Daymark has been an all around good experience for me. Detox in Statesville and IOP in Yadkinville. The whole staff at both places have been very kind and helpful. Some that really stand out to me are Chris and Courtney!! They both are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help their clients. The front desk at both facilities are great too. I love Dr. Layne in Statesville she always has a smile to share. I'd also like to say I appreciate all they do. I know these jobs can be very stressful. I really wish the meetings were in person instead of by zoom. I get so much more from the contact with other people.

Hope Valley was excellent. I have been to 2 other treatment centers and Hope Valley's curriculum, counselors, AA/NA knowledge and guidance far exceeded the others. I have come away feeling clear, happy and now have the tools and knowledge of how to live a meaningful sober life. So grateful for this place. Hope Valley helped me get my mind straight and my life back on track and I’m thankful. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. If you had a problem or just needed to talk to somebody, they were there to help you. If anyone is looking for a treatment facility, I would highly recommend checking out Hope Valley before you go anywhere else. The food was also very good and they gave you PLENTY of it.

I went to hope valley in 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is very experienced and extremely compassionate. I was heartbroken when I finished my stay there. It was such a quiet and beautiful place to get sober. I highly recommend this little place away from home. I can not safe enough about how it changed my life still to this day.

My personal experience with this facility is above and beyond. Between 2013 and 2017 I attended Synergy Recovery 9 times attempting to overcome my issue of opiates. As of 8-20-2017 I have been clean. In loosing my mother to cancer just 8 months after coming home from 40 months in prison, I found myself engulfed in an addiction and had no idea what to do. Was homeless and already "re-burnt" all my bridges. After making contact with them, they even bought me a cab to take me from my grand parents in Lenoir to North Wilkesboro for treatment. Once my treatment was over, they helped me stay outta Caldwell County and helped me get into a halfway house up in Elkin. Love this place, staff, and what theyre about. I would definitely recommend it to any and everybody!!!!

Applying for Bethel Colony of Mercy was the first stop in the steps I’ve taken to turn my life around from a life style of very many colors and wrong choices. The staff and guidance that are involved with this Christ recovery transformation center are beyond immaculate. Without those individuals one on one advisory, classroom lessons, daily tasks, genuine fellowship, and of course the power of God I wouldn’t be making the right choices now to be reunited with my loved ones. WOAH!! What an amazing place with awesome food and an even better staff that keeps you healthy and keeps you laughing. They always have the brightest smiles in their faces when they wake you up in the morning and even go the extra mile to make sure you stay comfortable. I would like to give a SPECIAL thank you to Marc, Melissa, Kayla and Mrs.Lisa! If it weren't for these select few people I would have not been successful in a rehab program. They make the place feel like home and definitely make you feel like family. After a week or so you warm up to the other gentleman in the facility and become one strong brotherhood that links together and helps pick each other up off of the rut we all lived in for so long. My counselor is wonderful. She honestly cares about me. Takes time to listen, she's understanding, gives advice and is very personable. The nurses are all so nice and they care about you too. The ladies that check you in, I love them. So very nice. Every person in the building is amazing. If you want help, they're there and will give you 100% of their time. I am so glad I decided to get my life together. The most, I'm glad I went there, to a place that really cares! Going there is the best decision I've ever made. So thankful for every single person there!!!
Edit... one reason I stopped going is because they (nurses) are not fair to all patients. 2 test exactly the same and 1 gets weekly take homes and the other doesn't. It was 1 nurse that was the 1 that did it over and over. I love those people and they really did save me, but fairness in take home's isn't consistent.

I got into a wreck, came back to the US barely under my own power, and after the civilian ER wanted me to see a Neuro, long story short the ED here took wonderful care of me. I was extremely impressed by the PA, radiology techs, the Sergeant Major (sir), and everyone else who didn't treat me like the man child I am.

Please read the whole review, I know it’s long, but there’s important stuff that really might help you out if you’re thinking about becoming a patient. Always keep in mind however, that you get out of it what you put into it. The counselors there are wonderful, especially Amber. She has advocated for me, she helped me get Medicaid so my medicine is free now which is amazing. She always tells me how proud she is of me and reminds me how much progress I’ve made when I’m starting to feel like I’m screwing up, sometimes you just need to hear that. I know that I can always depend on her. My first counselor was Dan he was wonderful, but I just thought that I would benefit more from having a female counselor. I also know that Ray is wonderful, but any of the counselors would be more than happy to help you if you can’t find yours. The only problems I have with this place are how difficult it is to get them on the phone sometimes, also one of the nurses is kind of rude, I understand that it is a difficult job however. The rest of the nurses are very kind especially April! Also Treva The nursing coordinator is an absolute nightmare. She was rude to me from the second I walked into that building. She for some reason has a personal issue with me and makes it known. That is so unprofessional you’re supposed to keep your opinions outside the door. That kind of stuff will send people back out and then they die. Other than that it’s great! The front desk lady is wonderful, the Director is absolutely wonderful, I enjoy the group Therapy, and if you’re doing the right thing and passing your drug test, you will phase up very quickly there. I’m already to two weeks, whereas at another clinic it probably would’ve taken me A year or even longer to get to that point. There was a time that I never thought I would even get a single take home and I’m already to two weeks! So thank you new river comprehensive treatment center. If it weren’t for you I would probably be dead, not only that but my mental health has improved drastically since I started there. One more person I would like to mention is Diana who does the Medicaid and financial stuff (I think)she is also extremely helpful and kind if you ever need help with anything.

I have been attending Hickory Metro Center for many many years. I absolutely would recommend this Clinic to anyone. I have been dealing with having a substance issue basically my entire life. And methadone has actually saved my life. I have so much respect for Clay #1 because he is extremely nice, he doesn't sugarcoat anything, he is very blunt and tells you exactly how things are and tells you the truth. I respect him so much for that. Clay has so many wonderful qualities. Also Kimberly McDaniels is another person I have a lot of respect for. She has been there for me through The Good The Bad and The Ugly. She has never given up on me, she has always encouraged me and always lended a helping hand. She has a very very good heart and she is also a very upfront blunt, tell you how it is person, and I respect people like that. I don't engage a lot with much of the other staff but they seem to be nice and all the dosing nurses are incredibly nice especially Fred. But yes I definitely give this Clinic five stars.
