Great Therapist and Counseling!!! I've been going here for years ((7years))
The therapists that have been assigned to me have been very understanding, and considerate.
The only downside I know of, is if you're not pre-scheduled you must reschedule on Thursdays only.
Aside from that, I absolutely love this place. I feel comfortable switching therapists at any time, I know the doctors that provide my medicine; listen to me and allow me to speak freely on how I would like my medicine to be.
Aside from the long waitlist, I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to go into therapy

The staff is always friendly & helpful, the therapist are welcoming & seem concerned over all my issues, Dr Shuya listens to everything I have to say, wait time has never been over 15 mins, my community support councilor is awesome. My coordinator is new & still learning her job. But my previous coordinator was awesome ( always kept in contact)

Mellissa is the first home visitor we had for my boy, she reported me to cps when I was pregnant with my second. she had absolutely no reason to at all there was no redness on him there were no bruises he’s was just having a bad day and I was trying to calm him down by putting him on my lap and giving him love, he is very loved and very well treated. I highly highly suggest when considering this place to ask for Dwan/ Eva or Megan (behavioral counselor) they were/are soooo good to us and they see how much we love our children. How we care, feed, and love our children, they guided me to sooo many resources, very respectful of your time and your schedule without making you feel bad about it! I hope they get a raise, they bust their busts to do everything for their clients and those three truley deserve it idk what I’d do without them, but I’ll never ever Have Mellissa near my children ever again and we avoid certain things due to her being there otherwise love the program ❤️

This place is horrible. I had an appointment today, but because I arrived two minutes late (according to them)..., but way before my actual scheduled time, they say they couldn't see me. If this place really cared about a patient's mental health, they would have seen me. The woman in the front had an attitude and wouldn't listen to me about being out of medications and needing to see them today, all she did was reschedule. What a horrible place and proved to me how much you care about your patients. Now I know why my previous therapist left the company.

I went to dove tree, in Lubbock, Tx broken and very lost. Mentally, emotionally, and physically lost. They helped me get back on my feet again and have helped me gain more confidence in myself. There’s a lot of the staff that I’m very grateful for, but Josh Toney and Lex helped me out so much. I finally feel as though I’m finding myself again, and have been able to finally find my course in life and what I’m supposed to be doing. I give thanks to these two and am so very grateful for them.

Went above & beyond. This is a great place to be if you're serious about your recovery. Utilize the options you have while you're here; counselors, psychiatry visits, cooking classes, house cleaning, fellowship and most importantly learning about the correlation between our minds and addiction and how we can improve our thinking patterns and develop a relationship with God in order to mitigate potential relapses due to emotional distress. You learn to deal with problems head-on instead of running away from them and turning to using substances as a coping mechanism, allowing you to overcome and not use your dire circumstances as excuses to drink/get high.
I had a great time here and I'm glad I got to meet everyone on my journey here.
Lots of psychology lessons and I would advise you to LISTEN.

Not only is the facility an amazing place but the staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure that clients feel at home and comfortable. The Ranch at Dove Tree has been a wonderful experience for our son. I have read over the reviews and felt that a positive review was needed. We had to do self-pay because my son didn't have insurance. They worked with us and he was admitted. He has nothing but good things to say about the staff. They were all very helpful, supportive, and encouraging. I don't know what other's expect, but we appreciated the positive response we have had from the Ranch. They are helping us get our son in an IOP faciliity right now and have been very helpful with referrals and knowledge. We love the Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock.

Several years have passed since my time at Fire Sky. I had been through what felt like a revolving door of various treatment facilities. Fire Sky helped me out a lot, by comparison, I’d say that it has helped me more than any of the other places I’ve been. Truth is I was in a bad way, couldn’t get my life together. Currently I’m thriving and have been these past few years. I’m doing exactly what I told Y’all I was going to do, and it was all of Y’all that encouraged and supported me in doing so.

What an amazing place to get treatment. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, and the facility is absolutely beautiful. They allow residents to have weekly outings and short leave on the weekend. They also allow you to keep your phone with you most of the time. Fire Sky saved my life and I am forever grateful to them. I would encourage any male seeking treatment to check into this place.

I waa very skeptical when my sister was sent here. She has been hospitalized in four different places over three years but the doc and staff here were awesome. The doctor was the smartest our family has met in ten years in three different states. He took his time and found out what was really going on. She has been stable for the first time in her life. She was here more than two months ago but I felt I should leave a review to let people know they have really good docs and staff now. It's not a physically great place but frankly it doesn't matter if the providers are this good. I dont know how they got such good people to come way out here, but Southern NM is very very fortunate. We live in a city and havent seen this kind of quality. Thank you for all you did for my sister.

They staff and doc here did more for my brother than any other doctoral in 20 years of suffering. The doctor has called us twice to check on him since he was discharged last month. He is on the rights meds and doing better than he ever has. Really grateful.

I was here so many times two years ago, I was not doing well at all and I ended up staying for a month long at one point to be transferred somewhere else, but each time I was there, the staff was awesome.

The counselors a some staff members have been in our shoes. They know what addictions do to us 1st hand. I loved that about it , because they really can help you through it.. The recovery coach Ms. Dee is awesome! If you need treatment I would go there.

Been going since I was a teen and they’ve always been professional and accommodating. I’ve seen a few different therapists and have learned everyone has different teaching methods that may not suit you individually. Don't let courtesy stop you from asking to change to a different provider. However it's a bit unfortunate they removed services from over the phone for those that live far but don't have the means to video call.

Saw a nurse practitioner today, I believe her name was Hardin. She was excellent! She was receptive and responsive in creating a treatment plan for me. Office staff and medical assistant were also kind and personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

I am truly thankful for the Serenity Center in Plainview. The program helped me with hurts and hangups that I carried from my addiction. I am more confident in my recovery emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The staff treated my daughter and I with the upmost respect and loved US every step of the 90 days. If you are a struggling mother they offer a women's and children's program, THAT WORKS! Thank you with all my heart. I now have a stronger bond with my family and children.
