I cannot say enough about MHRC. What sets this center apart is its deep emphasis on community—on building a genuine support system designed to set each individual up for long-term success. But beyond the programming and structure, what stands out most is the heart: the staff here truly care. It’s easy to find flaws in any recovery program if that’s what you’re looking for. Like any meaningful process, you get out what you’re willing to put in. But time and again, MHRC has shown up for me—not just with resources, but with unwavering compassion and honesty. Tamara, Melissa, Bridgette, Tyson, Nicole (though no longer with MHRC), JD, Kenna, and Ozzie—just to name a few—have become like family. Each time I’ve returned, they’ve welcomed me without judgment, and they’ve told me what I needed to hear, even when it was hard. I genuinely love everyone here. This place isn’t just a treatment center—it’s a lifeline, a home, and a community I will always be grateful for.

I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least. If you are looking for an IOP-style recovery solution for yourself or a loved one in Fort Collins, look here first.

I was a client at AspenRidge Lakewood in May of 2018. I had an amazing therapist and Case manager that helped me and my family through a very difficult time. I went to CeDar last year in January and I was truly hanging on to life by a thread. I was extremely anxious and had no idea what to expect going to rehab for the first time. I met many different staff members and they were all very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The food was amazing which was awesome when I finally had an appetite I looked forward to every meal. The classes throughout the day taught me a lot of things I didn’t know about addiction, and I loved that we were introduced to some light meditation, I think that is very helpful to many people. During my stay at CeDar I woke up one night in extreme pain and walked over to the nurse station where I was evaluated and sent to the ER… the ER doctor barely even spoke to me and sent me back to CaDar. I spent the next three days in horrible pain to the point I couldn’t even move from a chair. The nurses and my doctor were incredible. They did everything in their power to try and make me comfortable and helped me with anything and everything, I will never forget that. The next morning I started coughing up blood and my doctor sent me back to the ER where I spent the next month. I had a huge blood clot on the lining of my lungs causing my heart to enlarge. If I had not gone to rehab I do not think I would be alive today. I was at the right place at the right time. I am now one year sober from drugs and alcohol and I will never forget my experience at CeDar and the people that helped me there.

I found myself at the Raleigh House exactly when I needed it. I learned the tools that I needed for a healthy recovery. I was kept busy here, to stay out of my head during a time of personal and mental crisis. The BHT staff were so good to us. I feel like Polina and Ben and Nadia are like family now, they really do care and do everything they can to make the clients feel comfortable. The nursing staff are so kind and respectful. They make sure to take care of you and make you feel safe. Always time to work out and the rock wall exercises really helped my mental health. I will stay connected with The Raleigh House in my next step of recovery, Rico has been a rock for us and gives his all to this program. I recommend The Raleigh House to anyone that needs a soft landing for recovery and peace.

We are so grateful for the Rose House, their years of experience, purposeful programming, compassion, and transparent well rounded treatment plan. One of the components that stands out the most is their dedication to supporting the families of the loved one staying at The Rose House. The Zoom support groups, the articles, the recommended reading, and the family weekend seminars distinguish this place from the others and help loved ones understand how to move forward in a more positive role. No place is perfect and no situation is the same for the residents here, however, this is a well run individualized program with a serious approach and also full of respect and warmth for both the residents and families.

This place is truly a beautiful and magical place. Before our loved one checked into the rose house we as a family felt defeated, helpless and frightened on what might happen next in the throws of their addiction but, after only a couple of months we see the light and feel so incredibly hopeful for the future. The staff are the best of the best and not only help your loved ones but, bring the family together to develop better tools to navigate a life of addiction. We love you Rose house 🌹

