THEY CAN AND WILL HELP YOU! TRY IT THEIR WAY CUZ YOUR WAY SUCKS! good luck!

Ok. So far starting with this place it’s been a little bit of a nightmare due to all the appointment dates and that their answering service is messed up. Never correct.
I’ve met with my Case Worker Sabrina. Really connected with her and know she is good peoples and knows what she’s doing.
Very happy about that. Then today I met with my med doctor David. Very intelligent man. Was funny and told him about all the bad advertisement they have. I told him if he makes me see someone else we r done. He’s like that won’t happen unless you change it. So I had a good experience when I went today. Sorry for everyone else so far. I saw all the reviews. Looks like the system isn’t established correctly yet.
All I can say is my psychiatrist is a boss. Love this place and the staff ! Liz, Kiera, and Donna are awesome.. Been here for almost a decade and never disappoints!

My experiences at Seacoast mental health from the start has been excellent, my transition process was very easy going and all my needs were met. I have been going here for a few months and I highly recommend this place for people who are asking to receive these services and of course pass their intake and have the right insurances I believe they can help in one’s constant recovery process. I am giving Seacoast Mental Health five stars because I trust them with my Mental Health issues concerns and needs. I’ve Been going here for sometime and I have been well cared for within my personal treatment plan. I highly recommend both Seacoast mental health locations.
