Great Therapist and Counseling!!! I've been going here for years ((7years)) The therapists that have been assigned to me have been very understanding, and considerate. The only downside I know of, is if you're not pre-scheduled you must reschedule on Thursdays only. Aside from that, I absolutely love this place. I feel comfortable switching therapists at any time, I know the doctors that provide my medicine; listen to me and allow me to speak freely on how I would like my medicine to be. Aside from the long waitlist, I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to go into therapy

The staff is always friendly & helpful, the therapist are welcoming & seem concerned over all my issues, Dr Shuya listens to everything I have to say, wait time has never been over 15 mins, my community support councilor is awesome. My coordinator is new & still learning her job. But my previous coordinator was awesome ( always kept in contact)

I went to Dove Tree Oct 21st 2024. I was a serious alcoholic for over 26 years. I have been sober ever since that day. It will be 2 years soon. They helped me so much. I did the 6 week recovery plan. I am blessed the DTR helped be become the best version of my self. Thank you for helping me get my life back. If you are considering rehab this is the place to go. I have been in rehab several times in Houston - from trashy to Bougie - and The Ranch at Dove Tree is by a Millenia Far and Above any other Recovery experience I’ve ever had!!! The Staff are impeccable - From the CEO to the guys keeping the grounds - are Experienced in Addiction/Alcoholism because most of them have been there! They care from a place of knowing and understanding. My counselor, Katrina, is an Exceptional and Dynamic force in my recovery foundation! Josh is my first TAC Group leader - and I don’t think anyone could have impacted me in this type of forum as has he with his leadership, background and compassion! The RA’s are more than kind, professional and courteous-they are real people who get it! I was referred to Dr Mitchell about 4 years ago by my Optometrist due to my degrading vision! I am so glad I chose to schedule that visit. Dr Mitchell and team has treated me for Macular Degeneration since then! They have always treated me with the newest and best eye meds on the market! My vision since that time has sustained, instead of steadily declining! Without their constant treatment of my vision, I could very easily be without my sight! I went to Firesky Recovery a broken, beaten man. I was initially scared because my life was in complete disarray. Robin, Erin and their team welcomed me and reassured me that things can get better if you put in the effort. I spent 30 days in their inpatient program and came out a new man. I am now 7 months clean and sober and I owe it all to Firesky's excellent team of professionals. They know what you need to hear and learn because most of them have gone thru this in one way or another. Their staff is amazing! Knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and best of all, judgement-free. I really enjoyed the interactive group sessions and the one on one therapy sessions. There is a way back to living a productive, happy, joyous and free lifestyle and Firesky was able to give me all that, and most importantly, helped me regain my family. I can not express how incredible this program is. My loved one is doing so goid. His whole attitude is changing. Now, something you dont expect is for the family members to receive help. But they do, they really do. Melissa Costa has truly helped me to understand and to deal with having someone you love with an addiction. She has helped me set boundaries. Im only on week 5, its an amazing thing, She Melissa Costa is amazing. If you need help, your loved one needs help and they are ready. This is the program for you.

This treatment center has by far been the best center for my brother who has been an addict for over 40 years. The admin and staff support in housing, finance and counseling all help hold everyone accountable in a positive and encouraging way. And his main therapist and family interventional counselor Melissa Cosca has been the center of it all helping counsel and explain addiction to patients and families so that we can all understand, react, respond and approach everything differently in a way that works best for the addict and their families. Her advice has been phenomenal to help us all be successful moving forward as we deal with the daily struggles but also the daily successes. I greatly appreciate her counsel and know she is there for any and all questions indefinitely. Her support and the support group we all have as families and for my brother is what we needed to overcome this horrible disease. We are so blessed to have found it here at stages!

A very caring facility. The doctor, nurses, therapists are very caring and professional. I saw incredible improvements in all of the patients there irregardless of what each individual health needs were. It is a top notch facility and kept very clean as well. The social worker is very knowledgeable about things and is very helpful about making arrangements for appointments and anything else that's needed. The open door policy is very good with everyone there. I highly recommend this facility for whatever rehabilitation needed. Definitely a Five Star facility.

Outstanding Facility Pete has to be one if the most Amazing men I have met in Recovery and there too help if They Took insurance I would deff be there or back there instead of A State fundrd facility that is trash (Sunrise Canyon ) . There are several very caring staff members working here. I’m grateful for what they do on a daily basis. The staff also seems to always answer the phone when I call to check on a family member. I would love to give it 5 stars but there are some improvements in the facility that need to be addressed.

This place took me in and took care of me when my own family would not. I grew up here half of my teenage years till I was 18. They allowed me to get my GED and work 2 jobs (my choice to save money and keep busy and out of trouble) I am SO THANKFUL for Staff members that were here during that time RIP Ms. Bonnie, Lisa, Misty, Ernie, Nataly + more. This place was very informative to me when others were not. Did not have a bad experience in the very short time I dealt with them. I was working with my daughter on stuff before the short stay there and the staff did everything they could to help finish what was started before she went for her short stay.

Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

I love this place ill be real it saved my life if it wasnt for this place id be dead i love the new doctor i love the staff they have today but ill forever love the old staff from back in 2014 they did so much for me above and beyond. Going once a month is weird now i like it but they became my family so all i can say is just give it a chance its better then dying and really try to work with the program because ive been opiate free for about 9 yrs.. I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. The Ranch at Dove Tree has been a wonderful experience for our son. I have read over the reviews and felt that a positive review was needed. We had to do self-pay because my son didn't have insurance. They worked with us and he was admitted. He has nothing but good things to say about the staff. They were all very helpful, supportive, and encouraging. I don't know what other's expect, but we appreciated the positive response we have had from the Ranch. They are helping us get our son in an IOP faciliity right now and have been very helpful with referrals and knowledge. We love the Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock.

They changed all my meds and even had a cardiologist NP that changed, and added heart/bp meds. I had special needs for my diet, and the kitchen staff was awesome! These are the same people that will force you to wear one. As retired military police I always believed in being the example and not the excuse. Live the laws you are sworn to enforce. These two obviously do not share those values. As the entire clinic is a mask zone, how do you spell hypocrisy?

I waa very skeptical when my sister was sent here. She has been hospitalized in four different places over three years but the doc and staff here were awesome. The doctor was the smartest our family has met in ten years in three different states. He took his time and found out what was really going on. She has been stable for the first time in her life. She was here more than two months ago but I felt I should leave a review to let people know they have really good docs and staff now. It's not a physically great place but frankly it doesn't matter if the providers are this good. I dont know how they got such good people to come way out here, but Southern NM is very very fortunate. We live in a city and havent seen this kind of quality. Thank you for all you did for my sister.

They staff and doc here did more for my brother than any other doctoral in 20 years of suffering. The doctor has called us twice to check on him since he was discharged last month. He is on the rights meds and doing better than he ever has. Really grateful.

I was here so many times two years ago, I was not doing well at all and I ended up staying for a month long at one point to be transferred somewhere else, but each time I was there, the staff was awesome.