Great place just minor work needed done ✅ First I hope they take my advice cuz I said I was going to leave a review!!! 1- order more cereal 🥣 and if you run out of milk 🥛 then order powder milk so your not left with out... 3- nurses did not know where proper equipment was for falling patient 😞 They need proper training on where it is be4 they start work...apon hire ✅ 4-maintance needs extra help cuz timing was little off on emergency fixes 🦺 Lastly - peeves shouldn't talk to people like kids if a few bad apples 🍏 😞 Jus deal with the individual... Not group P.s they have cameras that don't work so thieves get away with stealing by going into rooms and there's no workn camera cuz they still don't know to date 📅 but there's cameras 📸 Merry Christmas 🎄 Soo if they consider they'll be ok And a happy New Year 🎊🕛

This is a great hospital, from calling the nurses line, to the parking garage till discharge. Those I spoke with when I called the nurse line were very helpful and asked detailed questions to properly triage me. I was having a little trouble finding the correct entrance into the facility after I parked, an employee noticed and pointed me in the right direction. Everyone in the ER was super nice and helpful. It's always a wait in the ER but they did well in getting people taken back in the timely manner they could. Dr. Katherine Bates was super sweet and easy to talk to. Even a few months back I requested a refill on my inhaler (I was over 1 year since my last checkup and they typically don't refill need without an appointment) they still sent me 1 (they usually send 3 when I am current on my physical.) The veteran employees at the entrance and nice and easy to approach. I know the hospital can be a stressful place to visit, but in my experience, they have always been professional, kind and helpful!

I am actually in the hospital now. Awaiting a triple bypass come Monday. What I have to say is this. After 6 heart attacks. This is not my 1st rodeo. If you know what I'm saying. I've been here 4 days so far. The entire staff. Is absolutely fenominal. Pleasant, attentive, compassionate, and even humerous. It's such a pleasant experience. I had to find the floor nurses coordinates office. To thank her personally. When I say pleasant. I don't just mean the nursing staff. The cleaning staff, the support staff that pushes you to your next test, the staff that brings my food. Every person I come into contact with. Has been top notch attentive and professional. Not that any hospital stay is pleasant. But the staff here makes it as close to pleasant as I have ever seen. I am truly amazed.

I’ve had the misfortune of having to go to ER. With that event I was well taken care of and monitored during my stay. The medical staff tended to my condition and checked in on me. The facilities throughout the hospital were good, I felt that everything was there to make patients feel comfortable. Pharmacy and labs can be chaotic but for the most part, they get patients in and out.

You can do better than this. You have to demand a receipt because if not then they add extra charges. They lie and say they will forgive a class then they go back 2 weeks later and charge you for the class. I paid for a book that I never opened. Just another way for people to profit off others crimes. Kam the original owner is a scam artist. Go to bts or anywhere else. I promise you it will be nothing but trouble. Avg course is 435. I ended up paying over 550.00 for these classes.

I lived here back in about 2021-22 famously in the sprout house, moved around there twice- made good friends and adhered to a lot of rules. Went to ER and they were slammed. I mean slammed with people. The security guard went to another room to get several more chairs for people. It was late at night in the middle of the week. Did I have a long wait, ya but I wasn’t dying just pulled a hamstring and needed to make sure I didn’t break my leg at the same time. Other people who got there were not as fortunate. Staff still did their best and I did get to see a nurse in the triage multiple times and they worked to get my stuff done. Longest wait was for the final checkup from the doctor. They gave me a shot for pain quickly and got my X-ray taken care of. I was up and walking before I left so that was good.

My therapist is no longer at this facility which really stinks! Anyone that had a therapist for a long time period knows how I feel. I know there are great people there. It will take a bit of time to find another one. Good People! ; )

I received info about connections from my PCP, looking for a way to find a counselor or therapist in my post-partum phase that accepted my insurance. I called and spoke to Kathy: she was warm and empathic and it truly felt like she cared about my well-being. I gave her my info, preferences of what kind of therapist I was looking for, and then that day or the next she sent me a list of providers that were in my insurance network. She did ALL the hard work. I picked one and began therapy. It’s one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. She even followed up a week or so later to make sure I was alright and able to connect with a therapist. This was almost a year ago. I tell anyone I’m able to about it because I truly believe this is such an incredible resource. Thank you!!!
